Starbuck Gloucester Retail Park in Gloucester

The service was horrible today, I came here with my son and our sever was incredibly rude and uncaring towards us. We ordered in a kind manner but were treated in a way which left us shocked as when we asked for a cookie she never asked us which one and just uncaringly shoved one into the bag, we told her ‘sorry we would like the other one please’ but was greeted with a rude response with a snap of ‘you didn’t tell me that did yu’ and this was repeated as we just apologised for not being specific. We later learnt this was the manger Lauren and we would like something to be done about this as she has been rude to us many times and we would like other customers to not go through this. She also put our drinks in ‘ to go ‘ cups when we were sitting inside and she has also been doing this for a while. When we said we were gong to make a complaint on her service she just shouted ‘ I’m the manager you can make a complaint if you want!’ We are appealed by all of this and want change in how service is in this establishment.

I love Starbucks coffee so this is the main reason I go. This place in particular needs some work. The staff are always busy talking to eachother when I go in rather than acknowledging me, They now close at 8.30 instead of 9 (why?!) but if I go in past 6pm like I usually do I get treated like a burden. I know you want to go home guys but maybe get a job you actually half like ?

Freezing, air conditioning full on, dirty, asked for medium coffee got a large, tables like an infant school not comfortable.

Had a lovely visit here today with my niece, a lady called bev was amazing she looked after us with incredible customer service

Tiny flat white for £3.85… I won’t be back Not the staffs fault, they looked tired, bored, listless… can’t blame them.. I suspect that’s the price you have to pay to keep the great unwashed away (ie ordinary people) Nice music Hard uncomfortable chairs Has the feel of an upmarket communist canteen from the 70’s

Entered the Starbucks, and it was very messy, tables full of dirty crockery and staff concentrating on the drive-through. Eventually after a 7 minute wait, we were served, by a very unfriendly young man, called Hector. Failed to smile and gave the impression that taking our order was a real chore. I cleared the table myself but couldn't get it cleaned. I ordered a cheese toastie, and my friend a Paninni, but to be honest, it was terrible, not toasted, soggy bread, and so hot my friend burnt her mouth. As I was so hungry, and feeling hypo I had to eat it. My coffee was luke warm. All in all a disappointing visit.

In Starbucks now service so slow as staff more interested in talking with each other finally got my order Something needs to be done as it’s always the same

Been using this Starbucks since it opened at First service was brilliant now service is terrible long waits due to staff chat amongst each other takes orders ask your name but to people behind you always get there drinks before you always come in early mornings four days a week there’s a gym opposite staff comes in from the gym in gym gear sweating no shower bad hygiene straight to work not good and it’s the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been in one star for service and cleaners Starbucks franchise need to take a look at this establishment and change it around as it always busy but the service and the cleaners is not up to standard

I visited Starbucks on two consecutive days in August for a breakfast (preferrable to that offered by my hotel). The choice was good, the service brisk and professional, the venue was venue clean and airy. I was able to sit out and eat al fresco [weather was definitely a bonus). Sorry to read that some other reviewers had a bad experience. Five *'s from me

after waiting in the que for over 20 minutes to try the new caramel brownie frappe after recieving it it was absolutely horrible was just ice and milk in the cup very disappointed i couldnt go back round in the que due to it being hurrendously long

Ordered drinks etc with nice friendly lady who asked if eating in or takeaway... Told her eat in. Waited for drinks... Then joined a queue to wait for a table... All tables taken by single people with laptops taking up all the tables.... Frustrating. Then we get told we are not allowed to stand and wait... Even with masks on, miles away from anyone.... Ridiculous....but you can stand in a queue of people while they take your money....

Why on earth do Starbucks put mustard in just about every savoury item. It is in cheese toasties and even egg sandwiches! It is in small print on the ingredients list too. Come on, give us a choice, some people hate it and it is a very unwelcome surprise. Anyway, back to Costa who don't do this.....

I pop into this Starbucks quite often as it is a good evening stroll away. I have found staff to be friendly and accommodating to my requests. I have not found it to be dirty but it can get busy in there at times. Overall As you would expect of a coffee chain.

Stopped by as we were visiting The Range, my wife had a one shot Cappuccino and I had a decaf flat white, or so I thought. Clearly the communication between staff needs addressing, as I have spent all afternoon being ill as I’m caffeine intolerant. I thought this might have been an isolated incident, but other reviews highlight similar failings. To the manager- you have a duty of care to your customers.

Good Starbucks store - always good service, food, and drink. Good range and no pressure to purchase more. Only problem is it’s always so cold in the store that I leave just to warm up! Turn down the air con and I’d buy more drinks here and stick around more.

I go here a bit for coffee there lovely fruit toast, with my friends and its dog friendly to, its in a lovely location so you can go shopping in the narest shops then go for a coffee and chill

Staff always friendly, never wait too long to be served. Drinks never been wrong either, can’t say that for town centre store

I love Starbucks coffee but this place is always dirty I mean unclean tables always dirty and the floors sofas covered in food a really poor show every time. The management needs to really get a grip of the place as it’s letting the company down just due to laziness!!!

Took 19 minutes to be servered after ordering at drive through then sugar free drink clearly wasnt luckily the diabetic that drank it wasn't the driver!!!!

Very poor no gluten free options and staff reluctant to serve me !!! Prefered to walk up and down about 10x ignoring the queue ridiculous
