The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in East Midlands

Really awful. Kids eat free but not clear that £5.50 has to be spent. Food came jacket potatoes so small and paid for extra cheese and honestly could have counted the strands. No servettes dirty looking cutley and sticky tables Won’t return

Hygiene level poor, staff miserable, food well i have eaten at subway for years and this branch is the pits. Dirty and well the sub was CRAP. my advice forget it dont visit here. No gloves touching there hair and then your food. Looking at there job reviews i can see why not staffs fault looks like its the managements fault. Waste of £8. If i could give it no stars i would just look at other reviews on google.

Got there 30 be mins before closing…looked like it was closed as all cakes etc were packed away, so I checked they were open. Took a bit to prepare food and drinks …a few more customers came in and were served & whilst everyone was eating the guy serving said were shut now so you all need to leave. Toilets were unclean and no toilet paper. Such an unfriendly welcome, and unlike any other Starbucks I go to, I won’t be going back!

Regularly pop in for a cup of tea or coffee and have had meals there as well. Great portions of home made dishes. Steak pie is one of the best ever tasted.

The food is highly overpriced here and so are the drinks. I have to admit that some of the food is well made and presentation can not be faulted. But is load noisy. Full of dog walkers and what annoys me more than anything is there isn't any competition in the park. I feel that for a business to be as good as it can be there needs to be competition. The ice cream truck has now started selling coffee... 😅 Today i went over to get coffee seeing the price I walked away. I brought a picnic and the kids got ice-cream for dessert at the ice cream van.

We’ve visited many times over the years but not so much recently. We enjoyed ciabattas, egg custard tart and drinks. Really couldn’t complain about anything. Food nice, restaurant clean, friendly staff. Will definitely visit again.

What an absolute disgrace!! , thats putting it mildly. We ordered two kids meals and 2 adult meals 42.00 I wouldn't even give my dogs the meal that came out . The kids meals didn't even have beans peas or gravey on it . The mash was like play dough the sausage was burnt I had to ask for another one to be done . Then pay 4.00 extra for beans . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PUB TO NOBODY !!!!!

This is our favourite Starbucks. The staff are always polite, cheerful and lovely to chat to. It is the only Starbucks we go to now the atmosphere is always relaxed and comfortable, but I think the staff are what make this place even more special, their customer service is excellent.

Called in 14.30 for a late veggie breakfast at point of order we were told 20 minute wait. One coffee machine broke the other broke down twice. After 40 minutes meals not arrived had to join queue to complain and obtain a refund it was simply awful service and everyone was complaining. What also made it worse it was freezing in the restaurant.

I asked if it was possible to rinse my travel mug out for me before putting my fresh coffee in it and the member of staff refused to do it saying why do I want your dirty cup. Also they were only serving in take away cups.

Bought this voucher via Groupon last week and booked for today (27/01/22) only to find this has been closed since Xmas. Spoke to the nearby cafe who said the owners did a runner and people keep coming with Groupon vouchers. I have sent an official complaint to Groupon who said they are dealing with this. Please save your money as Groupon are still selling the Vouchers. I am trying to get them to take it down, but in the meantime, do NOT book.

Dreadful customer service at Rushden lakes drive thru Costa . Very rude and horrible customer service by the drive thru staff . Shame on you .This Costa is a disgrace to the Costa chain .

They don't allow Dogs. Shame really. Only want a coffee. Food is okay. All ultra processed and full of sugar. Always check the ingredients.

There is a reason that this cafe isn’t rated very high on trip adviser, and it is because of the staff. Miserable doesn’t even cut it. No customer service and more importantly no smiling. We actually felt we were an inconvenience going into the cafe. I felt I should apologise for ordering. Should have gone to Maccy D’s. Also filthy sauce bottles, not been cleaned for several days
