When they're just for the desert very nice.

Rubbish！The tiramisu was just a big chunk of cream with a thin layer of cake, not really tiramisu at all, and the shop tried to cover it up with chocolate powder! The basque was overly sweet.

Minu had very good service , asked if we needed anything and was very patient

First visit to Chocoberry on London Road. The positives, it has plenty of kerb appeal, the staff and service is excellent. The food was presented nicely and tasted great - I wasn’t sure about the spicy sausages. The negatives - the restaurant needs a refurb. The upholstered chairs and sofas are all stained and need a deep clean. The chairs are shabby. Also the electronic pad gets passed from customer to customer to look at the selection on the menu. Wipeable menus may be more hygienic. Faux leather seats, like the ones in the front of restaurant, are more hygienic and easy to clean if any spills.

Minnu served us today, she was lovely and smiley. Provided great service and the food was lovely.

food is very expensive and the portions are small compared to the prices. 5 tiny veg momos £8 its a joke, we spent £36 on deserts and milkshakes , veg momos and fries. The quality of the food was goood but the portions need to be bigger, the crepe was nice but again too expensive. no parking, i was worried about the parking the whole time as we have had to park in residents area only. Ordering from the food from a menu off a tablet without prices and not being able to select was quite hard.

She ensured that everything was perfect and went out of her way to make me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I decided to try the Nutella loaded Kanafeh, and it was an absolute delight. The Kanafeh was perfectly crispy on the outside, yet wonderfully soft and gooey inside, with the Nutella adding a rich, decadent layer of flavor that was simply irresistible. Every bite was a harmonious blend of textures and tastes, making it a dessert to remember. Would Definitely recommend

Horrible. Staff refused to serve water , despite me being dehydrated - they informed us that it was against company policy to serve tap water. Please change your company policy. I was forced to choose tea, but this small cup isnt really enough for my dehydrated state. We understand the need to encourage spending on drinks but it is reprehensible to refuse serving water to your customers. The food was good, and staff polite, but I would overall not recommend this place to other customers.

What a clean beautiful place to have dessert! In a city where I believe it is over-saturated with dessert places this place is definitely one to visit. The desserts definitely match both service and decor. Everything was delicious and the service was great. I would highly recommend this place.

It was the best experience of my life. I have never eaten food that good ever in my life. I even went to Dubai 7 star hotel once and even their food doesn't compare to the food in chocoberry.

Went to Chocoberry with my husband and was served by the lovely Salma and Huda. Their service was amazing and could not fault them at all. They brought our food out within no time! This is my second visit to this shop. I had a very bad experience last time especially in customerservice . But this time I had a better experience. A special mention is Meenu, the serving lady in the shop. And I saw that everyone was treated equally. It is not found in many stores . And the food also was awesome. I really enjoyed it.

So we were casually cruising around Leicester and wanted a hot chocolate at 5:30pm..... where do we go, you might say..... wifey found this spot, so we pop in, and boy, we were not disappointed.... Hot chocolate was 10 10 extra cream on top 😉😉but..... we thought we'd be a bit naughty and have a look at their dessert menu 😋 OMG!! We ordered a choco puff.... which is actually freshly made mini donuts topped with a topping of your choice and some sprinkles..... we chose kinda with oreo, and I think a tear came to my eye when that delicious little ball touched my tongue... warm.... soft but crunchy.......sweet but not too sweet..... thick creamy sauce 😋 damm that was good... 100% recommend 👌🏽 We will definitely be coming back next time we are up here 💯

I visited for dinner. Beautiful place with lovley decor but food, not so sure. I orderd the chicken shwarma & chicken steak dishes. In both, the meat was over grilled and charred which made is taste bitter. Pepercorn sauce was like water and had no taste. On the other hand the desserts are amazing as always.

I was recently visited London road chocoberry. I ordered waffle bites and chocoberry special kunafeh. What I was expected as it will take too much time for the order but it was taken time and the service was very excellent. The lady who served her name is might be bhavana or bhaya and I don't remember that her service was good and her receiving also good . I really like the service and food and atmosphere. It was a memorable day to me . It was the best service to me what ever I visited than other restaurants.

I enjoyed the atmosphere a lot and taste is excellent .Belgium kunafeh and biscoff milk cake it’s the best dessert i ever had till now.i love the taste but only drawback is seating area. When comes to this, I felt some what conjusted. Other than that ambience is too good. The service is so polite and friendly especially the girl named Bhavana took the whole order patiently and serves us with smile although it took too long for us as we are nearly 7 people.She welcomed with the smile and talkative nature perfects to this role. We enjoyed the time in chocoberry.

I’ve given this place a few tries but I don’t think I’ll returning again. Food and drinks are hit and miss. Baked feta was very nice! On every occasion staff have either been rude or hard of thinking. Food arriving 3 years before the (watered down) drinks. Empty sauce bottles given. When questioning staff about delays it took them a further 3 years to find out what is going on. Dining in but being given takeaway containers due to no glasses being available when the restaurant was half empty ?! Dismissive when asking for a discount for their failures. You can do better than this.

Usually the food here is amazing but unfortunately our meals led us to having food poisoning for the next couple days. Cleanliness needs to be maintained.

Poor customer service. The waitresses are dismissive and are not attentive to our wants. They walked past us multiple times without giving us a menu and we had to ask. Also lack manners and are not courteous. Will not be returning here again. Terrible

Service was terrible. Waiter told me to “chill” after taking about an hour with my food order. Also had a very big mix up with other food items being brought to the table. Would definitely not recommend.

I've heard alot about it so wanted to check it out. When we arrived, it was busy, was told to leave me details and will get a call to let us know when a table would be free.. the lady said we has a twenty min wait but it was more like 10. We all got desserts which were nicely presented and was were really tasty..I also ordered a cappuccino.. which I thought was a little overpriced. The front over the cafe was nicely spaced out but I felt the back where we were sat was more crammed.. We actually had a long wait before our desserts came out considering there was nothing to cook and the cafe wasn't as busy anymore.. Overall the experience was a pleasant one. But not sure I would return in a hurry as I don't think it's any different to any other good dessert places in Leicester. But worth at least one visit 😊

Usually happy with chocoberry and their food. Went in this morning with my family when the place wasn’t busy. Waited around for more than five minutes to be seen to and seated. There were no staff members to be seen on the shop floor; tried to draw staff’s attention by calling out too, however no response. Could hear them listening to music and talking downstairs.

This is a nice addition to Leicesters dessert scene. The flagship store is really pretty and worth the extra effort of travelling to. I noted they serve both Desserts and meals which was good. I have ordered this lots of time on deliveroo and it was been good but I have to say eating it fresh in the cafe was so much better. 🤤 I particularly love their chocolate covered strawberries and waffle bites 😍

I ordered lava cake with custard. It came without spook. How k was supposed to eat? Fingers ????? Waffles with ice cream. They didn’t deliver ice cream, u have raised this to Uber eats as well Masala fries. It was okay 2.7/5

Chocoberry has got to be the best brunch I have ever been! I ordered the ‘Big bang’ breakfast and it was phenomenal!! I would definitely recommend this brunch if you are in Leicester. The service was 10/10 & the staff there were friendly and kind.

This place is not family friendly. We went celebrytka my friend birthday. From the first place the staff gives us weird look as we came with three pushchair. Three staff was on the shop floor and no one helped us arrange the place to fit for to seat in. One of the waiters bring us the tablet and disappear. After 10min of waiting for someone to come back I ask the India lady behind cash desk to take our orders she told me to wait. After another 5min some young lady come and took the order. We had 4 desserts and 4 drinks whichone was very nice. When my friend went to pay the women behind cash desk was so unprofessional. She ignored her and was on her phone talking to someone. Took the payment and don't even bother that my friend was there waiting for recipe. Just turned away still on her phone. This was so disrespectful! We will never go back there. As much we love Chocoberry we will stick with the one on Gipsy Lane much better atmosphere and customer service

"This marks the third occasion where I've been informed that the restaurant is fully booked, despite observing multiple empty tables – not just one or two, but three. On previous visits, we were advised of a 30-minute wait, yet both times we were seated within 5 minutes. Interestingly, during our wait, I noticed several patrons leaving after being told of the 30-minute wait. It appears the restaurant is adequately staffed, but there's a notable absence of managerial oversight to address these inefficiencies and missed opportunities. However, it's worth noting that the food quality remains consistently good, which is why we continue to patronize the establishment."

My all time favourite from Chocoberry is their waffle bites. You have to try this if you visit the store. It never disappoints. The store caters for dessert and savoury, situated on London Road, the decor is pleasing and it is definitely a popular hangout/ visited place. The store is Muslim owned and fully halal. It would be great to see the store grow and become bigger.

The food was spot on but the staff took really long to give a menu. And there was dirt on the table and seat and they only wiped the table. They could improve there atmosphere and make it cleaner. And they should improve their hygiene. The worker was trying to act funny on a serious moment. There Chairs are dirt again very bad hygiene. There was food on the floor. Less menus. Shoe marks on the seat and we had to sit on it. The toast was burnt and they wanted to make another one but why said they are going to charge us. They did not give a refund.

Pretty solid place. The Angus beef burger was pleasant, and the cheesy version stepped it up a notch. Chips were great, especially with the cheese sauce. Strawberry milkshake was made with actual strawberries rather than just a sauce, and the churros were beautifully fresh. Highly recommended.

Fantastic food, chops were juicy and delicious, mushroom sauce and chicken steak is a great thing to eat in.

I have always enjoyed Knafeh and I was looking for that here in the UK. Then I discovered a perfect place to buy my carvings in Chacoberry. We were blown away by the food! It was wonderful to see the variety of desserts, the hand-churned ice cream, and the delicious Knafeh that was a crowd favorite! The staff explained everything about their menu, so thank you Aishwarya!

Delicious food and big portion sizes. Had to wait around 30mins - 1hr for a table but they take your number and call you when it’s ready so you don’t have to wait around the entire time.

The poor stars are ONLY based on Kunafeh. Chocoberry makes some good desserts no doubt, however the Kunafeh was unrecognisable. Better get it from any turkish restaurant...

food was decent, however service was terrible. indian staff members speak so rudely, asked her 4 times how long my food would take and she kept fobbing me off whilst making rude faces. unbelievably rude.

Okay let me just tell you.. I went there for sahoor (ramadan menu) the food was absolutely delicious not a single plate that was left with food as it was fresh and up to standard we went there with two families 10 people all together along side two babies seating and the area was very comfortable I would definitely go there again in ramadan thank you.
