Awful! cold and presented without any style. cannot eat beans was not offered an alternative. and only 1 sachet of sauce! that's not going to go far!!!

Absolutely appalling!! What’s happened to customers getting served? Have to order on a machine. Order eventually came, very luke warm, missing items, NO COFFEE apart from make your own there is a jar of cheap coffee at the tea machine!! £1.00 for HALF a tomato!!! WTF!!! Wont be going there again!!

I stopped for some shopping and had lunch the roast beef was ok but sliced very thin vbg I had the apple crumble and custard for dessert … it was fairly quite

The cafe was quieter than we expected, the portions weren't massive but it was cheap enough for what we got. The staff were lovely to us and helpful despite there not being many of them.

Its nice to be nice, Jeanette serving coffee at the top entrance to the Cafe. What a star and pleasant lady. Well done to top customer service with a smile. Thank you again.

Rubbish everytime I come. Used to be nice. For some reason now they can’t use red onion? So no cheese and onion toasties. Try to get other things and they’re always out of items. No veggie sausage for veggie breakfast. Avacado on toast with poached eggs appalling. Barely any avocado and eggs hard. If you run out of produce, you’re in a supermarket, just go and get some…

Terrible - over half an hours wait for breakfast -always - usually cold. Staff don’t care. Shortage of staff I assume. This place is a joke. You have to tell them your table number when you order and by the time you sit down someone’s taken it

Took way too long to arrive and was almost cold when it did, I had to ask for sauce which also delayed being able to eat whilst it was still Luke warm Not impressed

Went for breakfast in our day off, first thing we encounter was a 30 min wait for anything hot, then we order regardless, grab 2 cups for our drinks...first one dirty, so I swapped it. Get over to the machine press hot chocolate and get a cup of hot milk...from both machines! Asked someone to help, he points over to a woman employee in a booth eating toast "you'll have to wait for her". Okayyyyy, so then I'll make my cup of tea, no I won't because there's no white sugar or sweeteners in the building apparently, oh and no spoons. Get sat down food finally comes and my poached eggs on toast is 2 giant slices of toast and one very small, very hard egg hiding at the side, literally picked it up on my fork and hit it on the plate, it didn't open. I said to the waitress "wow that's a bit measily, why is there only one egg?" She just giggled and left! Honestly atrocious start to end.

I do enjoy a Morrisons Breakfast ... but why have you got rid of fryed bread ??? Its part of a traditional english breakfast & it was very missed on mine ! PLEASE BRING IT BACK .

WORST PLACE TO GO I would not recommend anyone to go there it’s a hours wait for a simple breakfast and the workers have no respect at all and I am never going back there

Every time I go to Morrisons for a meal I have to ask for the table to be cleaned. The tables eventually get cleared but are rarely wiped clean. The food is just about average and I really don’t visit unless I really have to.

Went for a light bite with the grandparents as we regularily head to Morrisons Cafe close to her and generally have a good experience. As always, the prices are good and there is a range of food available. I opted for a Bacon Sandwich, and was told that they had no bacon. A morrions with no bacon!? (for the record, i checked and they had plenty of bacon on the shop floor). So instead i ordered a Sausage sandwich with 2 teas and went to take our seat. We waited a whiel (around 20 minutes) and still no food. I went back to the counter and asked how long it would be and i was told around 40 minutes for food. 40 Minutes for someone to fry a sausage. i want to know how morrisons cook them, it most certainly isnt in an over, grill or hob i've ever seen. Once the food did arrive it was passable. Not piping hot (which i would expect given they have been getting cooked for 40 minutes so i can only image they are using a 12W bulb to do the cooking. There are plenty enoough Small Cafe's for a cheap bite or slighty more pricey but far superior food.

Took my mother today for a Sunday morning breakfast, and waited 50 minutes- other customers even longer. Apparently it is not the practice now to tell the customers of an approximate serving time (unlike Girlington, Morrison's who are quite honest about it). The coffee was luke warm from the machine, then on return noticed that both machines were out of order! To be fair to Jessica the waitress- she was superb at customer service, and she is a wonderful asset to the supermarket. She must have been stopped by disgruntled customers a dozen times and she was very professional and she deserves to go far. It's obvious that the cafe is operating with a skeleton staff- and this is insulting to the customers, because handled right it could be a goldmine! When the breakfasts eventually arrived there was no problem with the quality. The employees deserve better from the management and that means extra staff- or take the model of Girlington's Morrision's and try again.

What should be the best cafe in bradford that is in a supermarket with all the fresh produce it can ask for literally on its doorstep its terrible, always tpld there will be a long wait half the items on the menu are either not on or xant be cooked because apparently they dont have anythong to cook burgers in, shoddy excuse for a chef if you ask me. So in short go eat somewhere else dont waste your money

Food is generally good for the money, service can be fast to the odd occasion having to wait a while.

We have started visiting this cafe for weekend breakfast after disappointing experiences at another local supermarket equivalent. We have been pleasantly surprised at the good value and quality of food and coffee.The staff are polite and helpful and service is generally swift except on very busy periods. However in these circumstances they have offered free drinks top ups.I like that there is a good selection of Danish pastries for breakfast that are always fresh. There are 2 drinks machines so there is never much waiting. There is also a separate hot water dispenser for teas which are made in tea pots so they can also be topped up.

Great dinner deal !!! Meal and rink £5.75!!! Most enjoyable in a clean restaurant with friendly staff... recommend

Do you ever long for a restaurant/cafe that has comfy seats, excellent choice of food, a really good coffee bar and is inexpensive. Look no further than this Morrisons at Five lane ends, Idle, Bradford.I was wanting something to eat that would suit somebody who is lactose intolerant and allergic to shellfish and wanted good coffee.They had a great dish of vegan lasagne which was very tasty, served with a good amount of salad.The comfy seats were occupied at first but after my lasagne I was able to move to a relaxing comfy chair in which to have my excellent coffee, from the barista stand. I read my book in peace for a while. Staff were happy and pleasant, and after the cafe I did my shopping.Very airy and clean cafe with lots of choice.

Yeah been there few times for breakfast make a great big breakfast and if you don't like some stuff you can exchange them for others u like quite reasonable for price too

Just called on for breakfast omg what a disaster We ordered a small breakfast with poached eggs we have had this at other Morrison's and it's been fine not this time After waiting ages they finally arrived only for the eggs to be like hard boiled eggs not poached at all so sent the meals back after waiting an age the meals arrived again the eggs no better than before but this time the rest of the food was undercooked and cold we took a few bites and just left the rest couldn't be bothered sending them back this time we had been there 40 minutes already A total disaster and won't be going again and would recommend others to do the same awful experience would give no stars if possible

Interesting cafe with friendly and helpful staff.... I found well organised and basically clean ... I had the egg and sausages and days ago I had the steak pie and a dessert in the price

Visited for a quick catch up with my mum, having no coffee or hotchocolate after paying (hot milk only had to add powder which the guy gave) in the machines and the poor guy running round like a headless chicken to please quite a full cafe as well as stock up, answer questions and serve food. We waited 40 mins for a toasted teacake that was soggy with butter and luke warm, Hats off to him (couldnt read name tag) for doing best he could, more staff needed to support him in this busy cafe (regular shopper and always seems full)

It was about 3pm on a Sunday afternoon when we were headed home from an outing. As we passed the Morrison Supermarket at the Victoria Shopping Centre in Bradford, we decided to stop in for a quick cuppa tea.

Although cafe was still serving meals the ones we received were not very good. All day breakfast had mushrooms and bacon that had been hanging around for hours. Chicken and chips had chicken also been hanging around and dry. Jacket potato was char grilled. The macaroni cheese and lasagne were fine.

Waited nearly an hour after ordering, tables were filthy, food was lukewarm, the cafe wasnt really busy. Wont be visiting again.

A lot off microwaved food greasy breakfast chipped cups and tea pots slack staff dirty tables but sandwiches are quite nice
