2 reasons to avoid Linda’s café. 1) Poorest quality food you’re ever likely to find – anywhere. 2) Unbelievably small portions. So-called “Mega” breakfasts were served on SIDE PLATES. They featured ONE rasher of bacon (where 2 are on the menu); NO tomatoes (toms are on the menu); a tiny portion of beans; the sausages, virtually all cereal, were microscopic; and the bread had a tainted smell to it. Further, another customer at the time was complaining about Linda’s ridiculously small ice-creams.

La señora que sirve en el mostrador de comida. Necesita reciclaje tiene una mala actitud, hacia los clientes. Ella estaba tratando con muchos de los clientes. Ya era bastante malo que no pudieras tomar una bebida fría. Porque estaban calientes.

Excellent service. Service was brilliant, all the ladies were lovely. The stables were spotlessly clean. The afternoon tea was delicious, couldn’t eat it all. For an Father’s Day treat for my elderly parents it was perfect. Disabled parking a short walk/push from car to tearooms. I booked same day via Facebook, Sara who runs the tearooms was really helpful and deserves trade post covid. We will definitely return for a sandwich and cake.

The epic centre is predominantly an exhibition space designed to hold events. It is on too levels with three large halls downstairs and smaller suites upstairs. As with any venue used intermittently aspects like catering will be average and people should visit with such an expectation. It is perfectly reasonable for what it is.

Stopped on route home from Yorkshire to Wymondham, Norfolk. My husband who is disabled was made to wait until payment for coffee and a cake was processed before being given a code to get into the toilet!!! There was no nicety with the service absolutely nothing. Have visited before with my mum and kids a few years back, NEVER AGAIN

The young lady that served me was nice and polite but the floor, tables and chair legs were filthy. Dust on windows ledges next to were people have to eat. Bin overflowing with rubbish. Milk dispenser had milk all down the front. It needs someone to clean the area on a regular basis. There was some staff not doing much at all so they could have done this instead of standing around. Wouldn't go back here again

Regularly pop in for a cup of tea or coffee and have had meals there as well. Great portions of home made dishes. Steak pie is one of the best ever tasted.

A very disappointing visit to somewhere we had earmarked for a long time. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon to find a very jaded group staff gathered in a clump behind the till yet no-one seemed eager to come forward to serve us, the girl whose attention I managed to get seemed almost surprised that I needed something from her and questions about ingredients (I am gluten and nut free) were met with bewilderment. A very simple order was turned to complete confusion (double ice creams which were obvious from the fact we asked for 2 flavours turned into singles, only one cup of tea eventually turned up outside even though we ordered two and milk was missing though this was mentioned twice). Seemed like a case of too many cooks...lots of personnel but all very eager for someone else to leap to action rather than themselves and no customer service skills to speak of. I know it was towards the end of the weekend and they were probably tired of being on their feet by 3pm but, really, not a good effort and the worst cafe we have been to since we came to the area. This is the first bad review I have ever given but it needed saying! The venue as a whole could be really great in the right hands but is not being made the most of at all, as per the rest of the Engine Yard where most of the units lay empty, one was annoying shut by 3pm, an hour earlier than advertised, leaving just two shops open and the whole experience was completely lack-lustre, gimmicky and overpriced!

Ordered from here as it was the only place open , the food didn't even arrive, so I'm down £20 don't recommend, no idea what the foods like use at own risk.

Popped in for a quick drink at this famous local spot. It was on this site where King Charles I supposedly held his war council the night before the battle of Naseby in 1645, the deciding battle of the First English Civil War. The pub retains some original features (including brick fireplace) and would certainly in any event have played host to Royalist soldiers the night before the battle, and then victorious Parliamentarien soldiers the night after. The modern day pub is a nice spot in the heart of Market Harborough and is run by Nick (the owner) who is a knowledgeable and friendly local with an excellent whisky collection.

Went for coffee with a friend. 20 minute wait to get served. We sat in the dog friendly area as more tables available (we did not have a dog with us). Chairs, sofas and floor dirty. Tables ok but menu holder and dog friendly sign not been cleaned for a long time. I appreciate dogs are in this area but absolutely no excuse. Won't be going there again!!

This is a good spot. Very nicely decorated with lots of trendy touches. Friendly rustic feel and outstanding selection of beverages. Nice lunchtime menu. It’s not cheap and clearly aimed at an upmarket clientele. The bar area is very cosy and the main restaurant looks very stylish

For the price-point, 'spoons is absolutely spot on. Yes, I have had better food. And have paid a lot more for it than it costs in 'spoons.......but don't order their steak, it's almost always minging. It is what it is. Cheap food, cheap drinks, what you see is what you get.
