from the outside looks like an olde worlde pub. No. Only us in for a mid-afternoon cheeky one. Sticky floor, sticky tables, sticky chairs. Hole in the floor on the way to the toilets. Only one bitter on. Toilets were clean.

This place is the biggest dump in town by far. The walls and pub are barren with no decorations whatsoever and has a grim interior. The pub is usually empty with the exception of about 2 people , on a Friday and Saturday night after 12 in the morning is the only time the place has some sort of atmosphere and even their it's not a positive one they play the same awful music both days and it's full of granny's on the pull and cocky twenty year olds on coke and maybe the odd normal person, This is the deadest gaf in town and I would recommend you save yourself money from beer that tastes of piss and the £5 entry fee, and skip town and go to a decent club somewhere else.

The food and service gets worse and worse in this place. The food was just thrown on the plate with no care, chips were barely warm and the Korean chicken had hardly any sauce on them. You were lucky to find a chicken piece with sauce.

4a St Mary's RoadWe went to the inaugural Blues Night starring Sunjay and it was excellent. The atmosphere was amazing as it is an intimate venue. We had the sharing platter and it was plenty. Lots of variety. The beer was great too.

FoxtonI am not sure if the shop is run by the people at the pub it looks conjoined. We have been to the pub before and was lovely. I went into the shop today and I couldn’t believe in this day and age the manager was treating his staff so appallingly. The staff were polite and lovely. The man was a complete jerk. I am surprised acas has not been called about his behaviour. My advice leave your staff to do their job and you little man stay away

The GreenWe arrived at 5 pm today the 12th of December approximately, we ordered a wine, beer and a milkshake. The wine and beer was served straight away however after 10 minutes we complained that the milkshake hadn't arrived. After 30 minutes of waiting we had enough and we demanded a refund before leaving. We was going to order food, but because the milkshake hadn't arrived after 30 minutes, we left very angrily. The whole experience of driving thee from Hinckley and the fact it was my birthday had disappointed me.
