Latte Art by Simran was impeccable. Truly a beautiful cuppa. Lovely ambience, and an enjoyable location to start the day in Leicester.

The food and service was amazing we got served by Sumit he was soo nice and accommodating. Even though it was so busy the food came really quick. Had an amazing time our favorite was definitely the fire crackers chicken and the waffle bites.

We were served by Sumith and he was a great server no complaints . However, our food were not to the usual quality we get. Waffles were undercooked and pale in colour.

Would like to give a special thanks to Sumit who was our server for a few of our visits, (we went three days in a row hahah) his energy was so contagious and loved how friendly and smiley he was! He was really knowledgeable about everything on the menu and keen on answering questions. Overall the experience at chocoberry was amazing! Would deffo recommend anyone to try it out thank you to all the staff xx

I can't recommend Chocoberry enough! Despite how busy it was, the service was outstanding. The staff handled everything with a smile, and they were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. A special shoutout to our server, Sydelle, who was attentive and made our experience even better. We ordered the firecracker chicken and parmesan chicken, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were generous, and the flavors were spot on. The restaurant was clean, and the service was impressively efficient. It’s rare to find a place that maintains such high standards even during peak hours. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

Good service Zahra was absolutely amazing she helped us out as soon as we came in, she managed the rush hour very efficiently and we can tell that she does her work very well As for Sydelle, she was very friendly and responded politely to every requests we had Highly recommend

On London road you’ll find a lot of restaurants…. But trust me if you really wanna go for anything classic still some desi touch in it…. This is the place. It’s ambience ….. staff…. Food everything is just fab. I have been here for two times and everyone in terms of services are too professional especially Maithili…. She’s a star.

The food was ok. We had brunch menu. I wasn’t blown away by the steak breakfast or the one pot skillet. The Indian tea was good. Overall the food was just standard. The biggest thing that impressed me was the service from Seeta and Ashwariya. Really friendly and great service. Genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful. Also parking is a headache but it’s london road so it’s expected. The cafe is very nice in terms of decor. Very pink and floral.

Great service and food. Nice and clean. Perhaps a bit bright with too many lights. Food was very good and I know it said spicy but I think it was very spicy and struggled to finish. Clearly things are made fresh but just thought it took a while to get the food after ordering. Overall very good though.

I went to Chocoberry on London Road. It is an absolute treat! The kunaafah was divine, with just the right balance of sweetness. The cosy atmosphere and stylish decor made it a lovely spot to unwind. The staff were wonderfully attentive and friendly, making the experience all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend a visit!

I had a very disappointing experience with Chocoberry on London Road, Leicester. First, they got my order wrong, so I had to return to the store to get a replacement. This involved a 30-minute journey each way and cost me £28 in taxi fares. Despite the inconvenience, I hoped the replacement would be worth it—but when I got home, I found the desserts were burnt. When I called to inform them about the issue, I was shocked by their lack of customer service. They told me there was nothing they could do, which is unacceptable given the repeated mistakes on their part. This experience was frustrating, expensive, and a complete waste of time. I won’t be ordering from them again and would advise others to avoid this place unless they seriously improve their service and quality control.

The desserts at Chocoberry are excellent, but the service was absolutely terrible. After we had just started enjoying our food and drinks, the staff placed the bill and payment device directly in front of us, essentially rushing us to leave. Instead of politely asking if we were finished, they made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Due to this appalling service, I will never consider coming back again, no matter how good the desserts are.

I like how the food is fresh and it’s delivered very hot , however i wish they move up the lunch and dinner menu to 4pm instead of 5pm, i wish they keep the new menu , chicken biryani and penne Arabiata i love it !!!

My favourite hangout place for-ever!!!!! which gives a cozy vibes. The decor is stunning and eye catching definitely photo-worthy. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious and mouthwatering options from dinner to brunch and desserts are exceptional—rich flavors, perfect textures, and visually stunning. I am on regular to grab my milk pistachio cake!!!! The customer service is excellent, this time I was served by a young lady (Cerin) her service was top-notch, was very kind, polite and friendly. Really impressed, highly recommend !!
