Another glorious week in this fine establishment,from Paul and Mel to Johnny,Andrew and Emily(not forgetting the excellent chefs and the rest of the team,this is the best digs I’ve had in 40 years on the road.Do yourselves a favour and give this place a visit,you won’t be disappointed, Thank you Team reindeer 😘

Bought the winter warmer package and boy was it good value for money! The tour was very informative, the wines were lovely. Due to it being the dormant season the vines had no grapes to see. But it is freezing January so to be expected. 2 of the wines we tried had sold out, which was a shame but totally shows the popularity. I’ll have to go back in April at harvest season All the staff were so welcoming and tentative. We had steak and it was gorgeous with fat yummy chips. Def coming back. For £87.50 each we had wine tasting, evening meal (£25 pp allocation), overnight stay (the apartments are modern and stylish) and full on breakfast in the morning. The views are to die for and the venue itself is really chic. Looking forward to a return visit.

Gorgeous place to have a lovely lunch with friends or family. I met my friend there and had just had a nasty fall in another shop in Northallerton and I was limping, bruised with a sprained ankle and feeling sorry for myself. The staff were sooo helpful they allowed me to elevate my foot on a chair and also brought me a tea towel full of ice (without me even asking) to put on my ankle to help it. They also offered me a first aider to have a look at it. They were amazing honestly and kept checking in with us throughout the meal. The food was beautiful, cannot recommend this place enough. Would highly recommend 100% and customer service is off the scale.

We only wanted hot drinks on a cold bank holiday Sunday on our way to the Forbidden Corner. Having left another cafe on the opposite side of the road due to a rude waitress we were pleased to find a table in this light, airy cafe. The service was a little slow but it was a busy bank holiday. We had no complaints and other people’s food looked very appetising.

Lovely really enjoyed our stay. Room was lovely . Lady behind the bar was fantastic so polite and seemed to be doing a lot. Food was good and breakfast was really lovely. Clean and comfortable. Really loved it.

We have visited this place many, many times. The food is generally lovely. However, they really need to change their front of house staff. Rude and unwelcoming and referring to my sister as ‘the wheelchair’ This person is the same on every occasion and it’s beyond me why an owner would want guests to be met by such a cold person. The young man behind the bar, however, was lovely. I don’t think we will continue our business here.

Gran comida a precios razonables, un ambiente agradable para perros y personal realmente increíble. Sophie y Gabby se esforzaron por hacernos sentir bienvenidos y cuando dejé mi maleta volvieron a través de sus llamadas de reserva para encontrar mi número y me llaman para avisarme. Sin duda volveremos a visitar.

Llamamos por un par de bebidas y tomamos una taza de té y café. Cobraba £ 8 , cuando llegaron las bebidas el café era un simple café instantáneo. Personalmente no me gusta el café instantáneo y no podía beberlo, cuando hablaba con la persona. Shins el bar era un caso de pena todas las bebidas calientes son £ 4. Mucho más caro y más barato en Costa, donde se obtiene un café molido recién molido. En otro lugar más tarde ese día el café y el té eran más baratos y de mejor calidad. Si bien aprecio que los costos en todas las áreas de negocio hayan aumentado, desde tarifas, salarios de alquiler, etc. Siento que simplemente cobrando más, está cobrando precios demasiado altos y perderá clientes repetidos. Los precios competitivos conseguirán repetir el negocio y a largo plazo generarán más ingresos. Personalmente no volveremos a visitar este negocio.

Lovely, nice sized room. Very clean and warm. Lovely big mirror, well lit to do hair and makeup. Good sized bathroom and shower. Breakfast was fine with a good selection. Good value for money, would stay again if in the area.

Buena comida y servicio amable. Un montón de opciones en el menú para adultos y niños. Buena selección y la comida era muy agradable. ¡El único inconveniente fue una pequeña espera!

Went here with friends, 6 of us, what a wonderful night. Meal superb, starter, main, dessert, then plate of cheese and biscuits, and THEN fresh made hot mince pie. Tea of coffee for after. Two ladies, VENUS, provided entertainment singing songs from 70 to present. Lots of us got up and dance. Staff were wonderful, got up and danced, also the kitchen staff for the amazing meal. lets have more evening meals with entertainment.

i had an excellent experience from staff especially demi she was very friendly and attentive everything was delivered with a smile i’ll definitely be returning
