The food was delicious and service was excellent would highly recommend Afrikana. Loved the mac and Cheese.

Hanni and Mateenah were my waitresses for the evening. They were both so lovely and both very attentive! Would come back again!

Overall it was ok, when I ordered it got the big poppa but on the description it didn't say beef and there was beef in it, as an Indian I dont know what smash burger ment, but the chicken was nice, nothing to really complain about.

Food was fine, but 3-star review because "they don't do tap water", which in my opinion is extremely tight when customers are spending around £20 a head.

I had never tried African food before and stumbled upon this restaurant. I never expected that it opened up new taste buds for me. Until now, I thought African food was just some very dry meat. But it turns out that traditional African food has a lot of delicious, tender meat and very unique sauces.The layout and decoration of the restaurant are good. The service attitude of the waiters is also attentive. Most importantly, the food selection is rich, unique and very delicious. I personally recommend the lamb kebabs. The curry rice with African sauce is also very delicious.Highly recommended. I will definitely come back again.

Food is average and overpriced. Food ws not fresh, our whole order got served within 5 minutes, they probably get everything ready in the morning. Don't even serve tapwater.

The food was delicious and great atmosphere. We been served by Rumanah and she is absolutely professional with excellent customer service. I only give four stars as when you asked for tap water they only provide with bottle water which quite ridiculous. We ordered already drinks paid over £100 and asking for tap water it shouldn't be an issue.

I recently dined at Afrikana, and it was a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a great blend of modern and cultural aesthetics. I ordered CHICKEN DATE and it was packed with bold flavors and perfectly cooked. The spices were well-balanced, and the presentation was impressive. The service was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. special thanks for Nabz she was superb!!!! Whether you’re a fan of African-inspired cuisine or trying it for the first time, Afrikana is definitely worth a visit! Highly recommended.

Had a very disappointing visit tonight, it seemed like the staff were overwhelmed with how busy it was. We had 3 incorrect mains delivered (1 where food was delivered to someone who clearly stated they were allergic to it) and 2 desserts that were stone cold (then reheated in the microwave and given back to us 😂). Really poor service tonight unfortunately, although I have been before and never had any issues hence the 2 stars instead of one...

I loved the ambience. Music playing in the background, dim lights and honestly a really big space. We got a seat for 7 people. The ladies who served us were really lovely. The food came on time. We ordered 2 platters. It had 2 different kinds of rice, chips, lamb chops, chicken wings, coleslaw and like 2 or 3 big pieces of chicken and we all ate to our satisfaction, everything tasted lovely. I particularly loved the lamb chops(special shout-out to the chef who made it). They played a birthday song for the celebrant with dessert and sparks ( picture attached). Overall a great experience.

I came here for my 25th birthday, firstly the service was lovely and very accommodating with a beautiful birthday surprise after. Samantha looked after us really well and was very attentive and helpful! Quality service! The food was rudy bloody gorgeous, not a sad belly left the restaurant! And the ascetics and vibe of the place was lovely and pretty! Would definitely come here again, not only for a special occasion but to try their famous roast!!!

My friend brought me here to break our fast and this was my first time here. We were given a selection of fruit along with a date to break our fast. Food was amazing, so fresh and tasty. Staff were so lovely and attentive. Had a fab night. Will be returning.

I would definitely recommend this place. The food is amazing quality, I love the names of the dishes on the menu (I had the "slide into the DM's") the service was very fast, and the staff were very friendly, especially the waitress called Roxy, who really attended to our every need, and was extremely helpful. If you are worried about the food being too spicy, on some dishes you can choose a spice level, so there really is a dish for everyone. This restaurant does not serve alcohol as well, but does make delicious smoothies and mocktails.

Food was very good, and Haseeb done a fantastic job was very welcoming and took care of us very well. Only bad point was there was music playing during ramadan would be better if they could turn it off or down during iftar time.

We had a lovely time here celebrating a birthday! The food was delicious. We got starters, a goat curry to try, and the sharing platter and it was enough for all of us! Our favorite starter were the lady fingers and we found the meat to be soft and tasty! They brought out a complimentary cake slice which had “Happy birthday mom” written in icing and with a huge candle and had birthday music playing as it came! Surely made the occasion special. Would recommend this place. We also were served by Rumanah & Mahima and they were both very sweet and attentive! Thank you to both of them!

Think elevated Nandos with significantly more menu depth. The food came out on time and it all tasted great. Generous portions too. Great atmosphere, tables are well spaced out and the lighting is almost perfect. Great music that's loud enough to groove to but not loud enough to interrupt conversation. Our waiter, Haseeb was also amazing, patient and very attentive . Great for intimate dinners or large family meals.
