Recommend coming here.on an app costa do goody bags with some Costa stuff we did it and got yummy food such as drinks and and a. Bun with 2 sausages you have to warm it up its is so nice and I also got my.p baby cheeno go here if you like coffe and stuff.

Best place for having a coffee or a hot chocolate drink is hot or cold if you get a cold drink very good service definitely go here

I must say, I’m not one for leaving reviews but on this occasion I will make an exception. I live and work in the area and every time without fail the guys at Costa New Malden are friendly l, but more importantly professional. Coconut cortado is always just perfect !!!

I went for a quick drink and was greeted by friendly staff with good social distancing measures in place.My drink was made quickly and there was a member of staff walking around cleaning the whole time.There were seats inside,all two metres apart and a nice outdoor private garden space to sit in.

Staff always seem a little put out/stressed. Seems as it is in New Malden it is a forgotten branch too as the outside is all faded. Cosy place on a cold day. Not one of the better Costas around. Have been enjoying the Orange Hot Chocolate this winter.

Male staff slow, lazy and standing up doing nothing while the women do the work. Not only that but the male workers have a smart attitude, sniggering and laughing about customers. Decent location, good coffee but do me a favour and sack the wasters.

조식을 따로 신청안해서 아침마다 간단 히 식사할 겸 들리기에 좋았어요. 샌드위치도 다양하고 맛있었네요.

Service was incredibly slow. We ordered 2 hot drinks, one iced & 2 toasties - all of which were to take away. We waited an awfully long time to be served and once we did get served, we waited even longer for the cold drink, which meant the hot ones and the food were only just warm! Our toasties weren't even cut in half, making it difficult to eat which "on the run" More staff will improve this coffee shop so much!

Small costa located on New Malden High Street. Ideal for meetings or a quick catch up. Watch out though it does get extremely busy and there isnt loads of seating

Staff very friendly.but sometime the place gets so busy it takes ages to get served.so could possibly do with more staff. Especially since commuters can't stay in a queue for ages waiting to be served..they just want fast takeaway service

Its one option in the airport to get coffee and some pastries in north terminal, they ipen 24/7. Confy place with couches.

Pop in a couple of times a week and am never disappointed with the friendliness of the staff and variety of drinks available. Always appreciate the complimentary newspapers to read while I am there.

With time to spare I popped into Costa on a cold and damp night. All the usual products are on offer and coffee and toast made for welcoming body fuel before moving on. Friendly and efficient staff.

A decent enough Costa Coffee on our New Malden High Street. Opens earlier than any other coffee shop which is a bonus, but much prefer the coffee in the independent chains on our High Street.

Found staff preoccupied with their own language and not really concerned with my order coffee not good either won't be returning

I am not a great fan of Costa Coffee, high in caffeine but little else. This one is OK, but it is noisy after school and if you try to go in after 5 they are already cleaning the back half and it is closed.

Went to Costa to order a honeycomb hot chocolate as it is the only thing I have tried so far that I like from Costa, only to be told they didn't do that anymore - and it seems they weren't prepared to make me one, even though it would be quite simple in terms of adding syrup to a hot chocolate and adding some whipped cream. Even though this hot chocolate is part of the Christmas menu, other Costas have made it for me even when it is not a Christmas special. So it didn't costa me anything as I simply walked out the shop.It really isn't too much effort to add a syrup to a hot chocolate so I get the impression the staff just couldn't be bothered.

In viaggio con la famiglia a Londra abbiamo alloggiato a New Malden e abbiamo fatto quasi ogni giorno colazione da Costa. Brioches e torte sempre freschi ed un cappuccino favoloso!! Prezzi giusti e personale gentile. Ottimo posto per iniziare bene la giornata...

I've been in here at least 20 times, maybe more. It can get pretty busy on a Saturday! The staff are friendly, they have the usual Costa food and drinks and there are comfy settees as well as ordinary chairs and tables. It's conveniently situated by the main crossing in New Malden opposite Boot's, WH Smiths and Co-op

I go here regularly and the staff are usually really good, although depending whos working it can be a bit slow. It could do with a fresh coat of paint though as its looking very tired. It would be nice if it was bigger as well as it does get busy on weekends. The drinks and food are great - the typical Costa stuff.

Respectable coffee bar, much like any other Costa, been here several times for meetings. Can get quite busy (and noisy) but the service is good, the coffee is excellent and we have never failed to find a table even when it looks hectic. Food is basic (sandwiches, panini, cakes) and mildly overpriced but I've eaten here on a couple of occasions; the quality of the food is more than acceptable, for a quick snack. There's not much more one can say; it's a fairly typical coffee chain and the New Malden branch lives up to expectations.
