Subway in Tonbridge and Malling

I called the blossom bank subway on my way home with a view to (hopefully) picking up my small order as I was passing. I Waited forever for an answer on the phone only to be told they were busy??? I gave up and just drove on to the store it was ‘empty’! I ordered a 6” sub ‘toasted but the I don’t think she really understood… or didn’t hear… or forgot. Another lady appeared from the back to take my money yet from the time the first girl started making my sub the phone had been ringing, when I said that’s a customer she just said ‘everyone can use the ‘app’! Subway used to be a treat… not any more!

Bought on the too good to go app. Was given two cookies and six empty subway rolls!! Don't bother using too good to go here as it is a rip off.

Wow, I had no idea Subway did gluten free bread - and it’s actually very good! The kids and I just had lunch delivered and all rated it 10/10!

Partner and i walked in around 430pm just looking to have believe it not, a sandwich! Only half the fillings were there and the two females working could not have cared any less for their work or the customers they were serving. We asked for grated cheese and you would have thought we had asked for them to ask a marathon because they had to pop to the kitchen to get this. Our sandwiches were sat perched on the side after having been toasted just getting cold whilst the two employees stood chatting, one of whom was stood in the doorway to the kitchen scratching her nostril!! Other customers came in behind us and they just moaned. Whilst they may have been coming to the end of their shifts, it was obviously too much effort to inject a little enthusiasm in to their jobs and make us customers feel less like inconveniences. Sandwich was good, customer service extremely poor

We ordered from Just eat today as a treat. When it arrived we were missing nachos as part of our meal deal. We called and the phone was simply answered hello. Great start. Explained could we have the nachos delivered. The person on the phone went dont know how to deal with this and handed phone to a collegue. Who was equally as unhelpful. Instead of offering to deliver the nachos she simply said manager call back give you refund..... still waiting for the call. Avoid ordering garlic bread (its terrible, something so simple) my other halfs hash brown were stone cold freezing. Wont be ordering again if they cant get a sandwich right then they clearly need shutting down lol. Staff training wouldnt go a miss.

This is my fifth or sixth visit and it's always been exceptional. Beautifully serviced, both the standard and the vegetarian options are excellent value for money and feel special. Highly recommended!

I have visited this place a year back and returned today - What can I say, it's a fantastic changeover. The food was so tasty and the staff are lovely and so accommodating. The subs were fresh and satisfying; I can definitely say that I will return to this place again. Keep it up guys you are all fantastic at what you do.

After last night's visit to this Subway, a five-star review is the very least we could do.

Service was incredible.The staff explained everything thoroughly and ensured our subs were exactly how each of us wanted. Exceptional service all round.

I usually stop by here for a quick meal. They make delicious subs. Pleasant place, courteous staff, they help me with information several times. Window seating is excellent for people watching — good location and easy to find.

We love this Subway; it’s our favourite brunch spot whenever we get a chance to visit Tonbridge. I especially like the fact that the sub bread is always fresh and so soft here. Excellent, friendly service every time we visit, also a great place for the wee ones!

My friend and I stumbled upon this place after looking for several places for a quick meal. We are glad we did, the food was great and the service was exceptional. The staff were very patient and you could tell they enjoyed their work! Thanks for the nice treat in Tonbridge!

Came to this Subway today after stumbling upon the signboard. The atmosphere was very chilled, the service was friendly and relaxed, and the tunes were perfect for a small place. My girlfriend got a meatball marinara which was great, so nice varied menu for the size and price. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, will be back!

If you want a quick bite to eat, whether it be a lunch break or afternoon snack, this is your best place in Tonbridge. Service is fast, fresh subs always, authentic Subway taste.

Everything about our meal at Subway was great! My friends and I were catching up in Tonbridge and I had previously been to this particular Subway and totally loved it! Once again, our meal was fantastic, their service was brilliant, and the ambience was pretty casual. All of us loved our evening at Subway! Thank you very much, we will be back!

I am not someone that writes reviews but today i went to subway for lunch and i was so impressed i decided to . Not only was the customer service awesome but the store was do clean. I will be back again

This is one of my favorite Subway locations. The staff are friendly and hard-working. If they run out of an ingredient they are more than happy to make more. I also like the fact that Subway gives you the ability to pick every single thing you want on it.
