Great place for a curry, lovely food snd service.

Family get together to celebrate 3 birthdays, great evening, staff were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, food was perfect, great quality, willing to adjust for taste, never felt rushed. Great value. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you.

Had a deliver last night used to come here years ago I loved it then, the chicken used to be really small pieces and last night we had massive pieces of chicken tikka a nice big portion too, it was so nice , Mumbai have upped their game , the madras was perfect not too hot just right.

We came here to celebrate my daughter’s 21st Birthday, and I have to say what an amazing night we had. We had the full upstairs room and the restaurant catered for 58 people. The service was phenomenal, the food was amazing and all the staff were fantastic and friendly from start to finish. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back so thank you Diana 🙂

Me and my partner come here alot an it's our favourite place to go for a meal and we would highly recommend here to eat 🙂

My wife and I have just been for a meal at Mumbai Spice The place was packed with large groups but the service , and the food were excellent and we will certainly be returning .

Onion barges were really well done and the main meal was Luke warm.

Unfortunately I had a curry which tasted nothing like a Rogan Josh I have ever tasted before, I came and tried this from London and was looking forward to enjoying a cuisine which came highly recommended. Table service was slack and upon asking for a glass of Savion blanc which was on the wine menu I was served a glass of warm house wine in a filthy glass which smelt of dirty dishes. I had to wipe the menus with the hot tissues which showed how filthy this place was. Anyway I will not continue to write this review because I don't actually have anything good to say. £65.00 NOT WELL SPENT

Thank you to all the staff at Mumbai Spice for the amazing welcome, food & service. I had the chicken madras with mushroom rice & it was phenomenal. A massive shoutout to Raul who went above & beyond to make my families experiences even better. We will be back in the near future.

Good service and nice food, very nice decor

Absolutely stunning food, chicken tikka pieces were the nicest iv ever had. I also had the dupiaza sauce which was really tasty. My husband had the mixed grill with vindaloo sauce and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff on the phone and delivery guy was friendly. Will be ordering from them again. Best place to order from in Manchester. 5 star ⭐️

The food was great, really fresh and tasty the service was a bit slow but we were a large party. The staff also were very pleasant. Prices were good and the place was clean.

First time for takeaway in last few days. Chicken chat puri poor. Not warm and really tasteless. Nice chicken pieces. Chicken Tikka Pathia was merely a base sauce spiced up, watery sauce. Should come with specific taste but not great. Edible but dull. Too much Ghee used. Chicken Sagwalla nice but to much oil used. Nice touch of free Onion Bahji's but cold and really soft. Not crispy. On first experience would not go again.

Got a takeaway last night. Not the worst I've ever had as did arrive hot but didn't enjoy it either. Incredibly sweet, very greasy and generally tastes artificial and processed

Best Indian in Manchester! Absolutely amazing service. Family run, family oriented and they make you feel like part of the family when you come! From the second we walked in the door the manager was friendly, warm and welcoming. The special is an absolute bargain and perfect for when I want to try a bit of the other half’s curry! All of the staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were having a great time. We will never go anywhere else for a curry!

Absolutely top class Indian! The manager always makes you feel welcome and makes sure you have a great experience! He always takes time out to come and have a chat with you so you feel more like family than customers! Food is top notch, can’t go wrong and the price is pretty good too!! Would recommend to anybody!

Fabulous meal as always. We visit Mumbai spice regularly and have never had a bad experience. The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond. Food is always excellent. The set meal is great value for money. Plenty of choice and something to suit everyone. Would highly recommend

Your night starts off being greeted by the most friendliest staff, in the modern fashionable restraunt. The dishes range from the usual, to the chefs special which are all unreal. I love getting a quick take away, date night or even family party’s: they cater for all. 5 stars

I had a wonderful meal tonight. I had a Napali curry which was amazing. Service was really good as well. I might even call in again tomorrow as working up here for 2 days. Thanks guys really impressed.

The service was second to none they couldn't do enough, the food was lovely, will 100% be going again. The chef cooked me a special meal. As the one I was having was a hot curry. So he made it a medium strength . What a lovely thing to do . The staff service was excellent well above expectations.

What a shocking experience. Went here with my sister, brother, niece, and my wife, never again. We were the only people in there and now I know why. The food was not great. My sister said her food tasted like rubber. They kindly replaced it and gave her a curry to take home. Our food was not great to be honest. I enjoy lots of Indian restaurants, and this has been my worst experience. When we got home and checked our bank, we then found we had been overcharged by £20 when had actually ordered the special. I will never be going back. My sister and brother have been there a lot of times and said with the food they had that night, they will never be going back

We had the dine in meal offer. We both had Pathia mine vegetables and my other half had a prawn one. Delicious. The garlic naan bread was soft and fluffy just right.

I used to come here years ago with my family when it was most on tandoori decided to give it a go on Saturday it was awful with an extremely unfriendly manager! We will be sticking to desi lounge in future!

We went for the 5 course dine in meal offer. Delicious as always. We did have a festive extra of £3 each added to the usual cost but we didn't mind at al.

Food was great, though it was a bit of a weird experience on the evening, the electric wasn't working to the kitchen, somehow they made it work. The place was busy regardless.

Had the mid week deal £14.99 per person Appetizers, starter, main, tea coffee. Group of 11, everybody's food came out together. Couple of mischievous children, who they were very good with. Nice decor, able to watch the match. Parking on the main road. Take out also available.

We had the dine in meal offer. I had onion bhaji starter veg dhansak with vegetable rice and garlic naan. my oh had prawn puri and prawn pathia. We had a punky ice cream for dessert each. Absolutely delicious. Keep up the good work mumbai spice.

Friday night family meal, restaurant fully booked, great atmosphere! Whole hospitality team on hand to provide a seamless service. Food was phenomenal, highly recommend visiting. We will be returning soon.

Food was lovely and the booths in the wall made it feel very intimate for a date night. I recommend the cheese kofta it was very tasty. Would definitely a return. The special 5 course menu is very affordable and kids eat free on Sundays.

I booked the dine in meal offer for my husband's birthday. We were seated in a crushed velvet booth which was pretty and absolutely spotless. Our starters and mains were delicious I can recommend the onion bhajis and akbari cham cham.

Was welcomed at the door and quickly escorted to the table drinks were brought over whilst we chose our meals .all the meals came out together there wasnt a complaint from anyone at the table all the food was great

Ordered a takeaway for my husbands birthday as we’d had a recent bereavement he didn’t want to go out . The food took over 2 hours to arrive & was really poor quality . Cold & stale . Such a waste of money

Standard, decent quality quality curry house. Nice vibe inside and very accommodating for large parties. Food is off a good standard, I was recommended the overnight fish sizzler which is nice ! It’s priced reasonably and portions are good

Bueno, primero déjame decir que la comida, aunque porciones bastante pequeñas, era muy sabrosa. Los alrededores son lujosos con una hermosa pared de cascadas. Pero. . . La música era muy alta, tanto que era difícil tener una conversación. Pedí que se rechazara, lo que era, durante 5 minutos y luego volvió a subir. El personal fue un poco brusco, y no muy amable. Tal vez los atrapé en un mal día, pero no volveré otra vez.

We we Saturday night did not book we waited 5 minutes to be seated the place was packed very good service lovely fresh Popadoms with pickle tray followed by there North Indian garlic chicken and chilli rice. They have a good menu with varied dishes we will definitely be going back

Lovely atmosphere for a great catch up with friends from work. Lovely surroundings,fabulous choice from starters to desserts. Service was good and food served nice and hot. We weren't rushed even though the restaurant was busy. Would visit again

We came to try this place out as we was planing to stay local. We booked our table and when we arrived we got seated straight away drinks were taken, then we placed our order, our starters came out after abit of a wait because they were busy so it's expected, but it was worth the wait, our mains followed short while after and I have to say it's was perfect just right and enough flavour. Thank you would recommend.
