So disappointed 😞 Bacon was virtually raw, no ketchup (they'd ran out at 11.00) half baked/half burnt roll and staff who really don't care. I was looking forward to an M & S breakfast to set me up before a well earned day off shopping......disgusting food and service. Shame on you you really need to do better. I will definitely not be back.

Started with a problem...how does this place work? I have a bright daughter who gazed in disbelief, the place was busy with customers milling about, no sign of trays. Young man carrying trays arrived and people grabbed them. What next? No signage, everyone still milling about now clutching trays. We wanted a scone, no problem they were under cloches and there were cake tongs but no plates. We saw plates piled by the tills, but which till to use we because wanted a hot drink.? Queued at nearest till had to return to confectionary table as plates had arrived. Luckily there were two of us so she paid whilst I fetched plate with a scone but oh, no cheese scones left so made do with plain and butter....M&S sort your systems out. Not the place to choose for a relaxing coffee and a chat.
