Very poor and seriously expensive meal but final insult was their refusal to accept Scottish pound notes as payment for dinner. Manager very apologetic but said it was company policy. He had my sympathy attempting to enforce such nonsense. Will not return to this or any other branches which adopt this ridiculous stance.

Visited here before the Theatre, we only had a cake and drink but the food being brought looked lovely. The cakes were amazing! Staff were friendly and doing their best to get everyone in.

Had lunch here, would never go again. I ordered a chicken and halloumi burger, the chicken was so overcooked it was solid and dried out. My friend had the salmon nicoise and the salmon was overcooked. The serving staff were polite but at no point asked if our food was okay and yes I should have complained but being hot, tired and hungry I just ate everything else except the chicken. When our plates were cleared the waiter didn’t comment on me having clearly left the whole piece of chicken. We paid £72 for overcooked food, a coffee and a lemonade. If you are in the area on a Monday to Thursday during the day, I would recommend looking for the street food market at St James Church round the corner, the food looked and smelled amazing. My biggest regret of yesterday is not just walking back there!

Good service, over-priced, decent ambience, poor food, poor coffee. We visited here and the front of house staff were friendly, which saved this from being a one star rating. As expected with London pricing, everything was overpriced, with the added service charge. The pasta dish we ordered was bland; the sauce was watered down. This was likely a cost-cutting measure, but it was too obvious. I had a chicken sandwich, but their cost cutting habits extended to their sandwiches as well; there was hardly any actual chicken. We expected our £6 mocha to be at least of the same standard as the dozen other coffee shops in the area, but the serving size was tiny and it tasted cheap. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend a visit. There’s plenty of other places to visit in London so don’t be deceived by Caffe Concerto’s pretty exterior.

A spectacular place for breakfast or tea. I recommend the “full English breakfast” and the “French toasts”

Very very disappointing. Not my First visit to a Caffe Concerto. The first visit was a year ago at a different location I had the carbonara and was very impressed. So I had the same at this location and OMG what a mistake I might as well of got a microwave meal from Tesco. The carbonara was nothing like the other location. 😞

This place is a great restaurant if you're looking for top quality food and great service. I was very pleased after dining here and would really recommend coming here if you're walking around Soho. I also would like to mention Shahzad the manager, who was very respectful and joyful. 👍🏾

My mother and I visited this cafe on the 4th of July for a quick bite before going to the theatre for the matinee performance. We arrived at 1:30 p.m. and were seated outside as no space was available inside. After 10 minutes we had to find a waiter to take our order and at this point we were told food was taking a little longer than expected, and would be around 15 minutes. We thought this would be okay so ordered, by 2pm the food had not arrived, we again had to look for a member of staff and were told it was coming out imminently. At 2:05 still with no food we again had to look for a member of staff, who told us it would be another five minutes. We explained that we needed the food promptly, and was assured it was coming out in 3 minutes. By 10 past we realised we would not be able to eat before going to the theatre, so again searched for a member of staff, who told us wouldn't be ready in time, despite 30 minutes having elapsed from when we ordered. We requested the bill to pay for the 2 drinks we had ordered, when the bill arrived it had the standard service charge on which seemed ridiculous as no service had been given without prompt. We requested this to be removed before payment. This was extremely upsetting as if we had been told the truth from the beginning we would have been able to find somewhere else to eat. We had to go to the theatre having had no food and being very upset due to the appalling lack of service and communication. I will never use Caffe Concerto again.

Tourist trap: expensive without quality. Hot chocolate is made with nesquik….

I dined here for the Cream Tea and it was delightful. I was seated immediately upon walking in and my server, Sadi, was very helpful in choosing a delicious tea! I highly recommend for people who want a relaxed but decadent atmosphere and delicious meal.

The little cakes aren't that good at all, but not so bad either, perhaps the prices are slightly high, in attention and service they need a bit more care, at some hours it could get very crowded.

Spanish latte wasn't great, it was very sweet and wasn't really worth it. The tiramisu looked terrible and tasted terrible. They also tried to short change me because the waiter said they didn't have enough change which is unacceptable to try and take more money. For this reason the service gets 1 star. I have always wanted to try a Caffe concerto but I wish I hadn't. Nothing special about this place.

3 of us popped in for cake and coffee. Service was good. You know due to the location it’s not going to be value for money. Two cokes, one coffee and scone £27

The place is so cozy and nice. The staff were very accommodating especially Pavan. He is very professional and very friendly.

Decor is beautiful but I felt the scone needed more flavour, but i wasnt impressed. The drink are ok, but pricey. And like others have said, a 12.5% gratuity is outrageous.

Came here for a coffee and a cake as we were really early for the nearby Crystal Maze experience, and had a bit of time to kill. Definitely overpriced for what you get, I paid £4.95 for a standard Americano, and if we wanted a homemade lemonade these were £8.95!!!! Cake slices were also a minimum of £8 plus. I appreciate the location is not exactly likely to promote reasonable prices, but it did feel like we were paying through the nose. Service was functional rather than exceptional. Cannot comment on the food, the menu looks extensive, but we did not eat here. Probably would find somewhere else to try, if in the neighbourhood again.

Oh my gosh, this place is a dumpster fire. We were seated and then ignored for 20 minutes. The food took forever to come out, but it was acceptably tasty, so that was okay. But then, and this is hard to believe, it took them about an hour to bring us a bill. It was like we were invisible. All efforts to catch a waiter's eye were unsuccessful, it got to be completely ludicrous. I had time to explain, in exhaustive detail, the plot of Les Mis, which I saw last night, to my husband. Go somewhere else!

To our surprise we paid $100 for breakfast! The food did not warrant that price as the flavor was okay but nothing special. I specifically mentioned I need gluten free and they added toast to my plate! I can’t recommend this place given our experience.

Amazing coffee and food, got plenty of halal options on their menu and the staff is amazing, super welcoming and extremely friendly. Renata was amazing and loved her service.

Awesome ambience, coffee (especially Pistachio Latte!) and pastries.. the staff was very considerate as well, especially Jean, Sudish and David! :). Highly recommend!

Hello as we got there and my wife and I took a seat and within 2 minutes someone came to take the order and we said we’re not ready yet he kept bothering us again and again are you ready was his line and we were forced to order pasta and the chicken was raw chewy and all we just don’t wanna be rude and give it back so we had the pasta and left the chicken and etc over all not a good experience will not recommend and the worst customer service ever it was raw

We had Coffee and Cake. Cake was stale and tasteless, The server had forgotten how to smile or acknowledge us and it was very pricey for what we got. i won't be rushing back.

We came across this coffee bar while walking through the city of London and we were pleasantly surprised! We have received excellent treatment from the waiter who served us, we recommend it 100%!

It's cash, but there were a lot of coins, so I told him to take some on his own, and he added more. I didn't know how long it had been before, but I didn't feel like arguing so I just left. I'm always angry

The waitress completely forgot our order, had no idea what was in stock and what wasn’t. Cakes were just okay, I had much better ones before. From the outside it looked very fancy, but it was a disappointment. They deduct the bill with the service charge, which was the minimum gesture, but still, almost 33 pounds is way too much for 3 cakes.

The atmosphere is so nice and relaxing. Food was great. Our server, Pavan, was very attentive and accommodating.

Nice for a quick drink and snack. Thanks to Pavan who got me a new drink when I misunderstood the menu.

A disappointing experience. The breakfast is bad. Unfortunately, the French toast has the consistency of cake and comes out moist and doughy. They put garlic and onion powder in the omelet, and the coffee is not good. They take 5 pounds of service. I won't go back to him again

The Vegan Pistachio Cake is amazing! Tasty and so moist. I ate half and saved the half for the next day and the texture remains the same, moist and lovely. Pleasantly surprised and recommend!

Been 2 times. 1st time late at night to take out a few pieces of cake to eat at our hotel. The staff was friendly and service was fast. The food was also delicious. We were given a nice sturdy bag for our order for free (in London you often have to pay extra for weak plastic bags) The 2nd time was the next morning at 9:00 am. Just walked in with 5 people for breakfast. Wide choice of breakfast options including different types of "full English breakfast" with vegetarian options. The blue butterfly latte and the American pancakes were disappointing, but the rest of the food and drinks were very tasty.

We stopped by here on our vacation and it was AMAZING! By far the best scones and coffee we've had in london so far. However, the best part of the experience was our server, David. He was very helpful going over the menu with us and made everything that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend to anybody to stop here!

Ate here today, the food was great. We had Pavan Sai as our server and he was the nicest. Got our food quickly, the athmosphere of the place was lovely and I couldn't help but give it a 5 star rating.

I booked this place with my friend tonight and where I wanted to break my fast. We ordered the vegetarian sharer platter. We got our drinks but the food never came. We asked our waiter where it was as we had to head to the movies. The waitress and manger kept saying the food was coming but it never came. I am very disappointed. First we didn’t get a heads up that it will take time and also no apologies from our waiter and or the manager. We had to pay full price for our drinks. We thought we would have an apology from both of them or even a discount for no food. Very disappointed. Hospitality has really gone down hill especially for posh places like this and they made us pay service.

It is an excellent place for breakfast or brunch as long as you keep in mind that you are going to spend more than usual. The food is excellent and worth the price, the problem is the 12.5% ​​tip that they compulsorily charge you. This surcharge must be taken into account on top of the already high price it costs to eat here. The two dishes you see in the photos and a single coffee, almost €50. Very expensive for a breakfast.

A small pastry tea room, you can enjoy a lemon tart, pancakes, I had brunch there and a very nice honey pudding. Delicate atmosphere. Nice, don’t hesitate.

Visited with a friend for lunch today. As we walked in we were instantly overwhelmed by an unpleasant smell, the staff was kind but rushed us to order. I got a pasta dish: the pasta was cold, overcooked, bland and overpriced. However, the portion was decent. We were also brought mineral water and charged for it despite not having ordered it. As I went downstairs to use the toilet after our (disappointing) meal, the cleaning lady was being verbally abused and shouted at by another member of staff, presumably someone in charge. I was frightened for her and shocked and asked her if she was okay, she didn't seem like she was okay. Overall, the atmosphere was displeasing and the food was below average. Will not be returning.

Asked for special which was chose 1 vegetarian 1 meat 1 seafood. Menu states chose 3 from pasta risottos & gnocchi’s. We asked but were told it was dishes pictured. We tried to say that’s not what menu says but were very abruptly told this is it take it or leave it. As we already had our bottle of wine we took it thinking we were wrong. However when it came we had 1 seafood and 2 vegetarian dishes. No meat to be seen. We asked for bread also but had to remind them twice. Also water which never came. The food we did get was very nice but maybe train staff on menu and how to explain dishes.

Lovely food, quite generous portions and friendly staff. Pricey but worth it.

I think it's a good place to casually enjoy afternoon tea. Since it is full of volume, you need to be careful about that.

The desserts that we had were so light fluffy and delicious. It was also a wonderful experience watching all of the servers flow effortlessly throughout the cafe.
