The best restaurants in East Midlands

The service here is amazing especially by the gentlemen waiter. The food was a little bland but I must point out this was during the half price offer on a Sunday so unsure if this is the usual quality for peak times. Cheesecake was incredible. Slight gripe in that I asked if my 2 year old could have some spaghetti with cheese sauce and he said yes and Parmesan cheese. It came out and was literally plain pasta and they sprinkled Parmesan cheese on then charged us with £7 as if she had a penne arribiata which I thought was a little steep

Lovely Food, too noisy when crowded.

I would love to be able to review the actual food but unfortunately after 3 hours and multiple phone calls it did not arrive until 30 minutes after we called and cancelled and started cooking....

Great country pub with good choice on the menu, staff very friendly and efficient, only slight gripe we were sat next to the bar which was very busy with Friday tea time drinkers and a little noisy but didn’t spoil our evening

Having already tried ten different cafes’ iced matcha I was instantly drawn to Chocoberry when they introduced a new matcha range and it did not disappoint! I got the iced vanilla oat matcha latte along with the tiramisu— a delightful combination on a hot, Monday afternoon. I would wholeheartedly recommend this cafe if you’re looking for a cute, trendy place to eat with your mates.

Just been for Sunday lunch service was slow waiting a long time when food came it looked nice but was not great small potions of meat and vegetables not worth the money !! sticky toffee pudding was nice but don’t think we’ll be coming back

Best meal I've had locally. Every course was superb. The starter of scallops melted in the mouth. The main course of lamb was just the best lamb I've had in a restaurant. The Lemon tart sweet was wonderful. Excellent service and great atmosphere.
