Very nice food we ordered the beef quarter pounder and the chicken burger would definitely order again, it came a little bit late but the food made up for it

Placed an order for 2 burgers with clear instructions of what not to add to one of the burger. And they didn't confirm what I ordered on collection, if they had i could have corrected them. The staff were nice,and I normally enjoy the burgers from here, but it was extremely disappointing to come home to find they had added things which I clearly stated not too.

The Food at Barneys is really nice, we love the Chicken Burgers but the service is terrible! I've ordered quite a lot of times now fron here but following a long list of issues won't be ordering from here anymore. I've had chips missing from my order, paid for Haloumi and had that missing, notes not followed relating to milkshakes. My last order, however, was ridiculous. Waited 1.5 hours for the driver to call me and say he can't find the house ( I never had any issues with any other takeaway or delivery and lived here 6 years). The driver told me he was parked outside Morrisons supermarket half a mile away and can I collect fron him there, obviously I said no and gave him my postcode again. 15 mins later, still no food, and he was now about 6 miles away in the City Centre! The resteraunt offered to re-make the food and send another driver, the food eventually arrived it was nice and fresh bit took 2.5 hours in total. The girl on the phone was nice and helpful which arranged re-delivery but unfortunately won't be ordering from here again, too many problem's when ordering.

Quality staff good food highly recommend

Really gone downhill, got the drinks wrong, the milkshakes wrong , the burgers looked like they had been sat on lots of overcooked buttermilk coating with hardly any chicken inside & it cost a fortune! Used to be good, not anymore 😞

Bought a Kinder Beuno milkshake and the person making it left the clear plastic wrapper on so my milkshake was full of plastic that made me choke. Never ever going there again.

Always loved the food from here. But now the potion sizes are half the size! I got the steak meal, and the box is literally half the size it used to be. Very disappointed! It also used to have like a lovely nacho cheese on it, but now it just has a tiny bit of melted cheese on it. Was better before!

I purchased a burger, fries and milkshake. The burger was drenched in grease and quite literally thrown on the wrapper, the cup of the milkshake was cracked and the content was spilling out the side and the chips were soggy and cold. Utterly disgusting

Ordered last night 20.01.2023.. I know every ones on a tight budget but when your charging £6£7 pound for a burger meal with no drink..How's a meal a meal with no drunk ehhh ???? I think they ran out of chips 🍟 look @my portion 🤣🤣 ITS NOT EVEN A HALF OF PORTION OF CHIPS FRIES ECT...

Ordered a mix steak and my partner ordered a buttermilk chicken wrap meal, also tried the chicken tenders which I haven’t seen on the menu before and they did not disappoint, so tender and the batter is amazing, all the rest was spot on as per. Also arrived on time Which is a bonus

Ordered some burgers whilst driving past. The buttermilk chicken burgers are really good. Even the kids who are normally fussy eaters enjoyed and finished their food. The staff were brilliant and speed up my order as they knew I was waiting outside.

Always heard good stuff so tried this place out and the food was brilliant. Steak and chips with melted cheese along with side salad, steak cooked to perfection and chips really nice and crispy and fluffy inside. Very Reasonably priced, friendly staff and menu has just enough to choose from. Not too much listed and good amount of desserts to choose from too. Highly recommended and will definitely be going again. 👌

Ordered for iftaar after fasting for 16 hours & you absolutely want to make sure the food is dead on time, fresh & nothing short of amazing and Barneys did exactlt that! I rang earlier to enquire about what time i should order and the lady was SO helpful, so polite and so friendly! The food was incredibly fresh, hot & she made the milkshake very quickly when i arrived so it was as fresh as possible! Amazing food everytime i order!

I was recommended by a friend to try the spicy burger, wow let me tell you I have been around the world but this burger was something different, definitely on my top 3 places to eat , don't let the outside put you off ,because the lady on the front Donna she will give you a warm welcome and make you feel at home straight away , thank you for the spectacular food and thank you for the wonderful service Donna.

Brilliant food & very fast on delivery

Not great to be honest, reviews were singing barney's praises so had my hopes up but I would say the quality was mediocre at best. Not rubbish but not top notch, especially for the price!

Food was never delivered. The diner were unhelpful in resolving it. Took two weeks and threathening legal action to get a refund. Can't comment on the quality of the food but based on the quality of the service I would absolutely not recommend.

Ordered from here more times than I dare to admit or remember. Definitely one of my favourite takeaway options and never had a complaint yet. Great value, decent portion sizes, good fresh quality ingredients and always great tasting. Also the only place that makes my fav peanut butter pretzel milkshake :) Thanks Barney's!

Food is great, atmosphere needs improvement. This place uses quality ingredients and the food is perfectly cooked. However I have to agree with another reviewer to eat in, is slightly uncomfortable. There is a male member of staff & his friends who regularly spend time there. They are unprofessional and loud in the diner and then outside the shop. It’s such a shame as the food is amazing and you sometimes want to eat in rather than take out. My favourites include the buttermilk chicken burger, Cajun beef burger and sweet potato fries.

My go to for a Halal beef burger. Saf the face, chef and manager is a legend! My first burger after lockdown was glorious. Saf followed my instructions and the good burger with an extra patty made up a 6 meals to go was awesome! My family loved it and it was well made - the patties were seasoned thankfully! Make a trip and enjoy a solid burger!

Food is amazing. Restaurant quality.I hope they decide to open one, one day. Presentation is innovative for a take away. Their home made dips, absolutely fantastic. You won't regret getting food from here.

Used Barneys last Friday for a change of takeaway during the current lockdown as fed up of cooking every night! Well can I just say how impressed we was with the menu and choices , ordered online and picked up the service from the young lady and the kitchen staff was excellent and the quality of the food and presentation was top notch ! “The best burgers the kids have ever tasted “ . Not sure you’d eat here if you saw the food hygiene rating they’ve had for over two years. I was horrified to find out they scored a one after eating here. You can’t get a worse score :(

Tried this place for the first time with the fam. We ordered 3 chicken burgers and various sides. Really good. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. Enjoyed the hand cut fries. Haven't tried the hamburger yet but will give that a go soon. So far so good though. Recommend. Keep it up guys.....

What a fantastic find!! Being vegetarian, it is hard finding a decent takeaway meal, however, Barney's do one of the best veggie wraps I have ever tasted. Other half seriously impressed with the steak & neither of us is easily pleased. Cannot recommend enough!!

Just built my own burger nicest burger ever onion rings are peng philly cheese steak wrap peng chips peng didn't have milkshake this time but try one you wont regret I have tried the wispa gold and Ferrero roache so good.also if you order on the barneys app it's cheaper.

The food here is insane and I couldn’t fault anything on the menu. Their shakes are unreal and taste way richer than most of the ones I’ve tried in Manchester, I recommend the Oreo one or the Bueno one! The burgers are too too good, my favourite has to be their Italian Stallion chicken burger because it’s literally like pizza in a burger. I come here all the time and the customer service is always good when you go in for food, everyone’s so friendly, and it makes such a difference!

The butter chicken burgers are all delicious. Fresh Home cut fries one of me favourites. Staff are really polite too and good customer service. I ordered fresh cut fries but got normal fries. As soon as I told them they said keep the fries and they'll make the fresh cut ones for me. Some people may think "that's expected anyway". It might be but check my review of creams and you'll see how the owner refused to give 40p (half cup) of slushy when the waiter took it whilst my daughter was playing. So all this does go a long way. The prices are a little too high for a burger meal compared to other burger joints. Like a burger meal costs minimum 6.50 squid. But that may be cos they load it with all sorts and ingredients are fresh. Thanks to the staff.

Ordered a burger and mixed steak salad from this place. The burger was average in portion but had a huge portion of caramelised onions which masked some of the meats taste. The mix steak was underwhelming. The portion was disappointing. I had asked for extra veg instead of chips and just got some residue peppers and onions. The meak steak pieces were very dry. All in all, not a positive experience. However delivery time was reasonable and staff fairly proficient, hence the balanced 2 stars.

Tried Barney's on Wilmslow Road today, food was amazing. I had the mix steak and nacho fries, the flavour was immense. Would definately come back to try other things from the menu.

The best food place time after time but a bit pricey

You know what, I don't usually do reviews but I think barneys deserves one. Foods always piping hot, arrives on time and you always get what you ask for. So it's a 10 out of 10 from me!

Burgers and fries are nice and good quality it u fortunately I tried the steak and it wasn’t very nice and the chips it was on where very greasy from the steak.luke warm and just not great.so I wouldn’t recommend it.stick to the burgers.

I ordered a delivery at 16.21. After three more calls & some communication difficulties, our order arrived at 17.58. More than 90mins later. You may think that we must live a considerable distance from Barneys, but we're less than a mile away. If the food had been hot & fresh when it arrived I might be able to rate it. But as it is, I can't.

Possibly the worst attempt at nachos I’ve ever seen in my life? This curdled beige layer of “cheese sauce” covered the entire top layer of the food. Initially I thought they had give me some form of curry until I dug around underneath and found the nachos (which is when this picture was taken). Wouldn’t dare to eat it. Such a shame as such a lovely takeaway. Decent burgers, gorgeous milkshakes and speedy delivery. Unfortunately just this that has massively let them down.

Excellent food, shame you have to wait soooo loooonggg

My son introduced me to this takeaway restaurant and now I have regularly used it for the last 1.5 years when my wife and I fancy a treat, quality products used and really nice tasting menu, I would recommend this to anyone who likes there food that's something a little bit different from the usual takeaways.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The cheeseburger was ok and the milkshakes were very delicious.

The milkshakes are 10 10 100% I can not recommend anyone else but barneys 4 milkshake

Brilliant food and customer service

Ordered by card be warned you will wait longer for your food. Alwats pay with cash at the door as the order alwats comes late. Waited over 30 minutes with no contact from the restaurant. I had to call them on two occasions and was told the food was o the way. Very poor service a call to say the food was going to be late would of been nice.

One of the best burgers ive had in a long long time!

Food was lovely but unfortunately i wouldn't dine in again. Such unprofessional staff/boys (do not even know what to call them). Constantly swearing and raising their voices whilst we were trying to eat in peace. Poor girl taking orders had to apologise and asked them to quieten down only to be disregarded. Her words were 'you guys are so rude' i second her on that.

Suprised Me and the missus, we were glad we went!
