To lazy And tge didn’t respect the customer

Rude staff members, rolling eyes at a simple request. Grunt and stare at you as if you were an inconvenience to them. 0 customer service skills. Plain rude.

First time ordering subway asked for it toasted it wasn’t sandwich was very soggy did not enjoy it one bit missing my quavers and Coca Cola it happy with this at all

Very very poor customer service. I am surprised how this store remains operational. We arrived at 7.30pm to order food and were told they'd closed (closing time on the door stated 8pm) We questioned this with them and their somewhat rude response was that they had to pack away so they could be closed at 8pm. If this is the case then they need to change their opening time signage. Very very poorly run store.

order came with no veggie patty on it. no cheese and it wasn't toasted like I asked for. I paid £11 for some veg on bread. shocking.

Praise the lord that the rotisserie chicken has come back! Best subway i’ve had in ages for this reason!

They gave me the wrong sandwich then decided to blame the driver even though I recieved everything else off my order. Then told me to reorder a sandwich so I could get the orginal one that I ordered and give it me that but be charged for another one. Then they changed there mind by telling me to wait for the manager that wouldn't be in till 2 o'clock.

Got given wrong order, given way less than what I paid for. I expect a full refund.

Unfortunately the footlong sub and fries were freezing. The fries were soggy and wet and all stuck together inedible. The caramel sauce for the churro is missing completely. A meal much needed and looked forward to ruined.

ordered food at 2.15 and turned up at 4.15. It took 2 hours and eta kept bouncing all around at one point it said latest was 4 45. An absolute joke, Drinks came warm too

chicken always fill of gristle not appealing, lettuce also looked really old. Food was expensive for what it is. Items missing again. A few orders back I was missing a cookie so I left a message in the box saying please remember both cookies and none turned up. missing items again today. its not good.

Bunch of idiots work there and never get your order right. Supposed to be a fully loaded chicken sub.

They fully mocked 2 disabled women in front of me with their colleagues who caused no issues and I had to call them out on it, it was wrong.

i never recieved my order. the order was marked as delivered. I rang the restaurant and they said they couldn't help me because it wasn't the restaurants usual driver. I'm absolutely appalled.

Came here with my family today. Two younger staff members working. My partner ordered the food and the young lad serving him kept on huffing and rolling his eyes. Staff are really rude for no reason what so ever, won’t be coming here again.

Food delivered 35 mins late and was cold

Not the best food. Service was OK. Soggy sub my son wouldn't eat, old dried out salad. Onions were slimey. Staff were just pushy and kept Trying to get us to order double everything and extras.

Every single time I have ordered from here I’ve been over charged from the same 2 people working late evenings. I’ve corrected them every time and then they change it. They try to over charge so be careful.

food was ordered at 1pm and didn't arrive till 3pm. the polish driver was very rude when ask why the delivery was so late coming up with two different excuses. this driver should be fired cause he's unprofessional and doesn't give one about the customer or being a just eat driver.

I have an issue with this subway 2 times. I order my food from Just eat. The first time, it took over 2 hours for the food to be delivered and they shop had closed before I had the chance to sort my order out. The second time, I ordered myself and friends the create a 6 inch sub each. I personally don’t like cookies, so I paid the extra £1.29 for the ben & jerry’s ice cream. The ice cream was missing from my order, I rang subway asking if they could refund the ice cream or deliver it- their answer was “if you order another meal, they’ll add an extra ben and jerry’s in my order” I replied with “So I have to spend another £10 just to get the item I have already paid for” the guy on the phone was rude, wouldn’t tell me his name so I could go in and ask the next day as they are closed now. he eventually put the phone down whilst still on the phone, ignoring what I was saying. I stayed on the phone for a total of 13 minutes to find out what was going on, the majority of the time- he was ignoring me. I ended the phone to call them back as I thought they were being so rude towards me and when i rang them it said user busy (not sure if they can but i believe they blocked my number). I am not happy at all with the customer service and with it being the second time having a problem with them, this is not okay.

Only thing is.. we payed for 6.19 for ice cream but there was none just the subways?

Food was great thank you. I don’t normally like Subway food … but the food from Newcastle under Lyme was absolutely delicious. Loved it. Well done, nice to find decent staff in a Subway at last. Will definitely be ordering again sometime soon. Thank you.

The food i had ordered was wrong, hash browns undercooked and hard to chew and missing drink for the meal deal the only think I don’t have a complaint about was the cookies , really not happy about this at all and unfortunately can’t find where to request a refund or I would have!

Won't be going back. They look at you like an inconvenience, don't understand you then even when you repeat yourself 4 times they still get it wrong. Also charged me £1 just to choose a salad, which completely defeats the object of going to Subway in the first place... Also if there was any pork in those meatballs I'm Sadam Hussain.

I'm so annoyed after giving them another chance. Appalling service everytime we've come here. Zero customer service, don't order meatballs, you'll get vegan 'meat' balls, no napkins, sloppy sandwich, no thank you, nothing! The atmosphere is terrible too and doesn't look clean. Will never visit here again.

We had to wait an hour for the delivery. One of the tuna subs was not was was order. Both tuna subs came the same but That wasn’t what was ordered. One should have have jalapeño, lettuce, cucumber, onions, pickles. And the other should one should have had tomatoes and sweetcorn but they both did.

We never received our order. The driver delivered the order to the wrong house and when I rang the store to help, they refused and said I need to take it up with Just Eat. I've contacted Just Eat and no reply. Would love it if someone could help me further with this as I'm now out of pocket.

Over two and a half hours from ordering to delivery isn’t acceptable service. According to the app the poor courier waited at the restaurant for over an hour!

Food was cold even though sub was ordered toasted. Side of Nachos cheese which should be melted was still just grated cheese in the box but then nachos were soggy and wet with that much sauce on, and no jalapenos on them either. Only ate under half as it wasn't that nice at all. Maybe something needs to be done with the transportation side of the food to keep it hot too.

Food was ok but bottle of coke missing. I tried to contact them but could not get no answer.

I thought subway was all about making a sandwich how you want it!! Will not be going again to this store never have any issues with the one in Shelton or the one in milehouse

Absolutely terrible! Wouldn’t bother ordering from here the wait times for delivery are longer then planned! I waited an hour and half from somewhere that’s 5 minute drive! Food was just about edible as was cold and nachos had dried and gone hard! Spoke to a man on the phone in store to ask where my order is and if they had received it to which he said it’s not up to him it’s just eat… i simple wanted to know if my order was in store!! Rude! Don’t waste your time here!

No tuna wrap at all instead replaced with 6 inch sub that wasn’t tuna either.

It came very late, I orded it at 11.20 and it arrived at 12.20 I expect maximum 30 mins.

The sub was great, ice cream & drink as expected for the brands, the cheese melts tasted gross for some reason though 🤔. I’ve had them before and liked them, but this order’s tasted vile 🤢.

Where do I start..... i asked for no ketchup on my breakfast sub and it was delivered swimming in ketchup! Then I opened a box of nachos that I had asked to have just cheese on and it came covered in sauce! I mean it wasn't a hard order and when I rang the restaurant they proceeded to make up excuses saying they couldn't see the notes yet its on the top of the receipt that they printed out! Then when I told them this they changed their mind and said it was cause they were busy! They then proceeded to tell me if I ordered again then they will get it right and send me an extra sandwich..... why on earth would I want 2 sandwiches and why would I order from them again...... absolutely 💯 terrible I wouldn't order from there if I was you!!!!!!
