Starbucks in Hartlepool

So I have to say something about this because I thought it was a one off but definitely not. I ordered a cappuccino as normal and honestly if you get half a cup of coffee in your take away cup you are doing really well. I appreciate that it’s frothed but not to the point where I only get less than half a cup..had this happen about 5 times now. Will not be using this store again.

Got a £60 parking fine for staying too long! Absolutely disgusting!!! Will NOT be going back! I will take my family elsewhere in future.

Staff are so rude. One particular male member of staff was so sarcastic and rude. Will never go back there. Terrible experience

Great experience today! Lovely caramel macchaito. Lady who served me was so pleasant, we even had a laugh together. Tonnes better than a certain coffee shop at the Vision retail park

I’m beyond disappointed as every time I’ve been there, the staff is awfully rude, they sweap the floors with a garden broom while clients are still drinking - creating all the dust to float and land in our coffees, not to mention the way they drag and pull chairs and tables while sweaping creating a horrible and irritating noises while clients are trying to have a conversation or drink their coffees in peace. Dirty tables too!

Visited while my car was having an mot nearby, i was very indecisive but the lady serving me was very happy to recommend her favourite drink. I went with her recommendation and was very happy i did. Delicious! Definitely try the oat shaken iced latte, you will not be disappointed!

There are no words for it. Absolutely rude. The women on the counter shook her head at me in the drive Thru because she misheard me at the window. Silly women

All Starbucks are very good for the quality of their drinks. However, unlike some, this establishment boasts first class, conscientious, friendly and knowledgeable staff. It is a real pleasure to visit here.

Popped in for morning coffee and fruit toast and pancakes. Seriously slow, serving drive through first even tho around 10 people at counter waiting. Got our food first then coffees around 10 mins after. What’s the point of that. Food cold before starting to drink coffee. Seriously shape up Starbucks as I will never come back. I was the one who questioned staff and I was told we busy. Then manager gave vouchers to other people who had waited less time than us wtf. I suppose at least other customers might come back. Great coffee and great service at this Starbucks. A good place to visit. One of the better Starbucks with well trained staff.

Service was a bit slow and had to sit at my table for 10 minutes for a flat white. Appears it needs a bit more organisation behind the counter to speed up the process

We do like a Starbucks and it’s great that we don’t have to travel to the Metro to get a coffee. The staff were friendly and prompt with our order. Only downside to this particular Starbucks is the location, you have to go round the houses to get too, it would have been better in Tesco carpark.

Group of teenagers serving behind counter who seemed more interested in gossiping and giggling than serving customers, had to ask three times for a spoon, both my hot chocolate and my husbands latte was Luke warm almost cold. Both of the tables next to us were covered in dirty plates and cups and were still there when we left half hour or more later...

Great coffee and great service at this Starbucks. A good place to visit. One of the better Starbucks.
