Llamo mucho a este Starbucks de camino al trabajo en una mañana y nunca he tenido un problema! El personal es sonriente y bueno en sus roles de trabajo. El restaurante suele estar limpio y ordenado y nunca he tenido problemas para conseguir mi café sin esperar mucho.

Upon entering the bakery we were met with an immediate warning about the wet floor by a polite member of staff, as well as a very disgruntled look from another. It was 14:30 and the business ceases to operate at 15:00 so it may have paid to mop the floor a little later but I digress. There was only half a crusty French stick left fresh so me and my friend said perfect we can have half each. Unfortunately it wasn’t that easy. The rude lady of the two staff members, said it was impossible to cut in half and fill with two different fillings due to pricing. So we could purchase it but had to be the same filling. I tried to explain that perhaps she could just charge us entirely for one half stick with one filling but the more expensive of the two fillings, essentially that way only we would lose out. This sparked panic in the ladies eyes. And I had to use the phrase “I’ll pay out the ears if you could just manage it please”. Which she did eventually. Baguette wasn’t worth the hassle, and I couldn’t for the life of me work out why she’d rather throw the whole thing away than sell it after cutting it in half but there we go! Perhaps some training is on order, failing that use of common sense. Would return as it was a laugh all in all

No esperábamos estándares de cinco estrellas, sin embargo, esperábamos una cama cómoda y una buena noche de sueño. Nos asignaron una habitación en la parte trasera del hotel, pero la pantalla de televisión estaba rota y no funcionaba, así que tuvimos que ir a recepción para informar de esto como no hay teléfono en la habitación. El personal era servicial y después de unos 30 minutos nos asignaron otra habitación en la parte delantera del hotel La cama era muy incómoda y esto combinado con los gritos y gritos toda la noche significaba que teníamos poco sueño. Era un hotel práctico para la estación de autobuses y la estación de tren y tiendas y restaurantes. así como el desayuno buffet era de £ 18. No volveríamos.

Pobre. Big que. 15 minutos de espera para el rollo de salchicha. Solo medio desayuno disponible. Pobre mantente alejado, ordenado. Terrible👎👎👎

Filthy tables. Poor service. Rubbish and sparse food selection. This place continues to disappoint hugely. How they remain in business defies anyone.

Cerrando el 21 de MARZO de 2025 muy triste, ya que la ubicación es genial, con los grandes ventanales de vidrio viendo el ajetreo y el bullicio de Shepherd's Bush.

Fui a Ore por conveniencia para comprar la galette des rois hoy. Se lo llevé a algunos amigos para su primera experiencia de la galette des rois y estaba muy decepcionado! Galette des rois es un pastelito plano tipo philo en escamas y este era una mezcla de bizcocho y pastelito en escamas que no es para nada lo que se supone que es. Pensé que la galette se veía bastante gruesa y demasiado alta cuando la miré, pero estaba presionada por el tiempo. Sabía bien, pero el bizcocho no es en absoluto lo que es una típica galette des rois francesa. También estaba decepcionado de que no hay elección en términos de tamaño y lo encontró sobreprecio para lo que era. Cuando Ore abrió por primera vez yo era un fan pero la calidad de los pasteles definitivamente ha empeorado cada vez más con los años y no en absoluto los pasteles auténticos franceses que dicen hacer... Muy caro y la calidad no es buena, así que no recomendaría si está familiarizado con los pasteles franceses de buen sabor.

Consistently awful! 20 minute wait to be served. 20’minute wait for food. Soup eventually arrived without roll and butter as advertised. Too long a queue to complain !

Great service in the kiosk at the station and always with a smile! On a windy Monday when my brain clearly wasn’t functioning yet and I left my tea behind, the lovely lady (Steph) ran out and gave my tea to one of the train staff so I wouldn’t miss out on my morning cuppa. That is going above and beyond in customer service! Thank you very much! Have a great day! 🥰

Dinner during a weekday. Booked table for four. When we went there it was about six and we were seated in the pokey part of the restaurant...dark and we cannot see the menu as it was that dark. Food ...nothing to write about. Fish and chips...and others ordered the burgers with chicken. Usual fare for restaurants. More choices in the town centre...

As per title, what more do you need. You can also ask them to make some changes to bits you don't like , say like "no tomatoe" or whatever. Also the chips are epic and the welsh rarebit is the best!

On our way to Cornwall the Moto services at the end of the M5 at Exeter is a good place to stop. A great Costa coffee with all the usual food and drink. Great service and friendly staff. Toilets, petrol and numerous EV chargers

Ni siquiera intentes comer en este hotel, incluso si te mueres de hambre. Fuimos un sábado por la noche, pedimos 2 hamburguesas y 1 pescado y patatas fritas. La cerveza olía a óxido y era plana. Esto fue cambiado de forma gratuita. Entonces llegó la comida! el pescado todavía tenía la forma de un bloque de hielo congelado y no estaba bien cocinado desde adentro y la masa era todo menos mejor. Las hamburguesas no tenían sabor y el bollo no estaba fresco.
