Iāve never left a review before but this was too dreadful not too! Horrendous customer service after we ordered over Ā£90 worth of food, delivery driver delivered food to the wrong address with nothing to let us know it had been delivered! When calling to request a refund I was told that Iād made a mistake and to double check with my house and that I shouldāve contacted them earlier (even though we waited the allocated delivery time -1hr) We were then hung up on by a member of the team whilst we were attempting to claim our money back 2 hours after our delivery with no food! If I could leave a lower review I would! I suggest no one risks wasting any money on this terrible/rude business!

Spotted this cafe on my travel back from Pembrokeshire when i passed through kidwelly. The cafe its self is a quaint place easily spotted on the main road, as i entered i was seated by friendly young staff member with menus. The prices even in this day and age seemed extreme but thought id give the benefit of the doubt that the food would be worth the cost, order a latte, a Jacket with beans and cheese then a scone, the food was mediocre and all store bought so i donāt know why the charge so high, but unfortunately i had the dishonour of meeting the owner, She has a cold demeanour about her and saw her berating a staff member quite harshly then overheard her bad mouthing that same member of staff to another while i was in the bathroom, I understand telling off a staff member but to then go to another member of staff is horrid! I payed and left in a hurry after tipping the youngster, i don't mind paying a fair amount to small businesses but do better in treating your staff, they are the only reason you are still open! with her demenour she wouldnt last without those employees who made the stop worth it! Do Better!

Not sure were some of these other people go to eat. No disrespect but at first I thought it was a different place had to double check. This meal is Up there with one of the worst mixed grill i have had the chicken being that dry it tasted like there were still feathers in it gammon salty steak cheap and nasty even for a 4oz pub steak chuckled to myself when I heard the guy in the kitchen being referred to as chef when he's saying what prepacked food he has left . The only good thing about this place was the extreme warm welcome I received from your head barman Dan had issues when I was meant to stay the night before but due to the lady I spoke to on the phone saying she would wait then didn't had to spend a night in my car. Dan couldn't apologise enough . Good bar manager and unfortunately seems wasted here in this far from great establishment. I have stayed in places all over the country low prices and expensive places but so far all of them until now have at least been clean and tidy the room is tired cheaply decorated and definently not cleaned on a regular basis .cobwebs over the shower some kind of deep staining around shower and sink stained wardrobe shelfs were u are expected to place clothes on.sorry I haven't been able to give a good review but other than Dan it's nit been a good experience.

Was ever so slightly dubious about visiting this place after reading some negative reviews (anti English speaking comments mostly), couldn't be further from the truth, spent an afternoon there, and found other guests to be more than welcoming, really admired the owners for resurrecting this pub (and shop and airbnb), especially impressed with Meinwen who was chatty, witty, welcoming and informative, will certainly visit again.

This pub is no longer an Indian Restaurant/ Pub It has been taken over by a very reputable company and is being run brilliantly by Nancy Jones and her under manager Gemma. Mike has been kept on because of his excellent input. The pub has been rejuvenated since the new regime , and now is a truly Community pub. I have been regularly using this pub for 52 years and have not seen it this good since the days of the Moores and Bob and Sue. Good luck to the new management and roll on when the kitchen re-opens even if itās only for bar snacks.

My partner and I came here to check out the Detroit pizza and cocktails. The service was fast and super friendly, plus they catered for my nut allergy really well. Being dog friendly, we took out 12 yo labrador Alffi who had fun, plus and Utterly Mutterly ice-cream! We had the 1/2 and 1/2 Detroit pizza, a mix of Bloody Mary and the porcini mushrooms. It was DELISH, the portion was also massive meaning we took half home for tea, making it 2 meals in 1. My partner had the Detroit IPA which was hoppy and fresh. I had the Shepherd and Welsh Wanderer cocktails. Very strong, delicious and well presented. We have friends that live locally and will absolutely be back to check out the Sunday slices, bring our dogs and have some more pizza and cocktails. Thanks Lee & co for fab hospitality.

We went as a group of residents for a day Out and it was great...we had a carvery meal which was excellent followed by games of bingo and play your cards right then there was an entertainer on so we could dance or just sing a long to the music. Bar drinks were very reasonably priced
