As per title, what more do you need. You can also ask them to make some changes to bits you don't like , say like "no tomatoe" or whatever. Also the chips are epic and the welsh rarebit is the best!

Recently just revisited the cafe in the garden centre and I was pleasently surprised with the big changes that had happened, the new staff were so polite and friendly made sure we had a nice stay, the food was great such a big improvement from when we last went, overall great atmosphere would definitely go again!

Totally unimpressed. Staff indifferent to customers. I wanted GF cake. Priced at £3 per menial slice of cake that I could buy whole in Tesco for £3. Very limited menuurself.. Tables needed clearing and generally not good value for money. Don't go if you are hungry unless you want to pay for 2 meals for yo

Very disappointed today visit here quite often but to advertise on menu that garnish comes with salad and then not offer it and no apology - words fail me. Also the egg mayo lacked any seasoning.

Popped in with the wife to buy a few bits and she suggested we had a coffee, fine with me, however, a large black coffee for £2.45 which was little more than a mouth full was vastly over priced and it was not even good coffee, will not be back

I stopped by the cafe whilst I was doing some shopping in the garden center and I definitely discovered a lovely place, the staff was polite and helpful, the coffee and the food great. I will surely come back and I will bring my friends. Really good experience from the first until the last minute!

I go here on a pretty regular basis, however today it seems they couldn't be bothered. Having asked if I could have smoked salmon salad I was told - we don't have it: then a man behind the counter said 'you could have the smoked salmon omelette'...………..so if they've smoked salmon for the omelette how come they couldn't make a salad with the salmon? I opted for just a coffee - will I go on a regular basis in future - very doubtful. A let down for the young lady who is usually on duty and works very hard and will try to accommodate customers - she wasn't on duty today sadly. My friends opted for the Welsh Rarebit which is what they normally order.

The poor person on the counter is always run off their feet, especially when things don’t go right! Someone’s food didn’t turn up so they wanted a refund, the queue doesn’t move and people don’t get served. We we to Squires, no queue and nice coffee, we also did our gardening shopping there so longacres really lost out. The tables were also piled high with dirty crocks

Great array of cakes and pastries to accompany a nice cappuccino, served with a smile, prior to spending money in a varied garden centre that also has a florist within.

Visited the cafe today and I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the Salmon salad and I what was brought out was laughable. For the costly sum of £7.50 I received a bowl (not large) mixed lettuce leaves, one (max 2) small cherry tomatoes (halved) around 3 slices of Salmon and two thin crouton sticks. I took it back and commented to the server who had made it that it was not worth £7.50 he said basically, it is all you get so I told him I didn't want it and I wanted my money back. Another member of staff offered to remake it. He delivered the new salad, hardly and improvement, just added 1 more crouton, 1 more tomato couple bits salmon. I could see other salad in kitchen such as cucumber (which funnily enough goes with Salmon), I expect there was also peppers and even balsamic, but alas I got none of those. It is the meanest salad I have ever had and I just gave up vowing never to eat there again😫🙄😤

We purposely visited Longacres as it always has a good name and although the garden centre seemed very over stocked we had no complaint. However, we were hungry as it was 2pm on Saturday and decided to go into The Gardeners Cafe. There was no soup, no baked potatoes so we ordered a simple omelette and panini of which my choice was already made and ready to toast. We took our large coffees to a table with comfortable chairs which still had the last visitors plates etc on, but we were happy to move them to the side. They were not taken until we asked for them to be cleared. We found a slimy small lump in one of the coffees which was rather off putting but didn’t complain. We waited over half an hour and our food had not arrived and the cafe wasn’t overly busy. We got a little perplexed when we saw someone who was behind us being served their lunch and went to ask where ours was. We were told it would be ready soon and the lady on the till said your order was probably something that took longer than the customer who had already been served. Funny as they had a meal and portion of chips!! We asked for a refund and the lady said she would just serve a customer that she had started to serve. The conversation continued whilst she did this and she ended up saying she didn’t like the way my husband was speaking to her. There were no raised voices, no swearing, just a show of dissatisfaction of the service. We were refunded in full and we left for a much better service from start to finish from our local garden centre about 7 miles away.

After frequently visiting Longacres Cafe in Bagshott decided to give this a try . Not worth the visit . No cooked breakfast choice only bacon & tomato sandwich at a cost of £4.30 & scrambled eggs . Ordered 2 bacon sandwiches which were very small with only 2 rashers of streaky bacon . Certainly not worth the cost . Will not visit again . If you want a decent breakfast avoid & go to other places

Nice clean pleasant environment however the breakfast was extremley disappointing and not value for money. My comparison is the cafe at the sister store in Bagshot. I ordered a bacon sandwich with tomato so was expecting a sandwich containing bacon and tomato. What I got was an open sandwich - two slices of cold toast with one slice of uncooked tomato on each piece of bread. Then cut up was approximately two - three pieces of cut up streaky bacon. Not a substainable breakfast for a gardener and based upon this visit I won't be returning.

The place is part of the Shepperton Garden Centre, also a must see, when you are in the area. We have been there a few times an were never disappointed. Very friendly and helpful staff at all levels. The quality of food - it looks great and taste very good. The food is served speedy, even when it is very busy.

Zara and Joe were both extremely helpful. The food was to die for (order a cheeseburger or lasagna if you visit) and Zara’s bar and social skills were very welcoming. Can’t wait to see them again!

Got my breakfast last my friends had almost finished theirs, not much taste if I'm honest. Unfortunately had a loud and foul mouthed lad sitting behind me, which really spoilt it for me. Sorry to say that I won't be going there again.
