What a wonderful find just walked in had a lovely meal fish n chips bar staff lovely .. fire in the hearth lovely cider ... We nearly went to the hard rock cafe .... Glad we didn't..

Gorgeous day to have lunch here, we chose to sit outside. Wonderfully spaced, generous amount of seating inside and out. I chose to go for a hot dish which was still open ...devine roasted chicken in aromatic apricot sauce with roast veges and my sister had scone with clotted cream and ham; both delicious. Service was excellent and with a smile x Best cafe/restaurant in London in my experience xx

Nice cosy pub about 3 mins from Hampstead tube station. Enjoyed a nice pint of NeckOil. Would happily return. RECOMMEND.

Went to many Yo!'s but this one is disapointing. Rice is nearly uncooked and bland.

Great food; good beer selection; friendly service; nice decor; relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. One of the best pubs in Highgate and very reasonably priced.

Avoid - baffled and baffling service, multiple hour wait for food. We ordered roast chicken; a normal portion is half a chicken but barely an eighth turned up. Prompting the (baffled) waiting staff resulted in another sad-looking eighth turning up on a side plate. Starters were good but definitely not worth the hour they took to turn up (after nearly an hour waiting to order). Not sure how this business is still solvent. Edit: thanks for the prompt response during I’m sure busy service. This was as agonising meal which tested the patience. Not sure the chicken was the main point of my review but to be specific the chicken only became a supreme once both parts were delivered (separately, after prompting) to form a leg and a breast. As I said, starters were good. Mains were fine, subject to chicken portionage, but had lost a lot of goodwill by the time we got them. Maybe better on a Tuesday.

I booked the Clermont for afternoon tea to celebrate my sister’s 60th birthday in June 2024. The location is extremely convenient, just around the corner from Victoria train station, and the hotel foyer and tea room are both beautifully decorated. However, considering the price of the afternoon tea, £45 per head with the service charge, we were extremely disappointed to be served half a chocolate tart each (see photo)! What should have felt like a luxurious experience was made to feel cheap and cost-cutting. I doubt it was due to a shortage in stock as our tea was booked for an early slot at 12.30pm. Also, there was only one other table of guests at the time. And if it were the case that the kitchen were running low, surely it would have been better to substitute the tiny tart with another item rather than cut it in half. Apart from that, the rest of the tea was satisfactory but the scones were very small and when we asked for more, we were told we would have to pay another £40 for a new menu. Again, not the feeling of luxury for a special occasion we had been hoping for. The server was happy to refill the tea though. To sum up, the location and decor were well worth the price but the tea experience did not meet the same high standard.

Contraté la 'Princess Room' de la Princesa de Gales para mi fiesta de 30 años y no decepcionó! La comunicación con el gerente de eventos Benny fue excelente y pude visitarlo de antemano para ver el espacio y hablar a través de mis ideas con el equipo. Todo el mundo era tan amable y servicial. Hubo algunos problemas de dentición inicialmente con el menú de comida antigua todavía estando en su sitio web, lo que significa que envié las opciones incorrectas a mis invitados, pero esto se ha actualizado desde entonces - y Benny fue paciente conmigo mientras me esforcé por recoger los nuevos pedidos de comida de todos! El equipo acogió todas mis peculiares peticiones con los brazos abiertos (el tema de la fiesta fue una espeluznante cena de 'Muerte a mis 20 años') y me sugirieron que cambiara el nombre de una selección de cócteles y cócteles para que encajaran con el tema, con el que me divertí mucho. Incluso proporcionaron un menú de cócteles impreso para mis invitados, un pequeño toque que fue muy apreciado. La comida era fantástica, se presentó muy bien y realmente impresionó a mis huéspedes. El personal en el día era acogedor y amable y nos ayudó a sentirnos bien atendidos. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar por su hermosa comida, decoración fantástica y personal maravilloso.

Great place to eat and drink without paying the extortionate prices! Food is always fresh and hot with lots of choice, great atmosphere with friendly and caring staff. Michelle you were amazing, thank you!

The staff are very abrupt., orderd my 4 wings and chips and the guy behind the till continued to speak on the phone for 15 minutes 😬 Mean while the chef at the back was coughing so loud it sounded disgusting No face covering just coughing everywhere..... Disgusting

Nice place, with good service and delicious snacks. Very good beer and food, the people there are very polite and fun. Thank you for your service, we will meet again soon 🥰
