NUNCA MÁS! No hay opciones de alimentos para la alergia a la leche (voy por cosas veganas y nada estaba en stock). Muebles cansados e instalaciones sanitarias. ¡Y sobre todo una multa por la compañía de estacionamiento que colabora con las tiendas de este centro comercial, 100 libras! Estoy vívida. Solo se obtiene aparcamiento gratuito para 2 personas. 30 horas, al parecer, entonces tienes que pagar, ¿dónde? ¡Ni idea no veía las máquinas de pago ni los carteles que decían esto! Por lo que NO se muestra de manera prominente como afirma la empresa. Y Costa Coffee debe respetar a sus clientes lo suficiente como para tener algo de canto - post para esto, así como si quieren que estemos allí tienda y tomar una bebida y café y gastar nuestro dinero. Así que básicamente estás mejor en cualquier otro centro comercial en Leeds que alberga otros cafés. NUNCA MÁS EN COSTA COFFEE EN EL CENTRO COMERCIAL KIRKSTALL BRIDGE!

El restaurante estaba helado a solo 9 grados. Como era de esperar, el desayuno se enfrió en el plato en un minuto. El personal estaba en sombreros y guantes y dijo que había sido así durante días. El gerente dijo que no se le permite cerrar el café en estas condiciones ni poner un letrero para advertir a los clientes. Abordé el asunto con la oficina central del CEO y se niegan a responder a mis preguntas. No creen que hubiera un problema y dicen que ofrecieron bebidas calientes gratis a los clientes. ¡Falso! ¿A alguien más le ofrecieron una en la semana sin calefacción? Tratar a los clientes con absoluto desprecio. Seguiré haciendo las preguntas...

Dreadful customer service at Rushden lakes drive thru Costa . Very rude and horrible customer service by the drive thru staff . Shame on you .This Costa is a disgrace to the Costa chain .

No idea why so many odd reviews. Staff always lovely. Great place to sit and work, meet a friend or just have some peace. Excellent location off A34 as petrol station + a Subway. Between J15/15 M6 too.

Total farce of a place. 2 of us went to the cafe to grab a late breakfast or lunch. We got upstairs and there were 3 parties in the queue in front of us. The first one didn't get what he wanted and the next ordered a drink. The next people (there were 3 in this group) ordered coffee and cakes. We have now been in this queue for 15 minutes and just before they got served a rather stressed out young male staff member told the server at the till that we "were the last for food". Despite a young lady and her daughter joining the queue they let them stand there for 10 minutes before telling her she could only order a drink. The reason for all this? They have to "clean up the tables". There were only about 4 tables with dishes on them. When I eventually got to order, I asked how long 2 breakfast would be and was told 25-30 minutes. This would have meant we would have been there of 45 mins or more. I declined their "offer".

Llamé y pedí dos desayunos. Llegó tocino frío, huevos fríos, frijoles fríos, falta la mitad de la tostada. Absolutamente asqueroso lugar para comer y he estado en algunas inmersiones mientras estaba en la carretera. Tesco Seacroft Café impactando el peor lugar para la comida. Manténganse bien despejados y no hablaremos del precio de £ 1. 25 por una salchicha, £ 1. 25 por 1 hongo plano! Consigue una sonrisa Tesco... Bebidas calientes bien.

I had an absolute brilliant service! I was served by Zarin and Joana and I had the best experience every! They were really friendly and made sure I was comfortable for my flight as I lt was the first tike flying on my own. I dont usually write reviews but I feel like this was needed. Thank you so much guy you were amazing keep it up! I hope I'll see you again.

This experience started when we ordered from Paula - not a smile or greeting. I ordered a poached eggs and smashed avocado on toast - the table was dirty so we asked for the table to be cleaned. When the order was delivered to the table is was cold, the toast was soggy - it was like a piece of un-toasted bread and the smashed avocado was like a spread thinly scraped across the un-toasted bread. I raised this with Paula, this issue was dismissed not a word of apology or offer to replace it. Completely unacceptable. This was compounded, when I spoke with to another customer sitting on an adjacent table, who had a similar experience with cold and unacceptable food; and a similar response or lack of response from Paula.

Personally when looking at the menu you d like to think that's what you get especially for a family of 4 and £100 bill with drinks but no.My chicken new yorker came as a 2 piece small chicken peices when paid for 4 peice I did however ask why ,it was said you was charged off the 2 for 1 menu.However I did say there wasn't a 2 g For 1 menu on a Sunday and they realised and came out with more chicken .Only after questioning it though still dissatisfied .There was other issues with the steak being over cooked and the meals not coming out together but ordered together 2 family's ordered at the same time.

We are living in a climate emergency, so was dissapointed to see this week that Cafe Nero is not even doing the most basic of things. I visited the Cafe Nero store at 91 Wilcox Place (which does not seem to be on Trip Advisor) I asked for an iced coffee (being clear I was drinking in). It was served in a plastic cup. I refused. The assistant seemed bemused, tutted and replaced my cup. This may be a little thing by itself - but I hope Cafe Nero wakes up... smells the coffee... and realises that this is a climate emergency

Lovely coffee and very welcoming, friendly staff. If you’re passing through and fancy a quick bite/drink, this cafe is a great spot to do so.

Menu items had changed. The selection available was poor but I had queued up by then so wasn’t going elsewhere. I ordered the fish and chips. I’m not sure what kind of white fish it was supposed to be but it was utterly tasteless. The chips were soggy. And the portion of tartare sauce was ridiculously tiny. Would never order this again. Once again there were too many tables not cleared, some of the cutlery didn’t look clean, and the staff need training in customer service skills.
