Old, dirty place. It's more of a hostel than a hotel. In Poland, this place would be considered a facility where production workers or construction workers would sleep.

If they offer you the eight floor, walk away. It's a sauna. Rooms have prison windows. Breakfast is 3rd class, fired eggs have been sat there for hours look like rubber. Coffee is tasteless. Dinners: night - calamari was greasy and overcooked deep fried bitter rocks - worse than anything. Main course was forgettable. Second night dinner: ordered a prawn cocktail - which arrived frozen. Requested the tomato soup instead - waited 25 mins for a soup. Which tasted like microwave ketchup. So my initial starter is frozen cubes of prawns, or a 25 minute wait for 2 scoops of radioactive soup. Then - the sirloin steak - which I asked for, medium rare. It's very thin, so that's not going to happen. Overdone. No apology or discount for the entire catastrophic experience. Tried to complain, the staff clearly didn't understand their role, nor did they care. Told me that it was a "busy night" (there were ten people in the room) Whole disasterous stay was way overpriced. This is the worst premier inn I've ever been to. Don't come here, ever - choose.literally.anywhere else. You really can do better.

As Premier Inns go this was not the best, the rooms were comfortable, service was not the best, though when we dealt with staff they were super friendly. The location of the Inn is terrible, and the upkeep of the building is really not great....worst of all are the tiny cramped little parking bays, anyone with a car bigger than a mini will battle to park

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Premier Inn Sunbury, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the incredibly welcoming staff, particularly Manager Apurva and Receptionist Parnia. Both of them were fantastic hosts, always greeting us with warm smiles and regularly checking in to ensure that everything was going smoothly with our stay. Their hosting skills are undoubtedly 10/10. Apurva's management skills are exemplary, making sure every guest feels valued and taken care of, which truly sets this hotel apart. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The attention to detail was evident, and I was particularly impressed with the cleaning done by Shanta. There wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere, and it was clear that she takes great pride in her work. This level of cleanliness is something you don’t always find, and it made our stay even more comfortable and pleasant. The room itself was very comfortable, with a bed that provided a great night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, and having air conditioning control in the room was a nice touch, especially during the warmer days. The TV was an added bonus, allowing us to watch the Euros from the comfort of our bed, even if the England matches weren’t as exciting as we hoped. Breakfast at Premier Inn Sunbury was another highlight of our stay. The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a variety of options to suit every taste. I particularly enjoyed the hashbrowns and the vegan sausages, which were both delicious. I highly recommend opting for the breakfast package; it’s great value for money and sets you up perfectly for the day ahead. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and exploring London. The staff’s friendliness and the quality of the food really stood out to me, making this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting the area. Overall, our stay at Premier Inn Sunbury was outstanding. The staff’s exceptional service, particularly from Apurva, Parnia, and Shanta, made a significant difference in our experience. I hope upper management takes note of how wonderful these three employees are at their jobs. Their dedication and hard work are a credit to Premier Inn. The combination of great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent food makes this hotel a fantastic choice. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to London, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Plus, the prices are very reasonable, which is always a bonus!

Location is great for getting into and out of London. There is parking available next door and we found it cheap (£16 for 4 days) and secure. Once parked we use the car again. The nearest train station was a 10 minute walk away, accessible using the subways to avoid busy roads. The hotel is secure and all rooms are only accessible by lift and your room key operates all the locks (lift calling on ground floor, corridor doors and room). The staff were pleasant and helpful and the waitress Tegan, was especially helpful and friendly. Choice of breakfast (full English, continental and cereals).Would stay here again.

Convenient location otherwise I wouldn’t stay there. On my most recent visit only one of the three lifts were working, so it meant waiting quite a while. The windows in the hotel don’t open so don’t expect any fresh air. On leaving a large group were congregating in the reception area, which made it really hard to get through and leave the hotel. Some ‘crowd control’ by staff would be helpful in these situations.

Clean room as always with Premier Inn. Lovely staff from the front desk to bar and waiting on - all a credit to this location! I had an evening meal and breakfast - both were delicious and came hot and well presented. The downsides were that the air con didn't work properly. The room was hot. The window didn't open and there were no fans available. The reception staff did reset the air con in my room but it would only go down 1 degree and was noisy. They did not have the drinks I wanted behind the bar and there were no Decaf coffee sachets in either the room or the restaurant area. I can't have caffeine so this was disappointing (fortunately I always carry my own but they should provide this). Tried to get a mocha out of the machine with breakfast (least of the caffeine options!) but this was not working either.

Sunbury is my home away from home, so I always stay in this Premier Inn as its one of the cheapest hotels in the area, and I always have a great time here. Staff are very friendly and pleasant. The food is always great, and the room I got was massive. It was on the top floor so I had some cool views, despite it not exactly being the nicest looking area. Still very cheap for how convenient its location is. Mostly anything you will need is at least a 3 minute walk away like the train station, bus stops, food shops and a few local pubs for nights out. Don't be fooled like I did though, this hotel isn't actually "in" Sunbury-on-Thames itself despite what the map says. I don't recommend walking for the village centre shops or the riverside walks, as its further than it looks, (30-35 minute walk). Couldn't hear the M25 at all, and the blackout blinds work great. Very pleasant stay. I look forward to going back.

Booked in for 4 nights. Unfortunately we didn't realise they didn't accept dogs. On our way there we realised we hadn't specified we had a dog and called. We expected that we'd just get a refund and move on. However, they said we needed to speak to customer relations in the morning who would likely refund us. We called them, and typically they refused the refund for every night. Not only did we have to rearrange a stay with two tired children, but on top of that the stress caused by a completely "computer says no" customer relations team.

The room was clean, the bed incredibly comfortable and we didn't hear a sound during the night. We ate in the restaurant and have no complaints, the gammon was lovely. This place is a bit of a local landmark being that it’s a pretty tall building. Be aware there may be unsavoury characters knocking about the area in the evenings, there’s been a stabbing nearby last year and various other events, but it’s certainly not the worst neighbourhood going. You have many amenities nearby including an M&S Food, gym, barbers and various takeaways plus a Chinese restaurant. Good train links at the nearby station too.

Not the best place we have stayed in. We picked this hotel for its proximity to Thorpe Park and its advertised parking. Trying to manoeuvre around this carpark was a real test of our driving ability and the majority of the spaces not big enough to park in and open a door to get out. Our family room had air conditioning but it didn't work and there were no windows to open for air. It was an uncomfortable nights sleep. The second single bed is only suitable for a toddler. Breakfast was buffet style and unfortunately cold. If we ever return to the area we will look elsewhere for somewhere to stay. I suppose it is true what they say, you get what you pay for.

Lets start with a plus, the staff were friendly, helpful and probably a little stretched. The car park (£5 extra) is a nightmare for anyone with a car longer than a mini and higher than a standard car. All of the turns have to be done at less than walking speed to very carefully negotiate every corner. If you are not a confident and experienced driver (which I am) don't even consider this car park. I managed to curb one of my alloy wheels, even though I was being very careful. The rooms are basic and in need of some serious TLC. They were reasonably clean, but not as clean as I would expect during a pandemic (but then again the staff were stretched). On arrival we had to wait for our rooms to be cleaned (never experienced that before). We were not advised of anything we could do except stand and wait until they were ready. The windows are all sealed shut although there was aircon in my room but this took about 4-5 hours to get the room to a reasonably cool temperature and it was not that hot a day. During our visit a lot of the food and drinks were not available (part of this was pingdemic related I believe). So to sum up If I was booking a hotel, this would not even be a consideration regardless of price. August 2021

However the parking spaces were very tight and manoeuvring up the different leves was really tight( plenty of car paint on the walls to prove it). We were in a family room There was no air- con as advertised. One of the bulbs in the bathroom was out. No hot water at midnight. We weren't informed there wasnt any room service due to covid. Do NOT park in provided car park if your car is any bigger than a bike unless you are willing to pay for new wheels, not to mention that every space was covered in litter. We’re greeted by rude staff who demanded we proved ID and walked off with our IDs for 15 minutes with no explanation. The room was extremely dirty, long curly hairs in the bed and bath before we had even put our bags down, bed was falling apart, very loud and creaky. Toilet seat was found dirty and covered in grime. Huge stains on the walls, ceilings and chairs. We were booked for 2 nights and had to cancel our 2nd night because it was so terrible. If you're driving anything larger than a modern hatchback, I would recommend parking at another car park overnight. I visited here for the first time despite living here for 10+ years. I decided to go for some lunch as I fancied something different from a traditional cafe and wanted to support an independent trader. We chose a toasted sandwich of brie, bacon and cranberry, sweet potato fries, a beef burger, a cappuccino and a lemonade. I was rather disappointed and found the food a little underwhelming. The sandwich, on what appeared to be ordinary sliced wholemeal bread and fries cost about £13, which I felt was rather expensive as the overall taste, presentation and ingredients were very average and the fries were rather salty(salt can always be added by the customer if needed). The burger again was very simplistic. While I can't remember all the individual costs of the food and drinks the bill came too just over £35.00, which for what we had felt was quite pricey. I feel they could make some quick and simple tweaks to the food, which would elevate it into a more 'premier' product which their price point suggests. Overall the inside is great, the choice of seating areas is interesting and different, also having an alcohol licence is great but the food could be improved to offer better valve for money.

I have been going to Noel’s with my friend once a week for years, in my opinion it’s the best cafe/ breakfast place around Feltham for many a year.. Around 18 quid for two full breakfasts, never had a complaint in their service or food. Best thing you can say about an eating house is, if the locals use it, you got a good reputation. And I’m a local. Recommend a visit. 👍.

Visited this cafe for a light brunch, I ordered the smashed avocado on sourdough toast with poached eggs. What I was actually served was poached eggs on sliced white bread toast with a smear of guacamole. I would suggest in the future if certain items from the menu are not available it would be better to inform the customer rather than substitute with much inferior ingredients and hoping that this goes unnoticed.
