The Willow in East Lindsey

Regularly pop in for a cup of tea or coffee and have had meals there as well. Great portions of home made dishes. Steak pie is one of the best ever tasted.

Having travelled over 30 miles to have a meal,we were told at 1.15, that we could not have a hot lunch but only snacks.We were greeted by a ferocious woman who seemed to take a delight in food not being available with no hint of an apology or charm. In fact she ruined our day and was a poor advert for Alford which needs to encourage visitors.We have been before but certainly will not be returning.

Came here for some lunch, had cheesy chips and they were lovely. The waitress was very nice, I think her name was lindsey , nice atmosphere and food

Well what can I say so far from top class where to start Staff were rude bad mannered Cakes were disgusting sandwich was not fresh my wife was disappointed she said can we just leave but I wanted to to challenge The food !!! Wish I had taken my wife's advise and left. As a child I was always told to respect my elders but perhaps they should try to respect the customer Never never wi I visit the Willows again we went to one we've used before Cafe on the cobbles and as the first time is was fantastic in every way

disapointing poached eggs ,eaten here before and eggs perfect ,touch of vinegar in pan and soft ,must be new chef as hot hard boiled eggs and poor quality beans
