Dreadful customer service at Rushden lakes drive thru Costa . Very rude and horrible customer service by the drive thru staff . Shame on you .This Costa is a disgrace to the Costa chain .

Have used this Costa regularly but standards are dropping. Nationally Costa was promoting 30% off food but selection here was very poor, hardly any cakes available. Toilets were very unhygenic.

Girls really rude at drive through, did not give me real cream or my little gingerbread ma, went back around to say, and they were horrible and then slammed the window in my face

I asked for a filter coffee and when the lady put it in the til it said it was an Americano. When I queried it she said they did not do filter! Excuse me but I asked for a 99p filter, with my own cup, yet she failed to tell me? I made her pour it away and walked out. disgraceful customer service and one very rude lady, the other was apologetic and embarrassed.

Yes it's busy..but with people who don't work in the daytime. When I went to pay..I was told that the card machine was out of order..so I was asked to sign for my purchase. A month after the item on my bank account statements said ..OFF SHORE account I thought this a bit weird .but will not return to the venue.

Visited with a friend today, whom tried to use a voucher and her costa card to find it wasn't possible to use both which is fine.... what isn't fine is the way in which this member of staff went about trying to explain. A simple apology and advice on what would be best was all that was needed. Instead she explained in such a complicated and unfriendly way, was huffing, puffing, rolling eyes and smashing on her computer screen. She then had the cheek to apologise to everyone in the queue in such a way that we were a problem. I had been going to this Costa for years!! It was always great until this monster of a human being rocked up treating customers like nuisances- I've even witnessed her being rude to other staff members. She really shouldn't be in a customer facing job if she can't even crack a smile or say her pleases or thank yous.

My wife, daughter and I stopped here for a latte each. We were served quite quickly but as usual for Costa the Coffee club card reader was not working so 'keep the payment slip'and they will add points on next visit! We say to drink out letter but alas the reason we said we would not go in Costa again-one sip of lovely hot coffee then alas as though everyone you know has blown on it it suddenly is Luke warm and before the end undrinkable. Is it the glasses they are served in or what? Cold latte is awful.

When I've been to the cafe in the past, I've had to go out and get cash from the cashpoint because the card machines haven't been working and they have been accepting 'cash only'. Thankfully the last time we visited they were accepting cards. We only tend to visit the cafe when we are in Rushden town as one of the main cafes but it could be a whole lot better. It's very nice inside but there's always a horrendous wait and sometimes there isn't much food available. The coffees though are always of a good standard which is the main reason why we go.

I often go for coffee and Rushden Costa is one of my favourites Always clean and tidy, plenty of places to sit, good variety of food and drink available and the staff always happy to help. So much nicer than the Wellingborough town Costa

Twice now in the last week I have gone in to get a coffee and the 'new' manager is very slow making drinks, she does all the milk etc before putting the coffee on so has to wait and causing queues. She obviously can't Multi task like the younger staff who are excellent and always have a smile, unlike the 'new' manager who walks around as if she is the queen of sheba

We haven't been in here in a few months. But they still can deliver great Hot chocolate and hot it is....in a good way doesn't scold your mouth.... delicious. Staff friendly remembered us from last time. What drinks being perfect... no complaints here, as title suggests Another fab visit - we will be back very soon.

Quite a while since I went to Costa. Our local one had a "refurb" finally got to check it out. Tables chairs etc changed the other ones were fine btw. Over priced food and coffee won't be hurrying back

Simple as.... Scruffy & Untidy surrounding. Tables left sticky if you are fortunate to find a table that has no debris from previous guests. Staff obviously rather be elsewhere as attitude is unfriendly...

I have been here once I made my mind up I would not go back there again too expensive and service too shoddy and too fast, staff like robots and forget to smile. out side the decor is shabby needs painting badly especially around the doors going in.

Tasteless watery flat white .. can't pay by card and the whole place is absolutely filthy .. I know costa are franchised.. and around the local area they certainly are consistent... Consistently BAD !!! Dirty dirty dirty ... I suggest you lovely folks find a Starbucks and enjoy a proper flat white served by staff that actually enjoy serving you .. oh and with clean toilets .. it's not rocket science .

Me gusta mucho la costa cuando voy con mi perro normalmente conseguir un inca miembro del personal para conseguir una bebida mientras se baña que sentarse afuera con mi perro y siempre acogedor.

Sinceramente lo más acogedor tienda costa que he visitado. El personal es increíble, simpático y siempre mi día. La tienda está limpio, el servicio es rápido, ya que puede administrar. Algunas de estas otras observaciones asombrarme, las personas tienen días malos, todos somos humanos después de todo. Como para el tabaco. . La última vez me registré. no era ilegal fumar afuera.

Fuimos a la costa la semana pasada y nos dimos cuenta de que había una reforma. Mucho más brillante en la parte delantera, pero luego me di cuenta de que todavía tenían el mobiliario antiguo, que es muy cutre. Simplemente van a sustituir los muebles, ya que esta sería una gran mejora.

A friend and I went for coffee the other drinks were lovely and hot, cakes delicious, comfortable chairs and clean environment. Enjoyable afternoon.

Management are horrible to their staff, unpleasant to see this in public..toilets are terrible and tables could be used to stick paper to walls.. has gone down hill rapidly over the last 6 months....sad as I held most of my weekly meetings in there.Also tried to get all my saved points but still waiting to be permitted to do this!

One of the best Costa Coffee chains within the local area. Parking is a little difficult if mobility is an issue. Friendly staff and good quality food. Free wifi too.

This Costa is very nice , small but excellent in service and quality , staff most helpful to a visually impaired user and made sure he was seated before delivering his order ! well done ! There is outside seating for the smokers among us and all in all a pleasant Costa to visit in Rushden :)

I go here on a Saturday for a Skinnie and cake, it's always busy and sometimes takes a while to get served, that said the coffee and cake and occasional tuna panini melt are always fab. and the service is always good too, that's why I go back

Lovely clean coffee shop with good service and coffee - such a shame it has become a hangout for local Chavs and their mates who sit outside smoking ( god the whiff of stale tobacco is vile as you walk through a fog of smoke to get in the front door). Come on Costa sort it out - 1 coffee between 4 lasting for hours does not constitute a good image for those of us who want to legitimately sit outside and enjoy a coffee !

I like Costa , I like the flavour!, Costa Rushden is my local , but the difference here is the cleanliness and the friendly and helpful staff here , they have time to say hello and the Coffee is consistently good and the place is always clean and tidy with lots of comfy chairs too.
