tikka massala was overwhelmed with mint flavour, mango was rather watery, chips were just mini roast potatoes. wasn't overly impressed unfortunately.

Dry overcooked meat. No flavour in the curries or starters at all, just a tomato base with some chilli powder whichever curry you order. Very disappointed. Keema Naan worse I’ve ever had.

we have even looking for a decent Indian for months and months. you have done it. we ordered tonight and it was unbelievably perfect. recommended by my sister after literally tens of disappointments. loads to eat, very tasty and heat hot without being over spicy hot. we'll done. Lamb was chewy and dry , samosa old and inedible , ended up throwing it away , won’t be ordering from here again.

The food was absolutely lovely! Can't fault it!

Food quality was pretty poor, chicken was dry and chewy, Naan breads chewy (garlic naan had large chunks of garlic all over, not a nice thing to eat really). Pakoras dry and tasteless. Probably wouldn't order from here again. Delivery time was good - however the poor attention to the food probably contributed to the food arriving so quickly.

The only good thing we’re the samosas and rice, asked for bhuna madras, think they missed with the spices and the CTM so sweet it was inedible.

Not the worst I have had but its up there - the mint sauce tasted like it was off and naan was not good and cold. Ended up throwing most of it away. To be fair the curry was not bad and rice okay but the other items put me off.

Would definitely recommend. Our favourite Indian in Loughborough. Food always great and delivered on time or early by lovely drivers 😊

We ordered samosas and onion bhaji to start they were rubbery and greasy , looked and tasted like they were left overs from the day before refried. Disgusting. We then had lamb biryani well what can I say, again tasted like yesterday's leftovers reheated and very very greasy. Shan't Be buying from here again.

Food was mainly ok, not the excellent quality I’ve experienced before! The chicken pakoras looked and tasted like the were heated up from yesterday, practically impossible to chew but rest of food was ok. Won’t be ordering the pakoras again!

Stated food delivery time was approx 35-50 minutes. Once ordered time changed to 70-90 minutes. The meat was extremely fatty. Never had clumps on fat in a dish from here ever. Put the dish in the bin as sauce didn’t taste like normal either. Rice was cold. Popadoms stale. This is such a shame because we’ve used Cinnamon for years. Will not use again.

Great food, but incorrect rice sent and naan bread was ordered but wasn't in the delivery received.

New years eve, we knew it would be busy but were happy to wait when we got 2 texts to say they were delayed. However the food was not hot, the bottom dish in the bag had been crushed covering everything else in sauce and the poppadoms were all broken. Sadly the worst service and meal we have had from them.

Cinnamon is so consistently good! They do spice really well. If you want hot, you get hot! Often throw in bonus items or drinks for free. A top place and one of the best in Loughborough.

Lamb was overcooked and very tough in two separate dishes. Quality of lamb isn't the greatest too, ordered a mix kebab where the lamb chop was more fat than meat

Hate to leave bad review but my meal was terrible, panner pakora was like rubber, lamb chops were just fat , nann was good tho ,expensive for £15+ Maybe an off night

Absolutely smashing curry this is. We ordered a biryani and a tikka massala. Biryani was hands down the best I’ve ever had from any curry house. Massala was slightly spicy but not too hot for anyone. Will be ordering my curry from there every time from now on. Thanks guys

I absolutely love korma, but this was by far the worst curry I've ever ordered. The curry was runny, tasted disgusting. The pakora was absolutely dry. The peshwari naan was loaded with overwhelming thick condensed globs of coconut and sugar. The food was delivered in this disgusting large van that was clearly not for food delivery. Will not be ordering from here again.

Not the best Indian Iv had. Lamb overdone and not as tender. Found the food tasteless and bland too. I ordered the battered paneer and was soggy too and had to recook them in my air fryer to make them crispy. The lamb chops my husband had were a good size! Overall disappointed with my first order here but prob won’t order again dispite other good reviews.

Incredible food. Delicious ingredients and amazing every time. Naga chilli chicken is spicy and tastes incredible and the Prawn Tikka Masala is my favourite. The prawns are huge. Mattar paneer has SO much flavour, cheesy goodness, so yum! Delivery people are always very friendly and polite. Thank you all :-)

Tandoori chicken was smelly and old. Biriyani was good.

Delicious food as always, we always order our curries from cinnamon now and won't go anywhere else. Our favourites are the peshwari naan and saag curries cooked with spinach. The children like the fruity pasandra curry.

Arrived only 15 minutes after ordering so brilliant service. Butter chicken was amazing, as usual. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the tikka masala as it had mint sauce in it. Not sure why you would ever put mint in a tikka masala, completely changed the flavour and to be honest, we couldn’t eat it. Rice and naan both lovely, but won’t be ordering tikka masala again, which is a shame. Always friendly service and early delivery though

Having moved from Birmingham to Loughborough, we have found it extremely difficult to find a curry house that offers a decent curry in comparison to what we’re used to. Cinnamon is hands down the best curry in Loughborough, they especially know how to make a creamy curry! Very generous portions of meat in each curry and just delicious. Was even delivered half an hour early. Will definitely be going back

We ordered Chinese tonight and got let down, they said they were not delivering, I’d paid, it was late!, NYE 2020! It’s tough till the end! After a bit of swearing, debating we remembered this great place we’d previously ordered from, they really rescued us from eating each other. Food was fabulous, they are good at what they do. The delivery guy is really sweet. Free naan chucked in too. I’d recommend!
