Starbucks in South Northamptonshire

They don't allow Dogs. Shame really. Only want a coffee. Food is okay. All ultra processed and full of sugar. Always check the ingredients.

Absolutely terrible. The rudest staff and awful drinks. The woman who runs it is awful and gives you nasty looks while rolling her eyes while you order. I live in Towcester and used to come here a lot but avoid it at all costs now.

Very nice Starbucks. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. The cafe was bright, clean and open; very comfortable.

It's been refurbished, but the cleanliness is diabolical. You can understand at peak times, but this is All the time. Service is OK, staff are polite. Drink quality is hit and miss.

Staff appeared unhapoy we were taking so long to choose our drinks even though there was no one else in the queeue

Lack of breakfast items, also no vegan option either. What was available was enjoyed by the family. We thought it was very overpriced.

It’s always so disgustingly dirty everywhere. The tables, floors and chairs are always gross. Some of the staff are rude and miserable. Terrible coffee. I would honestly avoid at all cost. So many better places for coffee in the area

If you are paying top dollar for coffee, then you expect it to be very clean… it’s not, it is filthy. The owners clearly have no interest in their customers. I can only guess it’s profit over everything and they assume customers are only passing through and will never call back in again.

Went in today with my little dog ordered food and drink sat down then was told “no dogs” I said Dogs are allowed in Starbucks. No she said this is Euro Garages, no dogs allowed. I said, it looks like a Starbucks, smells like a Starbucks and you’ve just sold me Starbucks food and drink! The response “no dogs” so we sat outside. A second point I went in about 2 months ago without the dog and kindly reported that in the gents the hand drier didn’t work and the hot tap was pouring water and as others have said it was minging? Guess what, exactly the same today!

Nipped in from a long journey for a coffee- my fav mocha frapp. There was one server and she didn’t know how to make it… she said she was new so I said don’t they have a book with them in/ recipe cards?! I basically had to tell her how to make it, and she didn’t blend it cos she was so nervous, it tasted nice if a little strong, I'm just flabbergasted about the lack of training/ help on hand for her! Totally not her fault but I'm disappointed they left her alone when she wasn’t competent.

Staff very friendly, smiling, quick, coffee fab. Unfortunately the tables, floor, seats are covered in crumbs every time I have come in and drank a coffee. Nil else to fault.

Staff ignored that there was a queue waiting, two members of staff were outside smoking and one on their phone behind the counter. All 3 ignored us for a few minutes until the other 2 came back in and eventually was called over by the customer behind me or else we still would have been ignored and waiting. The lady on her phone then took my order and walked off out of sight. Take away cup was only half full, I asked for it to have some more put in and was greeted with a sarcastic response. This is the 2nd time a drink was only half full but last time I hadn’t felt comfortable enough to mention it. As I left the premises I could hear the staff muttering about myself and the other customer. Appalling customer service!

Walked in and there wasn't any queue so i walked straight to the order point where two staff were waiting. Said a big cheery 'hello" and neither one of them acknowledged me. I was literally standing across the counter from one woman who seemed to be a manager and she put her phone down on the counter and looked away. The girl next to her looked at me and said what drink do you want. Absolute rubbish service. The toilets were closed and only the disabled one was operational. It appeared to not have been cleaned in days. On the other hand the food was nice

Usually Starbucks coffee. Always seems so dirty and untidy and one of the staff is particularly rude and unhelpful. Won’t be returning.

Great coffee and service as always. It was very busy for the grandprix weekend but our orders were fulfilled with no problems. Parking was easy even thought the site is shared with a hotel

The coffee was good however the place inside and out needed a good tidy up. The toilets had not been cleaned, toilet paper etc all over the floor. None of the tables outside had been cleared or wiped

I've been stopping here fairly regularly for the last year as it's the only option on my journey, but if there was a choice I should think it would be better than this.I The staff are lovely - friendly, helpful and quick to serve you - but the food is very limited, and expensive for what it is. The coffee seems to be nicer than it used to be and the restaurant always looks clean. But the toilets!!! There's been an out of order notice on the Ladies for weeks now, and the Disabled loo has a broken flush so just doesn't work. Please, Starbucks, we're paying for a service, so just get a plumber in!

Poor selection of food which looked like it had been on display for a few days. No music playing - turned up chairs to help with ‘social distancing ‘ - floor looked unclean and tables had bits of crumbs over them. Doors wide open - lacked any sort of ambiance for a Starbucks - best bit was I was asked if I wanted milk to which I replied yes but enable me to speak I pulled down my mask and was immediately told to put it back on - no smile - barely spoke - this was whilst she was stood behind a plastic screen and wearing a mask - I think whoever runs this outlet needs to learn a bit more about ‘customer experience ‘ and clean it a bit more and add some atmosphere - toilets also unclean. - I think it’s the usual excuse of offering crap service and being rude and hiding behind the ‘covid’ thing to justify their behaviour. To clarify it’s not all the staff some of them are really polite I suppose it’s the support which lets it down. Think I’ll go elsewhere in future and stick with the independent coffee shops who offer consistent polite service.

Love this place. Comfy sofa. Clean. Plenty of room. Good for families. Parking. Helpful friendly staff. Great coffee! See you next Sunday
