Caffe Nero in Kingston upon Thames

disgusting thing ever seen by me today. I was wanting to have a quick coffee before I went home and just as we were going to wait in the line we saw the barista with long hair pull and touch his hair out and throw it on the floor. GROSS. YOU JUST TOUCHED YOUR GREASY HAIR and then you have the audacity to touch cups and make coffee ? HORRIBLE. im so put off Nero that I cant even consider going back anytime soon. please whatever you do dont go to this Nero. waste of money they also always make the drink horribly cold.

Honestly most disappointing and heartbreaking among the all cafe Nero s The service, staff and hygiene are the worst I have seen for long long time ! I have ordered 3 lates and 1 cheese toastie and there was only 1 member of staff and this lady was not the best It took a while to make those 3 latte and after that when I asked my toastie she turned around and the guy the toastie out of oven meanwhile I have said I will be back for my toastie - as I was leaving with 3 lattes I have seen with my corner of eyes that she DROPPED the half of the toastie on the floor ! I have thought she would probably re-do the toastie but 10 seconds later she has brought the toastie to my table ! Honestly I could not believe that ! She did try to serve that dirty nasty contaminanted toastie to us ! Bentalls should be ashamed to have them as part of their tenant ! HYGINE is below - 5 star We ll never go to bentalls Nero again! !!!

Never able to provide what they advertise. Claim to offer different flavour latte but then always say they have run out of the syrup.

I asked for a hot chocolate with Salted Caramel and cream to drink in a mug. Now bear in mind it was 530pm and they close at 630pm. I was told I could only have in a takeaway cup as they had been very busy today and had a lot of washing up to do. So no cup for me as they didn't want more washing up. It gets better. I can't have cream as they have run out. But I must pay for the cream as it comes as standard with hot chocolate. Oh my giddy aunt. I told the server it doesn't work this way. I'm not paying full price for something I can't have. He starts arguing with me. No lateral thinking at all. Another server had to tell him to discount the Salted Caramel. What is 50p.....More of Story. Train your staff in customer service.

A curious little branch of Caffe Nero, this one... tucked away deep underground in the basement of the Bentall Centre in Kingston. Which means you sip your cuppa and eat your brownie while staring out at heaps of brand new microwave ovens and kitchen gadgets. If that's your idea of a great view, fine. There are the usual Caffe Nero selection of hard tables and chairs, and comfy leather chairs that wouldn't look out of place in an old golf club. Good coffee.

I quite often pop in here for a chai latte while waiting for my wife to finish shopping. Usually not very busy and service can be good. The most recent visit was the longest wait I have ever had for a drink. There were only five people before me but I waited just under half an hour for my drink. I commented on the wait. The barista just smiled lamely and moved away. No apology is poor customer service.

This Cafe Nero is hidden in the basement floor of Benthalls. I always manage to get a seat, friendly staff & good coffee. A relaxing environment & where I always go when in Kingston for a coffee.

This branch of cafe Nero is in the back of the basement of Bentalls department store. On the plus side its normally quite quiet however being in the basement there is no natural light and the mobile phone signal is poor.

Love Nero’s on the whole and regularly pop in back home. Sort out Nero’s whilst attending a conference whilst in Kingston and wasn’t impressed. I was quite clear in my ask but the barrisstor got my order wrong, rather than apologize he muttered to his colleague something, no eye contact and then served up the worst latte I’ve had to date. Sorry no excuse for poor service

This branch of Caffe Nero is located in the basement of the Bentall Centre, while the coffee is ok and it is also a bit quieter than some of the other local coffee shops the location is not good. Being in the basement there is no natural light the ceilings are also low and it is fairly dark. There is also no or very poor mobile phone reception and the bentalls wifi reception is also poor making it difficult to check your email etc when you are drinking your coffee.

Well everyday I am passing by this Caffe Bero branch across Bentalls shopping centre and I was wondering why this is always empty every morning.. its a huge chain coffee shop and what a shane these two ladies working there just ruin it. I wanted to give it a try and popped in just because it was more quiet than any other coffee shops. I took a soup and wanted to order a coffee they keep asking “what can i get for tou” while they are actually preparing somebodyelse’s coffee. So the lady takes my soup after ten times of asking what I want to order and I gave it to her and also ordered an americano. I said shall I just touch my card and she goes yes then I touched. After a bit of time she asks the gentleman begind me if he paid already, because looks like his coffee is paid. I said “I just paid mine” and she is annoyed and told me that I paid his coffee . And said that I asked you if I can pay mine you said yes. She lied about that her colligue was gelping me. And what is it now? I am I going crazy or what? I ordered her and she was preparing my coffee herself and even I asked for payment.. whatelse should I do?? And all this time I am waiting for my soup its been 10 minutes still no soup.. weird people, poor service, sorry but those “darling” started words have nothing to do with jobs..

In the basement of bentall store .nice and local. The staff are very helpful and friendly, who get to know their customers wants before being asked.the cafe' is always clean and tables clear.a lovely spot in a busy store.

This branch of cafe Nero is in the basement of the Bentall centre and tends to be a bit quieter than some of the other change coffee shops in Kingston. The coffee is ok, one downside is being in the basement mobile reception is poor, so its not a good location if you are expecting or want to make phone calls of surf the web.

We mostly always stop for coffee here when shopping on Saturdays. We have also had lunch there during the week. The coffee and snacks are always good and the staff friendly and helpful.

E' nel seminterrato, e questo è già penalizzante, ma ci siamo andati un giorno perchè altrove era difficile trovare un posto. lentissimi nel servizio, avevamo chiesto 2 cappuccini, e uno dei due , non si sa per quale ragione, era in realtà un caffè lunghissimo, imbevibile con a parte poco latte freddo. Ce l'hanno rifatto , ma prima hanno servito gli altri clienti, per cui ...disservizio inesorabile!

Two visits running I ordered a toasted panini and had to return to the counter to collect it after 15 minutes, by which time it was overcooked. No apology or replacement was offered and the shop wasn't busy on these occasions.. Discontinued using this branch.

We went into the centre, and sat down in Café Nero, for a mid morning elevenses, alas afterwards we could not find a toilets, and were told we had to go to the 3rd floor, not very good, when you have young children, with you.

Uno de los pocos lugares donde sirven avena recién hecho con leche en vez de avena actualizadas. Es tan delicioso! Caffe Nero también sirve bien, café fuerte y tiene un ambiente agradable con wifi gratis para trabajar o simplemente tomar un buen desayuno o café.

Mi esposa le encanta el café en la cafetería Nero y en la rama de las de10-centro sus normalmente posible encontrar una mesa libre incluso en temporada. Las desventajas de este sector son está situado en el sótano, así que no hay luz natural y aunque hay normalmente un montón de mesas libres el personal no es muy eficiente mantenerlas limpias.
