Cinnamon Lounge in Hounslow

It was an amazing experience at cinnamon lounge. The food, service and ambience - outstanding! The magic of the chef, Mr Shiva and the kind service by Ms Shalini - both were impeccable. A must visit restuarant when you're in Hounslow.

We are staying in a hotel nearby and we saw this restaurant. The restaurant is amazing. The food was really delicious, it exceeded our expectations, great service from Shalini and great value for money. Can’t fault anything. We also enjoyed the dessert and my kids enjoyed the cookies and cream.

I went for a Sunday buffet with my friends. We like chicken 65 and tandoori wings the most. Me and my friends enjoyed it a lot. The washroom was cleaned and the services provided by all the staff were fabulous. Apsara was very good👍

Sunday buffet was great and food was super delicious….even our kids enjoyed the food. Huge options papdi chat, hara bhara kabaab, chicken 65, bonda, mutter paneer, Lamb curry were super delicious…!!!! We will surely go again with our kids….!!!

My favorite local Indian buffet. It's open on Sunday 12-3pm - very convenient. The food is super delicious and freshly prepared. I highly recommend you to try!

During my culinary explorations of Indian cuisine in Hounslow (East, Central, and West), I recently visited Cinnamon Lounge. While the atmosphere was pleasant, I found the food to lean towards mild and sweet flavors, which wasn't quite what I was hoping for, given my preference for more robust and authentic tastes. Despite my request for a spicier experience, it seemed that the adjustments made didn’t sufficiently enhance the dishes. For those who enjoy a milder flavor profile or are looking for Indian food tailored to British tastes, this might still be a good option. However, if you’re seeking a more traditional Indian flavor, you may want to try other spots in the area.

Yesterday I visited cinnamon lounge with our friends.food was excellent.staff are very good and polite they made our dining experience fabulous 😍 here you have plenty of car parking.especially I like there haleem in this ramzan season.

We attended in a large group which can obviously be a strenuous task for restaurants. We booked well ahead of time and there was no preparations in place to make sure our dinner went smoothly. Staff could not keep track of what we were drinking and most of the time forgot about our orders for drinks. I ordered a drink around 30 minutes before my food came and I had to go up to the bar myself after I’d finished to have my drink seeing it was just sat there doing nothing. The toilets were appalling and were reminiscent of the toilets you’d find in a dingy club, feces smeared on the toilet and urine everywhere. We were given ‘complimentary’ popadoms which were added to the bill which ended up being put on the bill for £20 which is extortionate for 4 sets of popadoms. We had one member of the party who received his food after everyone else had already eaten only to find out he was given the wrong dish and was told he could have his correct meal ready in 2 minutes which is what he was told an hour before when we all received our food. This lovely experience was complimented by dirty looks from the staff which I’m surprised we weren’t charged for on top of everything. I would hope we caught this restaurant on a bad day but I will never be giving my money to this establishment again.

We visited this place initially 4 years ago and it was terrible. Honestly awful. We went back today for the first time since hoping it would be different, if anything it was worse. We were sat laughably at the very same table as we had problems with several years ago. We waited a while for menus and a very long time for drinks. When we ordered we asked for starters and popadoms. We waited so long they came and asked us if we ready to order main courses not realising we’d not even had the starters yet. We asked for a second drink but waited for an unreasonable amount of time for these. When they came, the starters arrived at the same time and the waitress dropped the food into the beer and I had to ask TWICE for the beer to be replaced. After our starters the plates were not cleared. We waited another 30 minutes at least before we got someone’s attention to order our mains. The plates came out for our mains and I promise you, she tried to place them almost on top of the dirty plates that we still had on the table from starters. Meanwhile other tables were being sat around us and waiting incredibly long times before even being given a menu or drinks (40 mins approximately in one case) We had our mains eventually and asked a waitress for boxes and our bill as by this point we’d had empty glasses for over 30 minutes. “One or two boxes?” She said. But we never saw her again. Our drinks eventually came despite us sitting with our coats on. They still didn’t bring the bill or boxes. We finally had enough and asked the manager ourselves. Here’s where it gets funnier. He then came over with our bill complete with other people’s food on it and acted like he was doing me a favour by “giving you a discount” when in reality he was just removing the food we’d not ordered. He then tried to charge us full price for our meal despite me explaining how absolutely awful it had been throughout. He offered a complementary drink but by this time my wife had already left. He then asked what I wanted to pay - like it was my decision. Honestly the WORST service you will EVER receive at any restaurant. I’d avoid like the plague. They should have paid us to eat there not the other way around

Very bad timing, do not order here your food will arrive next year. This is not a joke, they are extremely slow with food, 40 mins in no main dish yet.

We are local residents to Isleworth and our first trip to Cinnamon Lounge was brilliant. We loved the food and the servers were so lovely and catered to us well. They even gave us free dessert. Highly recommend to anyone!

I didn’t eat here, I just had a coca cola, as I had already had dinner and was making a fleeting for a good friend’s leaving do. The service here was extremely slow, I can’t comment on the food as I didn’t eat, but the atmosphere in here is nice.

Good ambience. We went at night during winter the hardest part is heater wasn't working and we felt cold inside the restaurant. Food was really great. The staff was friendly and they served everything in a gentle way. They play birthday song if you are celebrating your birthday at this restaurant.

Disappointing chicken biryani. More bones than chicken unfortunately. Will try somewhere else in future.

This is the best Indian food I’ve experienced in over a decade. The food is hot and delicately spiced - prepared to order. Shalini our waiting staff for the evening was fantastic and patience with our orders. The ambience of the place is perfect. I had the matar paneer and naan and was actually moaning aloud with satisfaction. Do not miss out.

Amazing Sunday Buffet Experience! We visited Cinnamon Lounge this Sunday and were pleasantly surprised by the buffet offer. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options, from fresh salads to hearty mains and delectable desserts. The staff was friendly especially Shalini, she was amazing and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was relaxed, perfect for a family outing. We can't wait to come back!
