Pedí 3 bebidas diferentes, la mujer se mofó y dijo que no la teníamos, que era como si no le importara menos y que era mayor, así que esperaba un poco más, confundió el orden y la comida con menos de satisfactorio por lo tanto, ¿por qué nosotros y mis amigos dejaron de ir?

Good value mid week. Busy and expensive on a Sunday. Good range of meat veg etc. Carved staff good. Bar staff not so happy!

Will not be going back. Some of the food was slightly just warm, the turkey tasted strange (wondered if it had been reheated) and upset my husband's stomach later. The gravy was tasteless as was the whole meal. The stuffing was like glue. Crown carveries have really gone downhill as we have been to two others recently and are not good any more. The Seven Mile House is so dark inside, are they trying to save on the electricity? Makes it very unwelcoming. I heard two people comment on it in the short time we were there. Don't waste your money

Unfortunately we visited this carvery recently and was not impressed, the vegetables and the turkey were all very dry, the cauliflower cheese was just mush and the gravy was like water, we pointed this out to the chef and he just stood there grinning, when my husband told him the stuffing was rock hard and had he got any more the chef brought out another dish full and this wasn't much better, altogether it was very disappointing, we have been to another crown carvery called the young vanish and this is much better, im afraid we wont be returning.

The carvary food was just warm and the counter was messy. There was no Turkey available even though it said 3 meat carvary. We had to ask and wait for roast potatoes and thebgravyvwas cold.

This restaurant is very local to us, & we have frequented it many times. Unfortunately, over the last 12 months, the food quality has slumped. However, on 17.10.14, we risked another visit. And we were delighted. The meat from the carvery was good quality (although we resented paying 30p extra to have beef!), & the vegetable selection has expanded & the quality again, has improved.I still believe that the experience here could be improved by having the tables managed. But if the food quality remains at this level, we shall certainly return for a cheap & cheerful meal out!

I ordered the fish because I really enjoy it with the beans and mushy peas, however, at the carvery I had to wait around 3-4 mins to be served. I called out for someone, a member of staff called out and then eventually had to go into the kitchen I believe to get the chef to come out who didn't even apologise for the wait. Got my fish but the mushy peas had run out so had to ask. The chef went into the kitchen, someone else came with more stuffing which had also run out, changed the roast potatoes and went. Out came the chef, I had to ask again for the peas and he said they would be about 4 mins! My meal would have been cold by then! I asked where the beans were and was told they had none today, the chips also looked dried up and unappetising, so all in all I was very disappointed with my meal. I did express my complaint to the chef who said nothing, How can you run out of beans? I was told it was a supplier problem! Go and buy some from the shops then! Keep on top of the vegetables and not let them run out like that, surely these are basics for this type of service? If you're going to add fish and chips to your options then serve 'proper' chips 'oven' chips and dried up ones at that!

its been about two months since we went here,,never seen a place change so much.we had the carvery, not up to scatch..To top it all if you want beef you get charged extra 30pcould not recommend this place and we will not go back again.

We called here on the way back from Nottingham. It has been a while since we have been an didn't realise it had changed into a Crown Carvery. Not a problem though as we all enjoy a good dinner. Oh my god, we walked into the place and it looked like a bomb had hit. All the free tables were still covered in dirty plates, you couldn't walk anywhere without walking in food as there was that much on it........it was shocking. It was that awful that we didn't even stop to try the food. We will not be going back to this awful place.

It's the worst meal I've ever had no roast potatoes the option was chips not acceptable.no explanation or apology by manager very poor customer service not be going back.

The meat is great so are the roast potatoes but the veg is nearly raw. This seems to be the norm at Crown Carvery. The shredded leaks is so raw it's like eating cardboard, onions in gravy crunchy, carrots hard.I've tried other Crown Carvery's the veg is the same.

Sited on the A60 between Nottingham and Mansfield. Big carpark. Average surroundings in pub. Pleasant enough staff, however think I was served by a new bar person as she got in a bit of a muddle. Carvery meal, good value at about £4 however the beef was very dry and quite frankly had no taste at all. The veg was mediocre but a bit mushy and overcooked. The gravy tasted like 'just add water and stir' type. Quick, cheap food. But nothing to return for.

Lovely hot meal although meat portion very small. Overall well presented and tasty. Still have problem at the bar as only one guy serving for both drinks and Carvery orders. Much improved since our last visit.

Well it is cheap and you will not go away feeling empty. But it is what it is. Some staff do not give two hoots (think her name was Maggie) esp staff taking the money but others care for the customers and do look after them as best they can as the place was packed when we when last visited. Kids summed it up really saying it's ok.

If you want a hearty meal in a good family setting - this place is for you. Excellent establishment - occasionnally unable to get a seat which is the only offputting thing - though this is mostly on busy nights
