Lovely little Nero's in Kingston, near to Kingston station and Kingston College. Great for students to go for a chill-out session after class, or to pick up a snack (or cheeky desert!) for lunch. I absolutely adore Nero's, and this branch is no different. I recommend the chocolate and hazelnut frappé in the summer months, to keep you cool- there's also the lemonade spritz, which is a nice option too (you can have it with a mix-in base of fruit- mango or peach, I believ) if you want something more basic, but that feels just a little bit fancy compared to your average bottle of store-bought stuff. Don't forget to collect your stamps!

My Brazilian coffee is the perfect 👌 flavour! Smooth strong!

Coffee is nice and they do good iced drinks only complaint is that the tables outside are taken up a lot of the time by non paying customers

I visited the first Caffè Nero Drive Thru in the world at Stansted Airport on the day it opened. 4/5/2024. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful and enjoyed a coffee break and later, a lunch break. The food and drinks were excellent with a large selection of choice.

Coffee and water glasses came with a layer of dish soap on it... yuk

This was the first Cafe Nero I ever went to 18 years ago as originally from the area, back then it was pleasant but now in dire need of a refurbishment. The downstairs is too cramped especially when it's busy. Upstairs is dirty and tables not cleared, toilets are filthy. Code for toilets only given if you ask which causes unnecessary stress. Won't return again.

I have never seen a Cafe Nero so under the standards . Cafe Nero at Eden walk was so substandards tables being sticky and unclean . The cakes served were dry and unappealing . Staff were rough no politeness . I would not come gain for sure

Excellent service tip top staff very clean cafe enjoyed the ambience here. The queue,which was long,was dealt with quickly and efficiently so was not made to think we were waiting long

I wouldn't even give this place a star rating... only because it doesn't let me write a review. I have been going to this place for the past 5 years and I have never faced such discrimination by one of the members there who claim to be the managers. You pay over £4 for a hot chocolate that tastes like dark chocolate and on top get told by the rude manager "that you may have covid". she has was so disrespectful, rude, unprofessional and I certainly cannot believe how Caffè Nero has even hired her as a manager. I have never been humiliated over the 5 years and for a glass of hot chocolate that I paid for in front of all the customers to get shouted at was completely sad. PLEASE GUYS I KNOW CAFFE NERO MAKES NICE DRINKS BUT THIS BRANCH REALLY NEEDS SOME REVISION AND YOU WILL RATHER BE SITTING IN A FRIENDLY, CLEAN ATMOSPHERE INSTEAD OF THIS ONE. I was asked to leave, that I had covid, not to ever come back, kissed her teeth at me and also faced a lot of discrimation because I was a Indian. I hope that Caffè Nero do read my review and actually, do something about this lady there who had blonde hair (no discrimination but needs to identified) who claims to be the manager of the place.

Very friendly service, the staff were affable and chatty to customers and great interactions going on. Needed a change of scenery, so used the upstairs area to remote work. The large windows bring in lots of natural light. Place is grubby though, with warm out furniture and tables, and needs a thorough deep clean. Toilet is yucky. No complaints with my latte, good cuppa.

Very friendly staff. The toilet is a health risk. Urine on the floor, filthy toilet, walls and door. It is appalling. It should be condemned by Environmental Health.

My daughter and I come here a lot. We enjoy the upstairs area. They always have vegan whipped topping, too. A lot of Nero's don't have it made! The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Great if you want a cup if Brown...but do yourself a favour if you want a proper cup if coffee and go to a small independent place.

I go once a week and after my second visit the friendly barista knew my order. Very welcoming, good coffee, Nero just need to invest some money to revamp the ageing locale

Great place to go if you like a stronger coffee.

Nero serves amazing coffee and the selection of all day food is also excellent. One of my favourite coffee chains in the world. This one in particular is quite close to Kingston High Street and Town Centre, so quite conveniently located if you are in this area.

One member of staff on duty, was working to the best of his ability but couldn't cope with demand.

A great coffee shop and the staff are brilliant. Always good for a laugh and very attentive, excellent coffee. Always a place to return to.

It's a straight down the line Caffe Nero with a touch of old world. Snug seating upstairs if you want to tuck yourself away; and a few outside seats for smokers and those who like to watch the world go by and engage with passing Kingston shoppers.

My 3 year old was desperate to use the toilet so I asked a member if staff if he could use the toilet and he refused stating that I would have to find a public toilet! I pretty much begged him saying my son was desperate and couldn’t hold it any longer so finding another toilet wasn’t an option and he still flat out refused saying it was for customers only! I had to resort to buying something just so my toddler could use the toilet which was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy dirty, blocked, had pee on the seat and hadn’t been cleaned in god knows how long. I get that there may be people that abuse the facilities but to refuse a 3 year old child the use of the toilet is disgusting in my opinion!

Unfortunately no obvious attempts being made at sanitising tables, seats etc. Hand sanitise not obviously available. Staff were friendly but disinterested. This outlet has been better.

Girls behind counter did their job well. After every customer tables were not wiped down casting worry overl cleanliness of germs and bacteria. Someone should have been spraying down tables inside and outside when used.

Tha cafe was filthy, the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped for months. The three staff that were behind the counter were more concerned with messing around and being really loud. Probably the worst Nero’s we’ve been in.

Coffee is standard Nero coffee and the staff are good. Seating seems to be placed so you don't want to sit there very long. It was cold outside when I went and the only table available was by the door. This meant when it opened it was very cold, especially when a 3 different people stood holding the door open! Had a toastie and have to say, I have definitely had many better. Not somewhere I would rush back to

You need a code to use the toilet and yet the toilet is the most disgusting unhygienic filthy dirty place! It's worse than the public toilets you used to find around town. Strong smell of urine and dirty walls. If I had used the toilet before I ordered my drinks I would not have stayed. It says a lot about the standards of cleanliness and I think in a place where people eat and drink everywhere should be spotless. Maybe that's just me?

Is a nice and cosy coffe shop .The coffee is excellent and so the Fruit juice . I really enjoyed a natural orange juice here ,branded Nero . The staff always attentive and friendly.

Too many knuckle dragging hoodies, with their hands down the front of their tracksuit bottoms, or riding bikes, up and down eden street, trying to impress giggling twelve year old's, faces overlaiden with to much makeup, by popping wheelies, on there stolen bikes.
