The Kings Arms in City of London, Westminster

Booked here specifically for Sunday Dinner only to be told that we were unable to order Sunday Dinner after 6pm. This was not made clear when booking, on the website there is no finish time for Sunday dinner order. However, other people who came in after us did receive a Sunday dinner. Not fair! Ordered other options which were decidedly average. Staff friendly and bar had good atmosphere. However, won’t be back for good again.

Very kindly because they helped is with children. Long time to wait but food and drinks very good!!!!! We will come back again

The food at Kings Arms was amazing, but most exceptionally, the service was stunning. We came in just as they stopped serving food and they opened up the whole kitchen again for us, which was so thoughtful.

Having walked past this pub many times over many many years, we took some Greek hotelier / restaurant friends who were staying in Park Lane for lunch. Dane was very welcoming in what was a very quiet lunchtime being the first week of January. We ordered a selection of wines, spirits and beers during our visit and were not disappointed with any of the sandwiches we ordered. This was an excellent traditional pub and a perfect choice for entertaining our good Greek friends. A very enjoyable experience, none of us leaving disappointed!!!

This spot is great for for a casual lunch out......you should visit once if you are in the area, it's such a great place I have visited in a while , friendly staff

Just had an amazing lunch in this pub. The food was absolutely amazing and what made it better was our waiter…we were seated upstairs and his name was Shane, couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and polite man …would most definitely recommend and will be returning …thanks Shane xxx

Kid friendly!!! This is another pub underneath the Greene King umbrella. We visited another pub under the Greene king in Bath, UK ( Saracens head) and LOVED it. The Kings Arms did not disappoint. The menu is the same as the menu in Bath, UK but each pub is allowed to create their own, specials menu. Like all their pubs we visited so far, you're greeted with the classic, British/Victorian pub style. The service was prompt and friendly. And just like the Saracens Head, the food was fantastic. Having been in the UK for 3 weeks, I was craving a little bit of home, so I ordered the loaded nachos and they were amazing. Better than what I get in the states, although a much smaller portion. My wife got the Pulled Beef Rib Cottage Pie and it was very good too. I'm starting to believe that you can't go wrong with a pub under the Greene King umbrella if you're looking for great food and service. Restaurant is clean. Bathrooms are clean. Food is great. Service is great. I would come back here again and recommend this place if you're near the Buckingham Palace.

We came across this pub while walking between destinations, and decided to stop for lunch. So glad we did! The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We had fish & chips (one of the best we've had), baked halloumi, and eton mess.

Came to the kings arms wanting to see the football, but with the amazing service from Bethany and Abi I had to stay longer. They epitomize why the Kings Arms is the go-to pub for anyone visiting the area - always totally professional but with the London bartender chat banter that everyone who comes to London / Shepherd’s Market is looking for. Should be everyone’s first stop for a cheeky pint… or two… or more. The perfect London pub..

From the greeting from Barmaid Rianna, to the ever serving manager, SHANE, a visit to this iconic Sheperd. Market Pub, we got the best dose of English food and hospitality one could hope for. Our Food (fresh fish and chips), and some incredible thrice fried potatoes were the best I have ever tasted including Boston. We will be back often( not far from Hilton and 4 Seasons

Really great experience - fabulous staff and great food. Four of us had late afternoon drinks and meal. A very warm welcome from Dane at the bar when we arrived. Nice and friendly, he talked us though what was available and chatted about the new menu and the specials that were available. He promoted the Greene King ‘It Rains, We Pour’ and some of us were able to have a cheeky point on the houses. Thank you . Atmosphere very relaxed and during the slightly quieter periods Dane and the manager Alan were happy to take our drinks order and bring them across to the table. We will definitely be back as this lovely tucked out of the way pub in Shepherd Market.

What an amazing place to stop watch the games! Bethany and Dane were SO amazing, especially with a BIG crowd coming in for the Rugby playoffs! We have the cutest spot with tvs all around and enjoyed the cheering from all. Despite the BIG crowd Bethany and Dane were rock stars!!!! They were professional, kind, funny and quick! We were recommended this pub by our hotel concierge and what a little cosy gem it is. The pub is so cute and we walked in and was welcomed by the lovely manager Shane. The waiter is eye candy. They also have good beer. The peri-peri sauce is a bit spicy. The King’s Arms beer is delicious. Very cozy atmosphere.

I attended a social gathering at this pub on Thursday 26th Oct at around 6.30, being held upstairs. I was greeted by two really friendly guys behind the bar, they were attentive, polite and engaging. the bar was well stocked, and clean. The room was a little hot, but the atmosphere was great. I really enjoyed the event, and the ambience topped off by professional staff. Well done, keep up the good work guys.

Quite often stop in here on the way home from work with colleagues. Service is always sharp and bar staff are good for a bit of banter. Beer always top notch and bar snacks great as well, especially the scotch egg!

As pubs go in mayfair this is probably the best. The service is great, the food is served quickly and always consistent. The landlord is always on hand to give a warm welcome. They show all major sport events.

A lovely & lively neighbourhood pub. Great atmosphere, customer service and Apperol spritz’es. The biggest attraction is, of course, Jakub. Usually he is the reason I come in for a drink - just to have a chat with him and admire his new outfit.
