The best restaurants serving Indian food in England

The spam fritters were awful tasted like I was eating oil it was an insult to my taste buds. The chips were cold, some were very stale and hard whilst some felt under cooked. On top of that I waited an hour and ten minutes to receive it, took 55 mins to cook it. I have had better and a lot quicker.

I've tried many restaurants in this area and I've found Maliks is the best. The staff are great very polite with brilliant service. I also found the place to be very clean. But all credit goes to the chef and the kitchen staff who prepare the most authentic and tasty food.

I love this place. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

Lovely tasting food, not. A bad price

Delivery fees are a flipping joke !!!! £25 for a balti with delivery plus £6 So £31 for a take away in Burton 3 miles away. No thankyou.

Had a takeaway, friendly team. Didn't take long. Restaurant decor isn't particularly authentic and a bit flat with English pop music playing even though they have an unusual large floor tv screen playing Bollywood films. Reasonably priced, bit oily but tasted good. Didn't give it 5* as I've had better but would be happy to visit again. Thanks

Service and fine and the food except the vegetable rice has too much vegetables it hardly looks like rice and the staff don’t know your name when your a regular customer bad place sorry.

Lazy chef.. I received my tandoori mixed grill for take away and utterly disappointed. Chicken on the bone was fine. But it was covering up very small chunks of something. Burnt and dry chicken or lamb ..I think The advertisement of salad ended up being a small plastic.tide bag of chopped onions . Rubbish !! Very poor and at that price was robbed !! I have mixed grills around the UK and this has no imagination, creative taste .. or effort !

Overall, this place delivers both excellent service and top-quality food and drinks. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing afternoon or a quiet catch-up with friends. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Ordered some food with poppadoms, and the driver decided to take a 5 minute break and eat some of my food- ordered 2 poppadoms, and this is what I received. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I received a parking ticket for parking outside the restaurant. There is no clear sign regarding parking restrictions or pay and display. I spoke to the restaurant after receiving the ticket, they are so irresponsible. For parking between 21:00 to 23:00
