Costa Coffee - Maidstone Services in Maidstone

Awful coffee. It was undrinkable so we returned 3 full cups (either burnt beans or a chemical taint in the water) and just got shrugs from the staff. Also. Also very expensive - you’d be better off visiting McDonald’s which is saying something!

After a long journey from Europe called in for a break and drink at Costa. Tired and not really knowing the products of Costa I was served by Sam who helped me decide what drinks I wanted. Also thanks to Naomi who helped make my drinks very quickly. Refreshed my family and I continued on our journey home. Thank you Sam & Naomi for the great work you do. You are much appreciated.

I was having a particularly bad day and pulled in for a coffee. The young lady that served me had such a good vibe about her, i felt I had to say. Think I heard someone call her Jamie?

Nice coffee and good service, skinny latte for me and really nice and friendly staff, good seating and wifi works d well.

Stopped for a lunch break. Opted for a Flat White along with a Toasted Ham and Cheese sandwich. Asked for the coffee in a proper cup and was told they’re not available because the Dishwasher was broken. (sorry, but I’ve heard that from so many Costas it’s now boring) The sandwich was heated up from their warmer but presented in a cardboard box. When I put that on a plate which was on the serving counter I was told I couldn’t have a plate either. Certainly not the warmest of service when paying just under £10 but service and standards like this will only prevail when you have a prime location like this. Your standards are beyond satisfactory. The coffee was also weak and too milky for a Flat White. More like a Latte. I gave up at that point and will not be using this venue again. From a frequent visitor to Maidstone Services. J8 M20

We have just stopped at the Maidstone services drive thru Costa and were met by a couple of the most polite lads we've even encountered at a Costa restaurant, never mind a drive thru. They were so friendly, helpful and incredibly polite they are wasted working in a kiosk. Thank you lads for your lovely cheerful greeting and thank you for lovely hot coffee too.

title says it all. as we picked it up from the drive thru we didn't notice one of the coffees was luke warm - pointless to drive back.

Terrible food! Baking flaccid and lifeless, straight from plastic bag at an extortionate price. My last Costa visit.

Best strawberries and cream frostino I've ever had. Thank you to the two guys working at the drive through today it was beautiful

Parking is always difficulty as limited spaces outside. Also the decor and tables are now looking very tired.

Having been up since 5AM on the way to Dover, we needed some caffeine to keep us going. No danger of anything resembling coffee at this Costa. Disgusting cup of warm dirty water - disgraceful

At least they did standard costa coffee and snacks at a good standard but at much higher price than other Costa.

The food and coffee was up to the high usual standard of any Costa Coffee but most of the staff need to learn the meaning of the phrase ‘customer service’!! Very disappointing.

Dropped in on route to Norfolk Prompt service and friendly staff The food selection was wide and the coffee well presented and hot Happy to also make the coffee our way Used be Costa card for the loyalty points

Strange, for want of a better word. Deliberately ignored by 2 male staff until a queue started forming then the man with glasses finally came alive to serve, as the younger man was so slow he was almost zombie like. Asked for small mocha but was given large then told I'd have to pay for large.

We stopped here for a takeaway coffee en route to the Channel Tunnel. Very pricey compared to our local Costa but the coffee was fine.

The best service yesterday at Costa Maidstone Services Visited late morning staff were really friendly and super efficient Coffee was delicious too!

Ordered a Latte & a plain coffegar, which I don't normally do, but it didn't help. Left it after 2-3 sips. Definitely don't order plain coffee here. At £3.29 for a cup it was a complete rip off. Go anywhere else but here.
