requested no tomatoes on ....came with them in which ruined the while thing for me as I despise the things. if it was an allergy I would of made a bigger fuss as they obv don't read the requests. asked to call the phone number on arrival due 2 not been able hear the door as shared housing. knocking for a while and someone else brought the oder in and left it in the kitchen as we didn't know it had arrived until I checked app saying food was delivered nearly 20 mins previous. won't be going bk!!

Really disappointed with the delivery. From ordering to getting the food it took over an hour and it’s middle of a weekday. Salad arrived warm and footlong was cold. We did message the courier but didn’t reply to us. It’s a shame because the food was nice but obviously not at its best by the time it arrived.

Absolutely outrageous this will be the last time I’m ordering from your place not only was the order late but when it arrived you couldn’t even get the order right I ordered a bacon and cheese toasty and got chicken and cheese ordered stack on cheese got ham and cheese plus no ice cream where was that what a complete shambles and if that’s not bad enough it all cold but that’s obvious seen has it took over an hour to get delivered

said it was delivered and it wasn't, went and charged me 25 quid for nothing, was not helpful on the phone and I can't seem to get my money back.

The driver rang 3 times saying he couldn't find the house. 2nd time he rang my daughter went to the gate yet ignored my daughter been outside and drove off. On the 3rd time he rang asking where to go and he told me to go out instead which didn't make any sense and when I went out he then came!! Food was cold by time it came was a shame

The staff here will try to trick you into paying for upgrades you have not asked for. Multiple times had this happen. Service is also rude.

All staff have changed,obviously changed management, worst subway I have ever had, tasted weird cheese was plasticy tasting and sweet onion was watered down, whole thing tasted awful and stale, not fresh. Service was not great either just talking amongst eachother quite rude. Avoid at all costs

I had to wait just under two hours (1 hour and 50 minutes) for my order when it said 20-30 mins and it’s only a 6-10 minute drive from the place to my location. I also had my cookie which was part of my meal missing

Went in on the 2nd of March the man who made my sandwiches left me standing there for 10 mins (ive worked in that shop and ino you're ment to leave the online orders when a customer comes in the shop) when he finally did take my order he didn't even look at me he looked down the whole time he had the worst attitude ever,that place needs to get new staff and a new owner!!! Worst Subway I’ve ever came across. Staff act like they don’t care and will try and add extra items and costs on. You can’t also order through the website or the app which is a major problem for me as id like to order in advance and pick up on my work break instead of waiting around.

I asked for 3 of the promo on the window but when I got to the till they tried to change the price. And said the girl who served me was new so it was my fault. I repeated thats not me it's your training and then they were very rude. They then said your only having the cups and I said the offer includes cookies they grunted whatever which ones at me like I had been wrong. Will take my kids elsewhere next time. Fanta was broke and it's very run down.

nachos were slapped in the bag. the topping didn't cover half the chips and salsa and taco beef was dried out. sandwich was missing the double cheese. deliveryman was polite.

I’m honestly absolutely appalled with this subway, I went in on my lunch break a few days ago and a young lad had a seizure, there was 3 workers behind the counter and not one of them came around and helped they all carried on making their sandwiches, luckily the lad was okay and the paramedics came but the fact that not one of them stopped and helped has shocked me! At least one of them should have their first aid considering they work with food and sharp knives, appalling…

Wasn't toasted. Missing items, no salsa on nachos . All cold . Cheese bites and square chips are soggy and freezing cold . Not happy at all waste of money and time

Subway is all over in my opinion. It's not very good, glorified sandwich shop. And they've got rid of everyones loyalty points that they've earned. So it goes without saying that this is a company that has completely lost its way.

Waffle fries came with no sauce. They were cold but that's okay cos the ice tea was warm. The driver was abrupt and it seemed to be my fault there was no house number on my order.

Absolutely ridiculous. Meal deal was missing the cookie, wrong drink was given and the wrong toppings were put on the sandwich. Opened a request with JustEat and I’m now being ignored after submitting photos. Don’t waste your time, staff clearly can’t follow the food order

delivery driver was rude to hospital staff at main reception royal stoke ..not subway fault I didn't get my gluten free sw as well I haven't eaten for two days except crisps an yoghurt and am on oxygen..he was rude an told the staff he was going to bin my food an blocked me from chat as I had explained that they could leave it at reception an porter would deliver an id pre tipped him sack him simple..he was rude to NHS staff.

Same as others have reported, they try to overcharge you. They'll often ask things in underhand ways like "cheese both sides?" Instead of the normal "would you like extra cheese?". Even if you say no they will charge you anyway so take note of your total amount charged.

Be careful coming here they try to overcharge! They stay open late and try to overcharge “drunk people” I however wasn’t that drunk. One male staff member was VERY rude, put double cheese on which I didn’t ask for and he told me that’s how it comes. When I was being served by someone else he began to stare awfully at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable!! I’ve been in before in the evenings and somehow end up paying £18 for a footling meal! I’ve come in the day with my little girl on many occasions but I’ll NEVER step foot in again. Rude.

Very very poor customer service. I am surprised how this store remains operational. We arrived at 7.30pm to order food and were told they'd closed (closing time on the door stated 8pm) We questioned this with them and their somewhat rude response was that they had to pack away so they could be closed at 8pm. If this is the case then they need to change their opening time signage. Very very poorly run store.

They gave me the wrong sandwich then decided to blame the driver even though I recieved everything else off my order. Then told me to reorder a sandwich so I could get the orginal one that I ordered and give it me that but be charged for another one. Then they changed there mind by telling me to wait for the manager that wouldn't be in till 2 o'clock.

Got given wrong order, given way less than what I paid for. I expect a full refund.

Unfortunately the footlong sub and fries were freezing. The fries were soggy and wet and all stuck together inedible. The caramel sauce for the churro is missing completely. A meal much needed and looked forward to ruined.
