Food is fresh and tasty. Milshakes are nice. Burger was amazing.

The delivery time is a little longer than other restaurants, but the quality and freshness of all their meals are always top notch. Absolutely worth the wait. Barney's Diner is one of our favorite fast food places.

Ordered from here many times and the consistency of the quality of food is always to a good standard and always great service.

Made a mistake but rectified it correctly. The only mistake they ever made and the food is fantastic, turns out the service is to match. Well done guys!

1830 and still not arrived despite the website thinking it has and still says 1800-1820 as eta, eventually 1852 but no updating from the app.

I used to highly rate this place m! Just ordered the steak tray and honestly it was awful! I have never had white steak before I don’t even know why it was this colour and sooo fatty not great atall

Chicken wrap was awful and Philly wrap was very chewy and rubbery. The milkshakes are lovely though

food is very cold and good for the bin

Very nice food we ordered the beef quarter pounder and the chicken burger would definitely order again, it came a little bit late but the food made up for it

Used to love this place but quality has plummeted over the last few months - portion sizes has easily halved (chicken tenders are now the size of a quarter of a chicken thigh, halloumi slices so thin they look like they've been cut with a deli slicer) and delivery typically takes 20-30mins longer than the estimated delivery time.

Ran out of onion rings so gave 2 instead of 4. Not bothering to give anything as a replacement or any money back. Got burger without paying attention to the items of salad. Food was also cold on arrival. They're normally good but were slacking on the last order.

Food come cold, missing things of the order and waited nearly 2hours. Understood you was busy but for a 50pound order this was not worth it. I order from here regularly for the same amount of money and this has seriously let it down, kids are still hungry as the chips was cold, one only had 2 pieces of chicken. And no cheese sauces to even make the chips salvageable. Onion rings missing of burgers that was also cold.

Every time we order from here it takes over 90 mins. Tonight we ordered at 9.10pm. It’s now almost 11pm the shop is about to close and the food still isn’t here. The food is nice so that’s why we chance it but tonight is unacceptable. We won’t order again. Employ more staff

Took 1 hour 40 mins Cold and soggy and cheese is a weird colour and not the usual way and doesn't taste good at all Very 😞

Placed an order for 2 burgers with clear instructions of what not to add to one of the burger. And they didn't confirm what I ordered on collection, if they had i could have corrected them. The staff were nice,and I normally enjoy the burgers from here, but it was extremely disappointing to come home to find they had added things which I clearly stated not too.

Food took a little longer that expected, but the food came hot and was absolutely delicious!! Never finish a takeaway but i demolished the steak rice and chips! Definitely be ordering again!!

The cucumber was missing the middle like what even is that hahah! The rice box itself was the most MEDIOCRE meal I have ever eaten, I have had more flavour in a plain cracker! The cheese was coated in 12 layers all over!! It was just awful I highly advise NOT to order the chicken rice box! Oh and chips haha I almost forgot to mention them because they almost forgot to put any in the box but I’m sure I had a sold 5 of them!

Instead of chicken wrap they sent me lamb 🤢and chips smelled weird definitely using old oil

I have ordered my milkshake from here for years and they have always been really nice but the last two times have been awful not even been able to drink them they where that bad

Ordered a few times always got poor customer service, always missing something on orders. Majority of the time delivery late. Done with this place.

The food was not good enough to compensate for the late delivery I ordered at around 8:30 the food did not show up until 10:30

The Food at Barneys is really nice, we love the Chicken Burgers but the service is terrible! I've ordered quite a lot of times now fron here but following a long list of issues won't be ordering from here anymore. I've had chips missing from my order, paid for Haloumi and had that missing, notes not followed relating to milkshakes. My last order, however, was ridiculous. Waited 1.5 hours for the driver to call me and say he can't find the house ( I never had any issues with any other takeaway or delivery and lived here 6 years). The driver told me he was parked outside Morrisons supermarket half a mile away and can I collect fron him there, obviously I said no and gave him my postcode again. 15 mins later, still no food, and he was now about 6 miles away in the City Centre! The resteraunt offered to re-make the food and send another driver, the food eventually arrived it was nice and fresh bit took 2.5 hours in total. The girl on the phone was nice and helpful which arranged re-delivery but unfortunately won't be ordering from here again, too many problem's when ordering.

It was edible but by no means worth the cost. Paid £5 for a tub of ice cream and it didn't come. A refund would be nice!!

Really gone downhill, got the drinks wrong, the milkshakes wrong , the burgers looked like they had been sat on lots of overcooked buttermilk coating with hardly any chicken inside & it cost a fortune! Used to be good, not anymore 😞

Burger tasted as if it had been reheated and was like eating rubber even though half went in the bin👎 The wrap was cold when delivered 👎 The food was delivered about 30 minutes early and the driver was asking if we smoked - presumably he was after a cigarette - not very hygienic when dealing with food!!! Customer service appalling 👎

Bought a Kinder Beuno milkshake and the person making it left the clear plastic wrapper on so my milkshake was full of plastic that made me choke. Never ever going there again.

Worst place to order from it says my order has been delivered so I phone them ask them where my order is a hour later and they say its should be there shortly I only wanted 3 milkshakes when does that take more than 2 hours

Always loved the food from here. But now the potion sizes are half the size! I got the steak meal, and the box is literally half the size it used to be. Very disappointed! It also used to have like a lovely nacho cheese on it, but now it just has a tiny bit of melted cheese on it. Was better before!

Barnie’s is the best burger place around but tonight was disappointing. Food was late and order was missing items (a drink and a dip.) the chips were a little stale but, on a positive note, the burgers were great.

I purchased a burger, fries and milkshake. The burger was drenched in grease and quite literally thrown on the wrapper, the cup of the milkshake was cracked and the content was spilling out the side and the chips were soggy and cold. Utterly disgusting

Ordered last night 20.01.2023.. I know every ones on a tight budget but when your charging £6£7 pound for a burger meal with no drink..How's a meal a meal with no drunk ehhh ???? I think they ran out of chips 🍟 look @my portion 🤣🤣 ITS NOT EVEN A HALF OF PORTION OF CHIPS FRIES ECT...

delivery is always late, called restaurant to find they was delivering 4 orders at the same time, food as expected luke warm, for the price you'd think they would up their standards, don't follow order notes either, I ask for no salad and its in my food anyway 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Ordered a mix steak and my partner ordered a buttermilk chicken wrap meal, also tried the chicken tenders which I haven’t seen on the menu before and they did not disappoint, so tender and the batter is amazing, all the rest was spot on as per. Also arrived on time Which is a bonus

Excellent delivery time and still good overall service, would just complain that the driver went to house number 29 when ours is 9, didn't seem to refer to the order information to tell him he was at the wrong house. Food was lukewarm.

Dry and disappointing steak chewy would not be going back again!
