The chef's table our best restaurant to spent time. Food is amazing and atmosphere is lovely.

First visit. Lovely, helpful and friendly staff. Superb food and coffee. Not cheap but worth the money. Will definitely be back!

What a fabulous find this place is. Friendly atmosphere, helpful staff and the food is exceptional. And I really do mean exceptional. The pies are actually made on premises and are packed to the brim with meat. None of your puff pastry lids floating on a sea of gravy here. The chateaubriand, cooked to perfection, was the best I've had anywhere. The vegetables were delicious. Stayed in the Desert Orchid room which has a large, very comfortable bed. The pictures tell you everything you need.(Recommended). We'll be coming back again soon, for sure.

We had a wonderful afternoon tea with absolutely delicious apple scones. The perfect find after a long walk. It was a little drive from our visit to Branscombe but well worth it

Service was great, very polite, very enthusiastic Food was nothing short of stunning, very much agree with the comment of "Michelin-Star quality at under £30". Had 3 courses (Crispy Whitebait, Steak Sandwich, Chocolate Brownie) and a drink for £21. Very good for price Very suprised by the presentation, very excited for future generation of chefs and front of house!

We arrived less than half an hour before closing and ordered sausage egg and chips and the staff were great. They even checked with us if we minded them sweeping up ahead of their closing time. This is good honest food well cooked and at a great price. So glad we took the time to walk here from the centre where food was 3x more expensive!

My husband and I went for an afternoon tea. A treat from family for our golden anniversary. What a beautiful place. The setting and surroundings are quintessentially English. The afternoon tea was absolutely superb. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Would definitely go again and would recommend it to anyone.

Un segundo intento en un almuerzo de pastel y puré para un amigo y yo, esta vez una primera visita a Maureen y no decepcionó. Lo primero que se nota es la amable bienvenida, que marcó el tono para toda nuestra visita. Ambos elegimos un plato de pastel, puré y licor con una taza de té. La comida se preparaba y servía con gran eficiencia, con el té siguiente una vez que se había "preparado" suficientemente. Sal, pimienta y vinagre están en todas las mesas, al igual que el vinagre de chile, que ambos probamos y disfrutamos a fondo. Una mención especial por la calidad del té que lo acompaña, que complementaba perfectamente la comida. Para colmo todo es el gran valor en £ 5. 60 por estar bien "alimentado y regado"! Definitivamente vamos a hacer una visita de regreso, aunque será para probar uno de sus scrum buscando bagels cuando lo hagamos.

El MEJOR SCONE DE LA HISTORIA DE COCO Y Frambuesa y mermelada fue increíble. Personal muy amable y muy servicial con los perros y el cochecito. Sin duda recomiendo y volveremos en julio.

We went to find this cafe this morning Oct 2024 and it's now a Pilates Studio.

Nice little treat on the route home from a long journey. Quite hard to spot when driving so make sure to keep an eye out for this gem. Look out for the coop or the Swan and you won't be disappointed. Great food, Great service.

The superb food was to cater for my Dads 90th birthday party. This is the second time we have used Odessa and highly recommend it to everyone. People commented on the excellent food and there was plenty for all. All I can say is the service is excellent and will certainly be using Odessa again. Also very pleasant and helpful staff. Five stars are really earned.
