Called in after a few beers around town, we opted for prawn puree and a Palace special for starters followed by a tandoori mixed grill and lamb tikka masala. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was great too, would absolutely recommend and will definitely be coming back soon.

We booked a table for two on a Sunday evening for 7pm. The restaurant has a āSunday Specialā and I accept that it was busy. We stood having entered and spoke to three different employees until we were finally directed to a table. We then waited, and were asked if we wanted to order drinks. A pint and a half of lager arrived after a 15 minute wait. We had poppadoms and starters. We then waited. By 8.25 the main courses eventually arrived. The delay was really poor. The food was ranging from good to mediocre. We had a starter platter. Some things were really nice, but other things such as pakoras and kebabs were lukewarm. As for the main courses, the naan bread ordered arrived over 5 minutes after the main courses were eventually delivered. In 2025, I do not expect to be charged Ā£2 extra per person to pay for a meal by debit card!. I wonāt bother going again. Weāve had takeaways previously and they were really good, but the standard of food and, in particular, service was very poor.

Dine in and celebrate valentine's day and our anniversary. Really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere warm and efficient service from the staff. Red balloons decorate around the place, red flowers display in the table what a lovely touch for valentine's day. This place is amazingš

We had a very nice night with friends. It was my first visit to Voujon Indian restaurant. The food was lovely except for the keema naan which was undercooked (still doughy in the middle). I showed it to the waiter who removed it without saying anything and didnāt return with a replacement naan which I was very disappointed about. I was part of a large party and maybe the staff were under pressure as I didnāt find the staff very attentive and smiley and we had to leave the table to go to the bar for a drink during our meal which wasnāt ideal.

Brilliant. No faults. Good fresh food, hot as always and didn't take too long! Service was friendly and someone always there to help if needed. No concerns. Will be back for sitting in service as use Vakas as my takeaway Indian regularly! Thankssss

We have eaten in the Khyber a number of times, and the service has always been exceptional. We visited with 2 friends on 1st March for a birthday meal to a really busy restaurant. The food was amazing and the staff were so organised and friendly. They brought out a lovely cake and offered complimentary drinks (a nice touch). Thank you to the highly organised friendly staff who do a great job š
