What a lovely little pub on Seaton, beautiful decor and you can tell that mature individuals hang out there, will definitely be back.

Without a doubt, the best bar, with the best atmosphere I've been in for a very long time. Great decor, furniture and background music. A gem for Seaton Carew. I haven't tried the food yet to be able to comment, but it always looks great.

Great atmosphere, warm inviting, lots to choose from the menu. Freshly ground coffee and milk alternatives are available too. Over 18's only.

Went over to seaton and decided to go in to kitty bills they didn't do any food apart from what we call snack food we can have that at home so just had a drink instead a pint of lager and a bottle of Newcastle brown £10.20p and that was Tuesday during the day hate to think what it would be on a Saturday night not a place for us won't be going back

Had a couple of beers and cocktails before going to eat. It wasn't too busy but we enjoyed it.

Kitty bills seaton carew went in for a pint and ended up for a few as there was a duo playing. Great classic rock songs and beer cheaper whilst band on

We went there on a Friday evening when the place was very quiet. I think the owners and staff are trying very hard to create something different, but they are missing that target on every front. It feels like it wants to be a hipster bar, with special ales and staff wearing leather aprons. If you don't put prices on your food and drinks it makes you look stuck up and pretentious, that sort of thing might work in Soho but not at Seaton Carew. Cocktails came out at 10 Pound each, which isn't too far off the average for the area. We had the sharing board costing 20 pound. Made up of 100% super market bought average items. No humus as advertised , no pickles , no dips. At 20 pound why not make your own pate, your own humus , make some bread to go with it. Something different to justify the price. The table across from us ordered pizza , we left before it came but we could see they were about to use bought in pizza bases. Again at that price you should make your own. It took the staff 40 minutes to make the sharing board seen in the picture while we were the only people with a food order in. To sum up , it's way over priced for what you get, either drop the prices or even better raise the quality. The real real problem is with not putting prices on things, I bet you have loads of people walk in, sit down look at the menu then leave? It's your business, you are free to run it your way, if you are making a mint then brilliant , keep going and enjoy. If you are losing money, have a think about why.

You won't be disappointed with the cocktails at this venue. Very well presented and not over priced.

We have just moved into Seaton and trying everywhere to find out where we like and dont like. It was a nice place with chilled tunes playing live lounge style but there was a guy listening to thrash metal in his headphones that was drowning out the music of the pub. I did approach him and ask him to turn it down a bit since it was so audible to us but was greeted with a blunt NO! Mentioned it to the bar staff on the way out and I did not expect them to deal with the situation so unfortunately they have lost out on a lot of businesses as we go out quite a lot but won't be going there again

Nice Interior but service was a little ad hoc at the Bar. Reasonable prices for drinks but Food Menu had no prices on, which is a particular annoyance of mine. Live Music was good but loud. The biggest issue was a lack of Vodafone signal and no customer Wifi.

My daughter brought me here for mother's Day treat very disappointed. The service was soooo slow that we cancelled our second order. We couldn't understand why as it was not busy,then they tried to overcharge us will not be going back☹️

It's a nice place, but it seems weird that there are no prices on the menus except the wine menu. I don't want to be continually asking for prices of things. Also, there was a bit of wood behind us with nails hanging out, which was quite dangerous.

Always enjoy their coffee and cannoli before or after a walk along the sea front. Nice atmosphere, sometimes a bit rowdy, but staff always pleasant and welcoming.

It's a lovely relaxing bar, good prices, lovely staff. Mixed toilets , ahh.

Normally pop in half way through along walk and have one of there quality coffees or a pint if off walk.

First visit to Kitty Bills. We had a £20 sharing platter which was enormous! There platter included cheese, nuts, a variety of cold meats, pate, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, hummus and loads more. Delicious and excellent value.

Snobby/rude bar staff. Very awkward and unpleasant.

A little on the expensive side but a nice place for cocktails and a bite to eat.

Great atmosphere, decorated well. Cocktails were great, well made and tasty. Wine was pretty terrible. Tried rosé, prosecco and a white. The white was ok. would be great if this was improved. Would still visit again but avoid wine!

Meat feast pizza was one of the best I've ever had!

This is one of our favourite bars in Seaton Carew. I often visit for lunch when working from home, the coffee and Italian pastries are delicious, and the soup and crusty bread is a firm favourite. It's a really popular bar on an evening too, with a really laid back vibe to it. Great selection of cocktails and plentiful draft beers and lagers to choose from.

Called in for a cup of tea and was warmly welcomed by the landlady and one of her staff. The tea was served in a beautiful mug, along with a teapot and milk jug all matching and a small delicious cake on the side. Very friendly atmosphere and music. When we visit Hartlepool again we will definitely be back to Kitty Bills for a few drinks. Thank you

As always a delight, friendly attentive staff. Went for the homemade soup which was absolutely delicious and so reasonable ! Highly recommend 🤩

A little bit shiny, but has plenty of drink options, including beers. Busy on weekends..

Quite nice, but had a wheelchair user with me and had to use the back premises going past all the rubbish bins to enter the building and everyone was using the disabled toilet including a member of staff which is not good. But staff are lovely and its a nice ambiance

Drove a while to get here with my husband and baby only to be told at the door it’s 18+ . Website states that you ‘cater for all’ and mentions nowhere that it’s 18+. Never known an empty cafe to turn away customers - your loss!

I like it, nice trendy bar. Good food, great selection of drinks. Drinks a bit pricey, more like city prices.

Lovely cocktails and they usually do a very nice antipasti platter but we were disappointed on our recent visit when they told us they were only serving pizza. Hopefully it was just a one off!

Looks great inside. Unfortunately no babies or children allowed. Looking forward to going and trying it one day.

But disappointed today, we always get complimentary sweet treat with coffee but today we had our usual 2 coffees but only 1 treat, was told only get the treat if just having coffee and one of us had a scone

Excellent pub and excellent calming atmosphere. The lad and lass serving couldn't do enough. Plus free crisps and nuts. The decor was really nice. Will definitely be going back again. Pint of cider and pint of cordial £5. Can't go wrong

Usually a great place through out the day, especially for coffee etc. Although the doorman have been very rude on multiple occasions come evening.

Scones and coffee second to none. Lovely staff and all served on gorgeous crockery. A regular visit for our keep fit group.

Nice pub situated on main road through Seaton carew. Nicely decorated, good atmosphere and nice clientele. Bar staff friendly and helpful. Good selection of drinks. Limited food selection but nice. Adhered to the covid 19 rules. Well worth a visit.

Apart from the sky high prices we experienced a rather nasty situation on leaving. Waiting in the cold for a taxi, after one drink, we were told to move away from the door - understandably if people were wanting to enter but that wasn’t the case. My companion then collapsed, myself and 2 bystanders tried to get her up yet the barman’s comment was “just leave her, she’s drunk”. Weren’t doormen supposed to help? Id have to be a rich person to get drunk in there!! It’s obviously left a bitter taste and feel reluctant to return .

Nice vibe. Some of the best tasting pizza in the area. Took star away though because my wifes meat and cheese board had small bits of plastic in it.

Staff awesome, beer is good, cocktails are 1st class. Highly recommended.

There needs to be options for intolerances. However, I can not fault the staff they did bend over backwards to accommodate my diet needs. The food was lovely.

Lovely place to stop for a hot drink after a winter walk on the beach. The outside is a little decieving and the a little too jolly day drinkers were a tad off putting stood on the door step. But once we got inside the place has a really good decor, the staff were very happy and helpful, seats were comfy. Bathrooms were clean. Pot of tea was great value. All in all probably one of the best places along the sea front.

I grew up in seaton carew and I can honestly say this is fab. Not had a buzzing pub in seaton for years

We had a girls nite here recently. Booked a booth which was lovely. Great choice of drinks. The only critism was the toilets. One disabled and a unisex toilet. By 9.00 the unisex toilet was not pleasant. Maybe the management should follow what some bars and restaurants offer on the Marina. The ladies and disability toilet are combined and the gents is separate. This is a far better option.

Friendly helpful polite staff, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. First time here and using unisex toilets, didn't mind , but need bin in each cubicle, and maybe a check on them as lots of water??? on floor

Great bar, great beer, great cocktails great service. The staff are friendly and good at their jobs we never leave feeling dis-satified and frequently pop by for a few beers and sometimes a great coffee on the afternoon.

Fantastic bar, cocktails and selection of drinks

A lovely bar and friendly staff. We did make a reservation for 8 people only to find that it hadn't been booked when we arrived. Still, the staff managed to find us tables despite being quite busy. Cocktails are nice and reasonably priced. My only criticism would be to vary the music over the sound system... To have the same track on loop became slightly annoying!
