We went through the drive through for a quick drink and we ordered a drink and we’re deciding what else we wanted and the man shouted down the speaker “anything else!” we were put off ordering anything else and just paid for the 2 drinks we had. Absolutely disgusting man on the drive through

Once again..a filthy experience..tables disgusting..all full of dishes..4 staff that a cud see. One served me the had too call someone else from the back too take payment..3 heads popped out. One person took my money and then disappeared round the back again and left one person too serve my drink. No one came out too clear the tables and we sat there till 5.40. Nearly closing time. This is a review for the Starbucks inside Sainsbury's store in Stoke. Visit: 20th December 2022 approx. 19.00ish My sister and I visited here for a quick coffee after shopping. We were served by a youngish chap with a tatty beard, a hunch and a slight hint of an accent. We ordered an Eggnog coffee and a Gingerbread latte, which he proceeded to miss the Eggnog coffee and we had to tell him again. Whilst taking the order, my sister mentioned that it was warm in there, to which this idiot decided to make a sarcastic reply stating that it wasn't and hadn't been all day. He then decided to lecture us that the back wall of Starbucks was up against Sainsbury's refrigerators, so it couldn't possibly be described as warm ever. Have you ever put your hands around the back of a fridge, (where the heat sinks are)? There're VERY warm. Whilst drinking our coffees, this idiot went for his cigarette break outside, and returned reeking of tobacco. The coffees themselves were pretty good, but these were prepared by a young lady, who had a much better customer attitude. That said, I won't be returning - the coffee was great, but if want sarcasm - I'll talk to my boss!

The tables were full of dirty crockery. There's flies flying around were the coffee is made. Ask someone too clear the table I was gonna sit at...and that's wat he did. The rest were left and he didn't even wipe the table down even though he had a cloth in the belt of his apron. Absolutely disgusting..Starbucks yous are letting yourselves down massively. Great coffee shame about the lazy staff and dirty tables

Rude girl took my order tonight at she was sarcastic and condescending when I misunderstood her request and said pardon, she shouted back like I was an imbecile…… mmm someone doesn’t enjoy her job I think? When I shouted back “WAIT” she told me I should’ve parked closer to the microphone, I told her she sounded rude. It’s like she wanted to justify her shouty response! I felt like driving off but didn’t because my daughter really wanted her drink. She didn’t face me at the serving hatch which was disappointing. I won’t be returning to this branch. Next time I’ll go Wolstanton, they are friendly as expected in a customer facing role. Retraining required at this branch!

Myself and my friend walked to Starbucks and pitched up outside.. I went to the order the drinks whilst my friend waited outside with the doggy. Two members of staff in , running about like headless chickens. It took well over 5 to be served at the till. I went to wait patiently at the end of the counter. Other customers came and went whilst the drive thru was running well. 15 minutes later , still not been served! I took what I assumed was my friends drink because the supervisor had called out and no one had collected. After taking this drink out, I asked if mine was on it’s it way.. to be told mine was next and I had taken someone else’s drink ! The supervisor was rude and argumentative and made no apology for the absolute shambles! She then went on to say her team member.. GET RID OF THAT ONE! I mean wow! This person runs a shift .. horrendous service and the phrase .. be kind and the customer is key has gone very wrong here !

Called in for a coffee while on the A34 - nice clean Starbucks with quick service ! Tend to avoid Starbucks as don’t like the huge mugs ( if you ask for regular you still get half a bucket full !)

Suddenly it’s now policy that if I decide to add another coffee after I have completed and paid for my order (I wasn’t going to have one, but the smell was lovely) I cannot use my app for the second one as I can only have 1 point per visit! Now it was embarrassing enough to be put in my place but for one member of staff to be call across to another made it worse. If this is now company policy then there is plenty to choose from :- Costa and Nero to name two, there are plenty out there. But not here next time!!

I call into this store at least 4 times a week. Everyone is really friendly the service is excellent but I have to say Harvey is an absolute gem and I so look forward to been served by him. He is genuinely friendly and chatty he always asks how you are and what you are doing that day. He makes conversation with you and has a gorgeous smile. I can tell it’s him when I place my order because he has a beautiful happy voice and manner. I know a few friends who said they are served by Harvey and all say he’s lovely as well.

I regularly use this drive thru with no problems. However, on the last couple of occasions I have chosen to catch up with friends here, the experience has not been great. The seats are looking tired and grubby. The floor needs a good brush. I understand that it may get busy, and sometimes you may be flogging a dead horse! But in the afternoon I was here none of the tables were cleared around us for the 1 hour we were there. It was not busy, and there were 3 members of staff.

There are on occasions a friendly face serving here. As I waited for my coffee i saw a note behind the counter pisitioned for when you are passed your drink.1. Use name2. Make eye contact3. Smile.Etc!One would hope that would be the expectation. Sadly I got none. It all looked a bit laboured.

Normally head to the Starbucks at Wolstanton but decided to try this one out. Found it very nice & relaxed space, very clean & coffee standard Starbucks. The only reason that I left a star out is because the lady that made my coffee was very miserable & obviously really did not want to be there. Deal with the public all day myself & try my best to never project my mood on the people I interact with. The lady that took my order was very pleasant but I got the feeling none of the staff wanted to be there. But please don’t let this put you off, I will definitely be back & hopefully the staff will be a little more cheerfully next time

The floor had spills on it with yellow warning triangles on them when we arrived and the floor still hadn’t been mopped when we left despite about 7 people behind the counter some of them were just learning on the worktops. The sink in the ladies toilet was blocked. The tea was only warm and when we told them the answer was “that’s only how hot the water heats up to” coffee was the same even though I asked for extra hot, I gave it back and they made me another but it wasn’t any hotter. Definitely don’t stop there unless you like luke warm drinks.

Situated on the A34 with a petrol station adjacent. Good access via petrol station or via the side road. Free parking to the side for approx 10-15 cars. I prefer using the starbucks on wolstanton retail park and the reasons are because the service can be slow here despite the limited customers. You cant pay on your phone or apple watch most the time as there isn't a hand held scanner. Therefore i have had to either pass my phone over or reel of the number which isn't good for speed of service. It could be so much better with a few tweaks, good standard coffee as always but evident staff aren't up to speed and the technology needs fixing,

Visited here twice over the last fortnight and loved it! Surprised it’s got low ratings. It’s the best soft play I’ve been. It’s great for young kids as it’s smaller than most so you feel more comfort
