The best restaurants serving Indian food in England

I'd say just make pizza at home instead of going here , waste of money and it's only pizza nothing new here what the owner is saying is and has already been done so yeah .

A large secure carpark was a pleasant surprise and on entering the restaurant we were welcomed by a smart waiter. So first impressions were very good. The decor was immaculate and the whole restaurant was spotlessly clean. Superb service, well presented quality food, well cooked. The Sunday special menu was very good value and would definitely recommend.

Came here last night (25.04.25) for my boyfriends birthday on the Curry Train. From start to finish it was fantastic. Lovely attentive staff & great food! Thank you all :)! Will definitely be returning for my birthday in June.

This is hands down one of my favourite Indian restaurants. The food is absolutely amazing: rich, flavourful, and clearly prepared with care and authenticity. Every dish I’ve tried has been full of depth and perfectly spiced. The service is consistently great. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always make you feel welcome. They’re also helpful if you’re not sure what to order and happy to guide you through the menu. The atmosphere is warm and inviting—perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. There’s a real sense of hospitality here, and you can tell the people running the place care about the experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for delicious Indian food, great service, and a lovely vibe.

This place is amazing, great service, so attentive. They really looked after us and the food was incredible and such a reasonable price for the quality! 100% come here again!

Going downhill unfortunately. The chicken was hard. Needed a knife to saw through it. Plus no poppadom with my order? Sort it out guys!

Really echoing other reviews … Delicious , excellent quality food. Wonderful welcome and good old fashioned excellent service. Smart decor 10/10 all round.

First takeaway from here and our last.... Just tasteless even though ordered a variety of different dishes it tasted like it all came from the same pot. Definitely not worth the money paid. Not that cheap ethier. Will not be ordering agian!

Fuimos el 7 de abril a las 8. 30 de entrar al servicio y salir fue impactante si usted no está familiarizado con el personal virrey como no es un regular que son tratados tan diferente. Nos sentamos a pedir bebidas y bandeja de pepinillos ni siquiera terminamos bandeja de pepinillos y sacamos la red eléctrica ni una vez preguntaron si todo estaba bien con nuestro camarero de comidas de acuerdo en que deben comprobar que todo está bien. Evitar tantos mejores indios que virrey con mejor servicio que se preocupan por los clientes ,

Perfect on everything food service and ambience and family run restaurant Tasty gujrati food

Pedí una comida para llevar de aquí anoche y no decepcionó! Toma alrededor de 1 hora para la entrega, así que asegúrese de pedir con mucha anticipación. La comida todavía estaba caliente cuando llegó, que era bueno y un sabor tan auténtico. Pedimos un cordero madras, el cordero era agradable y tierno, arroz, patatas bombay, cebolla bhargi, pan keema naan y poppadoms. El curry tiene un buen toque de especia y lo disfrutamos mucho. Volveremos a pedir desde aquí la próxima vez que nos apetezca una comida para llevar india.

Went for dinner with my wife, my daughter and her boyfriend. The food was superb as always. Never been disappointed at this restaurant.
