I like how the food is fresh and it’s delivered very hot , however i wish they move up the lunch and dinner menu to 4pm instead of 5pm

Wonderful service from Aishwariya and the team. The chicken bagel was very filling and but for too much cheese was nice.

Went to the morning for breakfast with family really nice atmosphere and top notch service provided by Himanshu. Their grilled chicken bagel is really nice. Loved their food and service.

Every time I come into chocoberry I’m always rushed to leave, I came for brunch 3 weeks ago and I was still having my coffee and the lady kept coming and saying ma’am could you be quick please as we have a Que. Again I came with work colleagues and we ordered food drinks and dessert and the lady kept coming have you finished ma’am I kept saying no that we have food in our plates it was filling so we are taking a break and will eat again but she kept saying there’s a Que we need the table. I find that so rude and for a great food place makes it loose the service quality.

I recently visited Cocoberry with my child, and I must say their customer support was outstanding! Minnu, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel so welcome, being incredibly attentive and understanding, especially with my little one. Minnu offered helpful recommendations and ensured we were comfortable throughout our visit. Dining out with kids can sometimes be challenging, but thanks to Minnu and the rest of the Cocoberry team, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The food was fantastic, and the warm, friendly service made it even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Cocoberry to families looking for a welcoming place to enjoy a meal!

The deserts were tasty and very reasonably priced. The macha latte and luna latte were delicious. The service was also great, our server Maithili was very polite and attentive, despite how busy it was !

We just came for dessert after dinner and I ordered a cookie dough chocolate chip. And it was blissful. It was good that they served 2 bowls of vanilla ice cream (good combo!). The person who was serving us was Maithili, she is really nice..and beautiful . The cookie dough was nice because it was crunchy on the side and in the middle was gooey and creamy with the chocolate sauce on top. Could've put 10 star if I could. Highly recommended!! Try the cookie dough!!!!

Loved the food and ambience tonight. I had Original Khunafa and was exceptional! Others enjoyed their food. The design of the restaurant is top as well. Maithili was very kind, helpful and welcoming which made our evening even better. Thank you!

Really nice food, especially the melty egg muffin, big bang breakfast, chocolate strawberries, iced pistachio latte, hot custard. Service is excellent, big shout out to Himanshu who handled our dietary requirements when ordering and our order was spot on. Very friendly guy and has served us a few times before. Also, Aishwarya at the front counter has always accommodated us and checks in to see if everything is OK. Massive improvement since they first opened, no complaints from me. Highly recommended.

Visited yesterday, they didn't have the items I wanted available, had to opt for a crepe which was disgusting and rubber like, informed staff who didn't know what to do, they were very patronising in their response and did not even offer a apology. I recently visited chocoberry London Road and had an amazing experience! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. Minnu went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations that we absolutely loved.

Kunafah is dry, there is no enough syrup, they forget strawberries on waffle bites, and when they brought strawberries, it was raw. And the chocolate of dubai chocolate was so thick and the pistachio was stale

Went out for a family outing with my wife and 3 kids Sat for over 40mins waiting for a 2 drinks and 3 desserts and none of the workers where doing anything neither preparing it and we had to leave because of the bad service my children was looking forward to it and turned out to have the worst service ever!!!!

the latte tasted average. the place looks so cute. the only thing that ruined the experience was their seatings and the music playing. the seats and tables were arranged very closely to each other, it made it uncomfortable and awkward. the music was just popular radio music, i would’ve preferred if maybe instrumentals or a bit calmer music was playing.

The food was nice, but it didn't blow me away. The interior is very nice. The place was clean. The desserts were nice. Parking is a problem around this area. There is paid parking in Victoria Park, which is 5 minutes walking distance.
