Terminal 6 Lounge & Bar in Hounslow

Very bad, not suitable for living. Food is contaminated and not added. Failed management. The place must be monitored by the competent authorities (it also causes diseases)

Big improvement since new management, good service and food

1. Slowest Service I have ever had, 30 mins for a Water and two Beers. 2. Said there was football on, got there and it was Rugby. 3. No sky sports. 4. Free car park and toilets.

they don't even deserve to have one star. doesn't pay the employees, the boss gropes the waitresses.

Poor waiting time for food. Food had to be sent back as it was cold and that was after waiting an hour for it to come. Poor service and lack of understanding from staff.

Staff are the only people that are worth coming for here. But unfortunately as the management have trouble paying their staff properly and the food is bland and mostly half the menu unavailable. All in all a place that must be avoided completely!

Dirty/ unclean rooms. Bed sheets/ linen had not been changed from previous guests. Mice living under beds in room 24. Rodents in room at night. Breakfast inedible.

We were here for Valentine’s Day celebrations 2020. The banquet room was opened up - really lovely and beautifully decorated. There was a live band playing. The service was great all round and the food was fabulous and competitively priced.

Poszlismy tam ze wzglegu na Koncert na zywo zespolu Melina. Bar wyglada na nowy i swiezo wyremontowany. Mam wrazenie, ze wlasciciele chcieli zrobic bar, pub i restauracje w jedym i wyszlo miejsce bez atmosfery z pomieszanymi stylami. Malo tam krzesel i stolikow za to jest parkiet do tanczenia :) Wieczor sie udal bo muzyka mi sie podobala, ale do pubu raczej nie wroce.

Bar on it's own have very nice atmosphere unfortunately staff behind the bar not really helpful and acting like they don't know what they doing .

Ristorante indiano ma non lo consiglio ogni sera ci sono rinfreschi per vipss nel altra sala e la sala ristorante viene snobbata da tutti dopo 10 min arriva qualcuno, il cibo veramente scadente risotto insipido e carne d agnello piccante ok ma era immangiabile da quanto piccante fosse, poi abbiamo chiesto delle patate che non sono mai arrivate, sconsigliato

Soggiorno decente, con caldaia che faceva un rumore pazzesco. Colazione potevano fare di più. Al ristorante il servizio è inesistente, mezz’ora per prenotare. Cibo praticamente solo piccante. Risotto senza sapore. Dimenticanza di un ordine preso. Non consiglio a nessuno di andare a mangiare. Mai più

We turned up for our second nights stay and they had let 1 of our rooms out. Had to wait till lunchtime to get it back. The covers are all stained, hairs in the bed, mattress is covered in stains too. No mattress or pillow protectors. Can't drink the water from the tap. The radiators don't work in the rooms and the whole place stinks of curry all the time.

I’m going to base my review on my meal alone, as my wife’s was fine, but mine far from it. I’m not sure how 2 plates of food can be so radically different and come out of the same kitchen. My Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich was little more than a mess of rubbery mushrooms with the odd strip of beef and some cold melted cheese slopped onto some soggy bread.

Could always be better. But local and open till late works for me!

Most amazing Indian food I’ve ever had! The waiters were so accommodating as I am vegan they gave me lots of options and they were all so good! They even have me an extra appetiser on the house. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic hotel, great location, friendly staff and a very spacious room. Traveled from bradford so was hoping it would be that way. Will be staying again in future.

A really varied menu with great choices. Everything we had was delicious. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Came to watch the football champions league final with a friend for a few drinks and ended up trying some food on the side and I must say it was impressive. Good food portion sizing, great flavoured dishes and reasonably priced menu. Last place i visited which served Indian cuisine was called ‘Namaste Lounge’ the whole dining experience was horrible, the food was semi cold and lacked flavour. The waiter took 15 minutes to bring me a jug of water.. shocking.. I can assure you look no further back if you want to try a nice Indian cuisine give this place a visit it won’t let you down it will provide a great dining experience.

Not for us ..clean but basic but pleasant staff and when they say breakfast included they mean toast cereal and cheap pastries ... so don't expect a cooked breakfast.

I must say that i was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Indian menu. The staff were polite and offered quick service. Drinks and food reasonably priced.

We had 3 dishes and they were downright amazing. If I did t live so far away, I’d definitely come back.

Recently celebrated a birthday party at the lounge bar. Smart looking venue with great drinks and food selection. Thanks to Pranav, Nav and the rest of the team for providing an excellent service to ensure the night ran smoothly.

This place is fabulous for events and private parties (Massive lounge,Dance floor with attached bar and OYO bedrooms available) The Management has been recently taken over by new,enthusiastic and proactive chefs 👨🏽‍🍳👨🏽‍🍳👨🏽‍🍳 from MUMBAI. The team is just wonderful! Coming to the much brighter side Top notch - Indian cuisine! Exceptional levels of customer service and attention to detail. The food was divine - well balanced, perfectly spiced, impressive without being pretentious. We were served flavour combinations I've never tasted before. The signature dishes & must try are 1. Nilgiri chicken 🐓- both aroma and taste are just a bliss. 2. Paneer Mongolian was just finger-licking good 3. Jalebi cheesecake 🍮for the dessert made my day. Highly recommended for every food lovers. Was bit skeptical about the restaurant at first but as I came to know about change of management I gave it a try with my family and to a surprise what a great change! Menu is completely changed and so does the taste. I must say, it’s the complete treat. To be precise nilgiri chicken, lamb chops, papdi chat and biryani was on the top. And boss, jalebi cheese cake steals the show! A must visit. Staff is friendly and trying their best to provide the best service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Me and my wife being to this place on one of the weekend. Food was so yummy that we have to visit it again. Also they got dj , it was fantastic night for us as we danced liked no one is watching lol. Overall we would give 5 star rating. If you are foodie and party person make sure its on your top list to visit. Would like to thank staff for their good service.

Attended a Bollywood dance nite at Terminal6 with my friends. We were very pleasantly suprised with the venue. Its hugh and has a friendly vibe. Music was outstanding i danced my heart out. The food was scrumptious and service was attentive. Over all a highly recommended experience for the music and service quality. Keep up the good work.

I am a local from Isleworth and have been to this place since it was Four pillar hotel. After that it has changed its management many times and tbh nobody could make it.

Great place to eat and fantastic service the dishes are moderns fusion indian fine dining. The price are very reasonable considering the quality the jalebi cheescake is a must. Great ambience for a area with limited fine dining.

Decided to stop here on the way back from Reading to meet friends for a drink...

Really good venue to hold a birthday party with well stocked bar and options for food.

Went to this place for a birthday celebration.. poor service.. different prices every time we ordered the same drinks! The food was of poor standard, samosas and kebabs served without chutney, the rice was placed on the table ages before the meat dishes came out. Basically.. it was dumped randomly on tables with the plates and cutlery at the end! Didn't enjoy any of it.. then hit with a massive bill.. not worth half the amount they were charging! Don't order food if u don't want to be disappointed! Music was the same all night, the Dj didn't mix it up to get the crowd all dancing.. he likes his bhangra! It could have been a great place to party, but the service and food was a sham!

We had our little one's 1st birthday party in the terminal 6 lounge party hall. The lady who is the incharge of the party hall was very polite. The party hall is spacious, seating arrangement was excellent. Great food and staff. Guests thoroughly enjoyed the party.:)

Great place for family function

Breakfast was nice just took to long, and only 8 people in restaurant, rooms not up to much, went down to the bar on a sat night and told we had to pay 15qwid to get in, never known anything like it, rediculous so that spoilt the stay, not much English spoken in general through out the stay there which makes things difficult, bathroom not very inviting, radiator in room didn't work, no sugar or not enuf milk in room, for the price u pay this place still isn't worth it.

Easy access to City by public transport

Looks rough and needs some serious maintenance and refurbishment but does the job if you need a place to stay. Car parking is definitely "at owners risk" with open, easy access to passers by, very shabby reception and well worn rooms. However it is close to Osterly tube which is very handy for quick access to London as well as for airport passengers doing a lay-by. So it's a bit of a gem in the rough as prices reflect the deteriorated condition of the place so is actually excellent value for money. And the rooms are safe, secure and clean.

Alot of money has been spent on the bar, a coffee machine would be good to have a cuppa after dinner. The rooms are very very tired. Matresses have had their day. Food in the bar was lovely and authentic, we had curry and it was very nice. Breakfast was well cooked and presented but no tables set up also, no access if you can't do steps as all the doors were locked and a narrow flight of a few steps were the only access, being on crutches made it very difficult to get in for breakfast. If staying as a hotel a little money spent on the rooms would go a very long way. All in all did what we wanted.

Service poor to non-existent!!!

I have been living close to the hotel for 10 years . I don't use,the hotel facilities, but the recent refurbishment to the bar and superb , Bukkharra restaurant, has been a long time coming , but although I don't go out drinking to much , well done to you it was a bit of a (going nowhere place ) but now clean and tidy and a good to have a local that is pretty good.

The motel part is terrible, dingy, not even worth the cheap price. The wifi can hardly stay connected long enough for me to write this message. The mattress was the all time worst, I could feel every single spring and sunk in immediately, and I weigh a standard 65 kg. There was an Indian wedding going on which was terribly loud even through multiple locked secured doors. No soaps, just a hand pump for all things (shampoo, body wash, etc). Not the safest feeling neighborhood either, would not feel safe at night. The man at reception was welcoming and pleasant, but definitely would not recommend this to anyone.

The room was in the motel part of this hotel and was terrible. Grubby, old fittings, broken lights, tv didn't work correctly. Never again.

It gets 4 stars simply because of the food amazing
