Normally go for Sunday lunch but as it was Valentines yesterday I thought we would go for evening dinner. Well what can I say. Was not up to standard at all. Starters came out and they were the normal standard you would expect but after a long wait main course come out and we were very disappointed. I had the mixed grill which was only luke warm and the onion rings were over cooked and my blue steak was medium to well done. The wife had salmon with garlic potatoes which tasted just new potatoes no garlic and yet again the salmon was cold. Now Normally we are asked how was your meal or is your meal ok not one person could be bothered to come and see us. When we went to pay the bill you could see staff out the back looking then going back behind the wall out of site. I hate to say it but I really don't think we will be returning which is a shame as we really enjoyed flour Sunday lunches there.

Great Sunday lunch. Went to the farmers arms for Sunday lunch. 8 of us were served promptly by friendly staff. Good portions and served hot. Value for money.

Lots of 2010 memorabilia and a nice touch is all the balls have the course logo on, but you will lose some balls on the course. Some great holes to be played but their is a lot of sand so beware, one of our team wished he ha brought a bucket & spade with him as his balls seemed to be attracted too the sand !!

My family has usually had good experiences when visiting this cafe, until today… Employees appear to be miserable, they were rude & I get the impression that they don’t want to be there. Also, I have never had a milkshake that is served warm until now.

Amazing fish and chips. Taste is wonderful. They shut a bit early but you can’t have it all. Seriously, this is a quality chipper. Check it out

Very basic, its not a restaurant its just a pub ...

Chips tasted as though they were old and had been reheated. Had a few but couldn’t eat anymore

Came here not so long ago food was minging all frozen nothing was fresh the owner was not professional at all and the lady behind the bar was extremely rude and patronising she was short and brunette hair, cutlery was rusty and all smudged regulars behind the bar pouring their own drinks made the atmosphere awful parking was limited over all would not go there

Eaten here a few times and food is always good. The main restaurant is nice. The bar downstairs is a little cold, but a hideaway for a quiet drink.

Stayed there last night as we had attended a wake there earlier in the day. Staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Had a nice light evening meal in the bar area restaurant, Rooms were nice and very clean and comfortable. Only downside was the springy floorboards, you can hear people walking back and forth in the room above, luckily I had earplugs which . Breakfast was also good value.

Beautiful food. This restaurant has a good sized carpark which is free to park in. The food is delicious (although not cheap) and their is a really great outside play area with undercover seating. I imagine this will be really great when the weather is warmer!
