The best restaurants serving Indian food in England

We arrived without a booking and were seated quickly. Our young water was professional, helpful and provided helpful advise on the various dishes. The chicken dish we had was amazing, the meat was so tender and tasty and the sauce amazing. The nan was delicious. We are looking forward to returning and it's The restaurant is decorated really well. I believe it's recognised as one of the UK’s top 100 restaurants at the Asian Catering Federation Awards 2024 and the restaurant’s chef of 13 years Vishal Verma also won best chef in the south-east, in an awards ceremony at the House of Lords this month presented by BBC anchor Samantha Simmonds.

Best food ever, don't understand why this is not fully booked every night Lovely staff

All you can eat buffet was lovely. Starters were great, mains were excellent, the lamb dish was particularly good. Everything was hot and tasty. Very attentive and friendly staff. Excellent value.

Beautiful food, great service, we didn't feel rushed to order , good value for money, best Indian in castleford by far.

Staff are really polite and friendly. Food is always excellent, fresh and hot. Telephone orders are discounted and paid for on collection. Price's are good and fair.

Had my wife’s birthday here last night. Second time we have been and it really is fantastic. Food amazing and staff really friendly and attentive. All in all you must try this place. I hope they are successful in the future.

Really flavourful curries with a good level of spice. The veggies sides had plenty of fresh spices too which is rare in our experience. The best bit though was the peshwari naan. It was like a pillow of happiness.

We had takeaway delivered. It was lovely food but smaller portions than we are used to.

Been going to this great restaurant for 30 yrs,but have been told it has closed recently. Are they back open. Does anybody know. Tks

Our meal was delicious,as always.Such a shame,this gem of a restaurant, is closing.It was very busy,tonight but great service and everyone was having a great time.Thank you to all the lovely staff,you will be missed.

Chicken korma was great and it is a good portion size highly recommend it especially for those with a sweet tooth and it's even better paired with a peshwari naan!

I'd say just make pizza at home instead of going here , waste of money and it's only pizza nothing new here what the owner is saying is and has already been done so yeah .

Went on a Friday night, food was tasteless almost, however service was fast and customer service polite

I ordered last night via the website, picked up 30mins later. Service with a smile and food was hot, tasty and fresh.
