Food arriving early is not a reason to be "sorry", quite the opposite in fact! The Hotspot continues to be the best Indian food in the area, second to none. Outstanding food and service.

I have ordered from the hot spot before. Really enjoyed the meal so have ordered again today. Waiting time was about 30-60 minutes but it arrived much sooner and was very hot , very happy. My only concern was the size of the samosas, they were very small for the price. My son put one in his mouth and ate it without any problem. I would definitely recommend this take away. Their food is absolutely gorgeous.

We ordered a large amount of food for 10 ppl this evening. I called the order in the guy was really polite and friendly, the online order was wrongly priced but they still have me a discount which I thought was nice. The food was delivered fresh and was really delicious. Everybody loved it. Thankyou for our lovely meal and great service. Well done.

Outstanding Mix grill and a Brilliant Biryani

The bombay potato was full of oil which then when everywhere innthe bag everything was dripping in oil. We ordered a korma that clear states it comes with rice when ordering but restaurant told us we needed to pay extra. I called to say no mushroom rice and it took 2 phone calls and about 10 mins to get it changed. Then food took just under an hour to arrive!

5 minutes late really wasn't a problem and the driver was nice. The food was ok but certainly not the best and I was a little disappointed with the lack of spice and texture

Food tasted ok. But paying £13 for a king prawn biriyani and getting two prawns chopped into little pieces mixed in rice is absolutely disgusting!!! We also got the keema rice to go with a curry and the portion was so small we’ve ended up with a load of curry and no rice. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Food was cold when it arrived although I pre ordered for as soon as it opened so must’ve been one of the first customers? The lamb was really chewy and Bombay potatoes were flavourless. Hotspot can be really hit or miss but unfortunately this was the worst experience I have had!

My order has not been delivered was told 30mins ago it was with the delivery driver now saying it’s been delivered and it has not been delivered so what’s going on I now want a refund for non delivery not a happy customer at all.

The food was great. We tried a Tikka Balti and it was excellent and the Lamb Sally was tasty and meat melted in mouth, rice and nan great too. Cannot fault delivery either. Plus got discount thrown in ~ thanks will def buy again

Too bad quality of food. I ordered Biriyani, chicken roll and Kebab. None of them is upto the taste. Biriyani tastes like fried chicken rice. DON'T waste your money.

We've never had a bad curry from Hot Spot and find them very reasonably priced, compared to some in the area. They deliver on time, nice n hot and VERY tasty. My husband is very fussy with his lamb vindaloo and he's had 3 from Hot Spot and they've been consistently good.

I ordered tikka masala from the restaurant ,was tasty but a little bit too sweet

Have used Hotspot since it opened, but tonights vindaloo and Chicken biryani was absolutely disgusting. It definately was'nt chicken in the biryani, wrong colour meat it was actually inedible, was actually wondering if it was Roland (ratty) i was about to eat. Not impressed Hotspot, why have you lost your standards, you used to be the best curry house around for miles, i won't be ordering again. 😢

Always used to use this curry house but stopped and thought we would re try and to be honest we wont be eating there again. Ordered before 6pm and it didnt arrive till gone 7.30pm absolute joke considering we only 2 meals. Food turned up cold so obviously was cooked well before it got delivered. If you fancy a late dinner perfect place to go ! Just remember to order it 3 hours before you require it.

I was in need for a quick bite, ordered a kebab roll as I was passing this area in Hanworth... What I ordered, it was really disgusting.!!!!!!!! I am not the type to do reviews either, just felt I needed to be honest . 1 small ..reddish tasteless kebab, stale lettuce and a yellow sauce which tasted strange all in a packet type small roti. Not authentic at all. Just had half as I was so hungry and threw the rest away and had a bad tummy for 24 hours .....for that I paid £3:95. Asian restaurants in Southall would not serve that ....they have pride, reputation and standards . Please be warned ......

I waited over one and half hours for delivery, I kept calling to be told that he will be a few minutes, very bad service will not be using them again.

Just had a takeaway chicken korma and Bombay aloo 😲 tasteless is an understatement the korma sauce tasted of nothing the Bombay potatoes were watery with absolutely no flavour, what’s happened you are usually so good the meal was awful so disappointing don’t think I’ll order from you again unless you change your chef. One star is too much 😖

I needed something to eat so as this takeaway is near me I decided to give it a try they said it would take approximately 45 minutes and then we'll bang on time you get more then enough for one person the food was ok they were very polite on the phone and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them I will be trying it more often

food was delivered ontime and the delivery guy was very nice however there's barely any chicken in the currys, the tikka masala just tasted of cream and the veg pakora we're soaked in oil

Delivery was 30mins late even tho restaurant added time on at the start. Bhuna was nice, but the keema nann was dried out and tough. Overall last time was much better.

Food was good, originally stated it would come at 8:40, here at 9:05, also bottle of coke was not given.

Ordered food on the way home after afternoon of shopping. Was 10 mins later than delivery time given but I was notified this would be the case, when I checked the App. Driver also apologised and said delay was due to busy Saturday (as I'd thought). Food as tasty as the first time. *DOUBLE THUMBS UP*
