Really nice curry good portion size, with a friendly service.

Food was good and the service was impeccable. My son broke a glass and they were kind and happy to help it was great experience would recommend.

Got butter chicken from here never again. Found a cherry in there. Must be main and dessert served as one.

Excellent service with quality food and excellent delivery

The bulk of my order arrived cold, the mushrooms used weren’t fresh ( they were days old, tasted stale and black). Both curries were cold, the korma sauce was thin and watery and the tikka masala had an odd taste. Never had a bad experience with karma before but this meal was cold, tasted horrible and not worth the money I paid.

Excellent meal and super fast delivery,I have tried many many restaurants but certainly found a go to for excellent tasty food,I hope it continues

Ordered the set meal for one via delivery app, picking from the available options including mixed starter and mixed grill. They phoned me up and rudely tried to coerce me into changing my order as apparently my options were "too much food". I said I'd like my order to be honored as these were the selected options on the app. They hung up and cancelled my order.....Terrible cheapskate restaurant. Avoid.

We come here often and here's why. The food is exquisite, never burnt, and good portions. The environment is very comfortable and the service is traditional and friendly. The music is lounge/house and good quality. Toilets are clean and hygienic. I recommend this restaurant. We also get takeaways, but I prefer eating in.

The food was good, edible. Tried chicken biriyani which did not gave great taste but the kebab was great. Worst service, no manners from the staff, rude behaviour, they asked us to pay the service charge forcefully, when I spoke with my rising voice the guy started fighting and pulling my jacket. But the owner was really great, handled situation well. Worst staff I have ever seen.

Great tasting food, quality service and reasonably priced.

The restaurant itself is nice.....Good atmosphere and decent service, but the food is terrible. Tasteless - very odd texture to the keema, almost like your eating a paste rather than minced lamb - old 'not quite fresh' taste to the chicken and not the right blend of spices used giving the dishes a very bland taste. Standard trickery of large chunks of onion, peppers and tomatoes in the dishes - this was of course used to bulk out each dish so they give you less meat. Although the service and atmosphere were OK, you pay for the food which was not up to scratch considering the ridiculous prices charged. If you KNOW what curries are supposed to taste like, avoid like the plague - you will be disappointed. Also....£15 for poppadoms and chutney???? - this is usually complimentary in most other restaurants and only mentioned this when we got the bill!

The food is at best stale. I ordered the duck and you could tell that the meat wasn't good/fresh. Had a rotten flavour. They had nice chips but the rest of the food was all stale. Even the onions had been refried with multiple layers of flour. It was vile

One of the best takeaways i had from them a few months ago, spicy biryani and the tarka dhall was great.

We booked to go here whilst in the area based on trip advisor reviews. We were not disappointed. Seated as soon as we walked in, ordered and good amount of different dishes including duck which for me was rare to see at an Indian restaurant. Food was delicious and decent portions too. Thank you for a lovely evening. I gave 4 as atmosphere as it was quiet and only a few people in. I am sure if it was full and busier it would be more lively.

My friends and I ordered from Karma seeing the good reviews. Unfortunately, I’m sorry to say that it was the worst food that I’ve had in a long time. We ordered some biriyani and tikka. The biriyani was completely tastless it tasted like a bland version of fried rice. The worst was the malai tikka which ideally should be made with lot of attention and finesse to bring out the right flavour. The malai tikka we ordered was a completely new dish unlike anything we had tasted before. The malai tikka had literally cheese melted onto it with some sautéed onions and peppers again a combination I have never seen before. Please DO NOT visit them and get conned.

For the money I paid it was cold lacked flavour and one dish had only 5 small piece of chicken and a tub full of sauce. Really dissatisfied not even any condiments provided poor stay away

Really enjoyed our meal here, the service was really good with some helpful menu suggestions when we couldn't decide what to go for. Food was excellent - poppadoms and onion bhajis were great and i had a lovely mild, creamy tiger prawn curry. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

We ordered a takeaway and the curry wasn't particularly flavourful or spicy. We ordered a Balti and Bhuna and they both tasted the same. It was a shame as was looking forward to trying for the first time. Don't think we will visit again. Staff were very friendly though!

Disappointed with tonight's meal. The chicken tikka starter was very chewy and taste less. Peshwari Naan was not stuffed. It was just a plain naan bread with a thin layer of desiccated coconut spread on the top. Dansak curry I was expecting it to be a hot sweet and sour tasting curry. Mine just tasted like a very hot rich tomato curried sauce to be honest. On the plus side the rice was nice and fluffy and delivery was super quick.

Found a bone in the chicken korma

Some of our order was missing, however after calling they redelivered missing item apologised and gave us a couple of extras free! Mistakes happen but handling them well is the main thing, would order from here again.

We love the Karma Restaurant. The food is always excellent. Not only do we enjoy an evening meal in their welcoming restaurant, the takeaway's are always to the highest standard. Every single member of the Karma team deserve a gold star, such lovely people. Quality food, quality service and wonderful staff.
