Regularly pop in for a cup of tea or coffee and have had meals there as well. Great portions of home made dishes. Steak pie is one of the best ever tasted.

Having travelled over 30 miles to have a meal,we were told at 1.15, that we could not have a hot lunch but only snacks.We were greeted by a ferocious woman who seemed to take a delight in food not being available with no hint of an apology or charm. In fact she ruined our day and was a poor advert for Alford which needs to encourage visitors.We have been before but certainly will not be returning.

Came here for some lunch, had cheesy chips and they were lovely. The waitress was very nice, I think her name was lindsey , nice atmosphere and food

Well what can I say so far from top class where to start Staff were rude bad mannered Cakes were disgusting sandwich was not fresh my wife was disappointed she said can we just leave but I wanted to to challenge The food !!! Wish I had taken my wife's advise and left. As a child I was always told to respect my elders but perhaps they should try to respect the customer Never never wi I visit the Willows again we went to one we've used before Cafe on the cobbles and as the first time is was fantastic in every way

disapointing poached eggs ,eaten here before and eggs perfect ,touch of vinegar in pan and soft ,must be new chef as hot hard boiled eggs and poor quality beans

Awful drinks, this place has benches and tables along the front which cannot be used unless you purchase so we went for coffee - they do not serve decaf! A coffee place without decaf in 2024! Hot coffee and coffee was £5.80, they had no lids, no extras offered on the hot chocolate. Go along the parade to Butlins for a lovely hot choc, with extras for less and benches a plenty with a friendly service plus you even get a biscuit. Bibby's felt unwelcoming, poor on service and customer needs. Only the front counter looked open and the prices were insane for a coastal basic snack bar. Not going back, there was horrible grain in the bottom of the cup which didn't even look like chocolate 😕 I threw it away and went to sit on the wall. Needs to up its game for 2025 and be appealing as the competition is much better.

Lumley RoadI ordered a sirloin steak, we waited for over half an hour (expected if it's cooked fresh) I was given a cold steak, chips that looked like they were from the chip shop over the road! I gave my meal back to be amended, I was given the same plate back with the same food on, I thought ok, they've probably just heated it up, but no! It was still stone cold! So I gave the meal back and asked for a refund. I wouldn't eat here again...zero stars from me unfortunately

Four Winds Sea LaneNice place for kids and adults. Bingo every day and night. Arcades for the kids and a food stall outside but you can take it inside to eat
