Worst cup of Costa coffee ever. I ordered cappuccino but when drinking it I realised it was over half froth and hardly any actual coffee, my husband didn't drink his Americano at all as it was so bitter. We used to go to all our local (Devon) Costas quite a bit, but hardly ever go now as they are all going downhill. Tables were filthy too (as they are in all the Costas). Also, coffee served in paper cups even if you are drinking in, instead of them making the effort to do the washing up.

Called in for coffee on the way home from Cornwall. The service was quick and efficient by friendly staff. Fortunately (as the service area was very busy when we there), Cost Coffee has its own seating area with plenty of table. The coffee was up to the usual, good Coffee standard.

Alex the shift manager was really unhelpful and rude. When asking for a bean to replaced after the last moto services was challenged to show receipt of purchase. When presented with proof via bank statement was told that.was.not enough and that she had to worry about BEAN FRAUD.....was obviously too much trouble to reward loyalty to a good customer...or incompetent as to the process....

You don't expect much at 2am on a Sunday night but the server, Joe I think his name was, was chipper & super friendly which was really nice to see after a horrendously long trip back home. Going above & beyond is few & far between these days so it's extra nice when it happens. Cheers dude!

Tables filthy, only serving from paper cups because they don’t get paid to do washing up, not enough of them to do washing by hand when there’s about eight of them standing around and the dishwasher is broken. Lazy and dirty are the two words I left with in my head

Last visit for us here. Costa. You are having a laugh! £9.10 for two small cappuccinos. I went back to query this and discovered they charge 65p for the coconut milk in one small coffee. Pret A Manger charge nothing. Gloucester services provide soya or oat free. It will be Pret or Greggs coffee for us in future. Do the Nottingham/ Cornwall trip regularly. Always use Costa. But not any more. Outrageous pricing. Incidentally, on the trip down they couldn’t even be bothered to give me my sit in coffee in a proper cup. Very sad. I’ve always been a fan of Costa.

Awful, meant to be 24, closed to cash up, odd when 3 tills at 2 counters! rude, miserable staff. Won't stop there again.

Poor service. Three young men, as little interaction with customers as they could manage. Painfully slow in making the coffees and drinks, I almost wanted to go and help! Both showing no pride in the job they have. The coffee was hot, but bitter and only drinkable as I didn't want to go and get another from Pret. Worse Costa coffee I have had anywhere.

Nice place to stop when you need a quick Frappe to keep you going on the road. Chloe was an excellent barista.

A light, airy Costa Coffee outlet with its own seating area. Friendly, helpful staff and the coffee up to the usual good Costa coffee standard. There's a separate takeaway counter and one outside with its own seating area (good in fine weather). Very good place to stop when travelling on the M5 motorway.

Sainsburys decided to keep this cafe open. It used to be really good however this morning was diabolical. Order x2 breakfasts....we were given ticket No 1. So, we get someone else's eggs on toast , and had to get the receipt out to corroborate that we actually ordered full English. Whilst engaged with a mos, another breakfast tray arrives but again not our order. Eventually brunch arrives, and it was very cold, possibly the mini breakfast was sat on the side whilst the full English was cooked. Congealed egg, sausage which was undercooked. Perhaps some training may need to be undertaken about food safety. Who wants to be ill over Christmas. Ending on a positive, the Americano was good and I saved myself some calories. Such a shame.

Visited early on a Saturday morning before it was really busy, and had a friendly welcome and quick service. The shop was clean and comfortable. Not sure what it'd be like once it gets busy, but my experience was good.

Waited in the queue to order for 15 minutes , then 40 minutes to get our food ! With a 2 year old and a 4 year old this is really poor! There were only about 10 people in the whole restaurant ! The food was mostly ok but daughter’s jacket potato not hot ! Will not risk it again and have had to wait a long time in previous visits but this has finished us for trying again !!! And they had no drinks left for the children’s meals and there was some cheese in the children’s beans and they are allergic to dairy !!!!!

Good tasting food and quick service. Nice open area in the back to sit down as well. However, it can be quite loud and busy during peak lunch hours. Overall, worth a visit.
