Music playing too loud inside. Went outside to find speakers outside too! Not necessary. Music is NOT needed everywhere. Service was OK but not the most friendly. Supervisor seemed more interested in picking up issues with her team rather than seeing to her customers. Starbucks ask customers for a name and then speltvit incorrectly and didn't use it when the order was delivered. I can't see it was a bad experience, it just wasn't welcoming.

So I have to say something about this because I thought it was a one off but definitely not. I ordered a cappuccino as normal and honestly if you get half a cup of coffee in your take away cup you are doing really well. I appreciate that it’s frothed but not to the point where I only get less than half a cup..had this happen about 5 times now. Will not be using this store again.

There is a reason that this cafe isn’t rated very high on trip adviser, and it is because of the staff. Miserable doesn’t even cut it. No customer service and more importantly no smiling. We actually felt we were an inconvenience going into the cafe. I felt I should apologise for ordering. Should have gone to Maccy D’s. Also filthy sauce bottles, not been cleaned for several days

My husband and i regularily stop by here after the school run on a Thursday morning for a coffee and a bit of breakfast. Service is mostly great with the occasional grumpy barrista. The coffee and food is always as expected.

Half of items on menu not available, asked for fish - none, asked for breakfast not available but you can filled rolls, eg sausage, bacon, etc but not a breakfast?? Staff very bad mannered.

Most awful experience here. I will defo not be returning the staff of whom are so rude, no please or thank you and food just slammed about, we as customers have to eat this

Awful coffee. It was undrinkable so we returned 3 full cups (either burnt beans or a chemical taint in the water) and just got shrugs from the staff. Also. Also very expensive - you’d be better off visiting McDonald’s which is saying something!

Late lunch on a Saturday so they had run out of quite a few sandwich options due to our timing but staff were friendly and apologetic. They do have a decent selection of hot food options including jacket potatoes but I went for the lunch offer for £6.50 which included sandwich, coffee from the machine with unlimited refills, and a cake. We chose the chocolate cake and it was really delicious. Kids meals vary a bit in size - the mac and cheese was quite diddy but the kids nuggets, chips and beans was a good portion. There was plenty of seating and food came out fast. Its a convenient location and lets be honest its pretty cheap. Kids eat free if an adult has a main hot meal... You get what you pay for. Its basic but it worked well with kids, its super convenient and we would eat here again.

Empecemos diciendo que la chica con bronceado falso no debería estar trabajando detrás de la barra, tuve que tomar café propio y de mis parejas ya que había bronceado falso en todo el exterior de nuestras tazas desafortunadamente no pillé el nombre de las chicas, pero creo que era el pesebre en el turno. Por el precio que pagamos por los cafés nos fuimos de allí tan insatisfechos.

Intenté pagar los refrigerios con dinero. No pudo debido al personal, muy mala gestión Terrible lugar *no* ir.

My daughter and i Enjoyed our breakfast and chicken nuggets. Quick service and with a smile. We had a great experience here all thanks to bradley that works here. Let me say, if he is here on the day you come in I'm sure you will too. Such a lovely man. And thankyou! A real credit to sainsburys.

On the whole i enjoy my experience of shopping at Sainsbury's with a coffee as a bonus. But having to bend down to the bottom self when you need paracetamol for a bad back is not well thought out. Surely that could be improved upon.

I’ve been using this place for quite a few years and now will not use again as the last three visits I have made at around 20.00-20.15 pm and have been waved off because they are closed . If you say your open till 20.30 pm then you should be . Small portions and get quite a lot off lettuce that isn’t fresh .

disgusting thing ever seen by me today. I was wanting to have a quick coffee before I went home and just as we were going to wait in the line we saw the barista with long hair pull and touch his hair out and throw it on the floor. GROSS. YOU JUST TOUCHED YOUR GREASY HAIR and then you have the audacity to touch cups and make coffee ? HORRIBLE. im so put off Nero that I cant even consider going back anytime soon. please whatever you do dont go to this Nero. waste of money they also always make the drink horribly cold.
