Went to have lunch with my grandad. The service was fantastic and Lowenna was so professional and friendly. Furthermore, the food was phenomenal and I was informed Jay was the chef. I have returned since, and will continue to return. Thank you for a lovely lunch xxx

Great afternoon in the beer garden. Excellent band, great atmosphere, we were made to feel so welcome. And bonus - free cupcakes! Highly recommend calling here, we will definitely be back!!

Excellent food and enormous helpings. Proper steak and ale pie wedge with shortcrust pastry all round. Nacho starters definitely to be shared.

We have visited twice but unfortunately both times the food took a long time to come . I don’t understand when the restaurant is quiet why it takes 45minutes for 2 kids meals and a burger to come. The food is of good value especially the carvery.

Went in just friday and saturday only had 2 drinks both beers cold and served fast ,just wished more people had been in on sat night

Always come here really good food . We had takeaway fish and chips and wasn’t impressed. The chips were burnt looked like scraps

Have visited for a number of years. Cant fault service or food. However I would ask Baldersons to review their policy on tap water. Telling a mum (another customer) that they couldn’t supply 2 glasses of tap water for her children - but would sell her a bottle of water and supply the glasses is frankly daylight robbery. It is a less than welcoming approach for the most vulnerable and I won’t be returning!

I was part of a group of 23 who ate at The Hare Hounds today for a birthday bash. The food, service, atmosphere and staff were all 5 star. All the food was delicious and served quickly and piping hot. The service was excellent and the staff were brilliant. Great place to eat and drink and will certainly be back. Thank you

Un lugar agradable para tomar una bebida / comida y admirar la vista. Personal una bolsa mixta, algunos no demasiado contentos de estar en el trabajo, o tienen un nivel generalmente pobre de servicio al cliente. La verdadera vergüenza, sin embargo, es la cantidad de basura generada por el negocio y la falta de responsabilidad mostrada por el lugar. Me siento caminando cada hora - rondas de la zona al aire libre, o incluso simplemente una mejor conciencia beneficiaría al medio ambiente y la vida marina. El grupo Keep Flamborough Tidy patrulla constantemente el área y hace un trabajo increíble como voluntarios, pero una mayor conciencia y proactividad de The Headlands sería beneficiosa.

Lovely family meal. Delicious home cooked food, great service and a lovely cosy relaxed atmosphere. The steaks are cooked to perfection, and the puddings are absolutely delicious, and all homemade!
