Vi hade en fantastisk upplevelse på denna restaurang! Servicen var enastående och personalen var otroligt trevliga. Min son sa att det var den bästa hamburgaren han någonsin ätit, och min sambo beskrev maten som världsklass. Min Caesar-sallad var supergod, och min dotter älskade pastan. Vinet var utsökt, och atmosfären var lugn och skön, trots att vi var precis vid tågen – inte ett dugg bullrigt. Vi ger restaurangen 5 stjärnor! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wanted a light lunch after arriving by train and remembered here from a 2017 visit (before heading home). Friendly welcome resulted in our opting to have our light lunch here - with a Salmon Salad and a Bangnan Sandwich. Both were good. It's pity it is no longer open for evening meals - or we might have been back on our way to our train.

This was a great meal. The venue is on the railway platform of St Pancreas. We sat outside which was cold but there were thankfully some outdoor heaters. The food was excellent with the burger being perfectly cooked. The fries were crispy and coated in a wonderful rosemary salt. Highly recommended.

Came here last week after work. Food was quick, good location, but announcements were annoying, and the menu is expensive. Both of my waitresses were lovely and friendly, they said they were called Anna and Hannah. Very excellent staff, thank you.

Stopped for a quiet veggie-burger and chips while waiting for the Eurostar. Super friendly and helpful staff. Was able to sit quietly and do some work while waiting, no pressure to buy more food and drink.

Had lunch here and it was lovely. Food was really good and the waiting staff were really friendly. Will definitely come back

Great customer service Nothing to complain about at all

Arrived at saint pancras after a long journey waiting for the Eurostar we both had burger and fries and a couple of lemonades waited a while for the food which was average it made McDonald’s look amazing then the price £53pounds shocking will never use again we weren’t asked how food was at all ☹️

Though the location is quite nice, the food was not good. Portions were small, prices high for what you get. Two of us ordered a burger and one a caesar salad. Burger was not particularly tasty. I think a burger king one is much better and much less expensive. Burger doesn't come with fries and must be ordered separately. Waiting time was long despite just a few people eating. The waiters were very friendly and nice.

Probably the best burger WAS in London. This place has totally changed in the past 3 years. Smaller and simpler burgers. There is no burger of the house, no special sauce. This is just a burger and not THE burger. Disappointed. My photos are from 2020

On avait un peu peur suite aux avis mais finalement c'est pas si mal surtout si vous avez un peu de temps à tuer avant de prendre votre train. Je conseille le 🍔 de poulet 🐔 qui est bon. Les choses à revoir ou qui fâchent : le prix des burgers est SANS accompagnement donc le prix grimpe vite, les 2 énormes cornichons servis systématiquement et surtout la canette d'eau à 3€. Au final la note est salée...

Ideal if you just arrived after a long train journey. We had the 15£ hamburger+fries+a pint deal. The hamburger and the rosemary and garlic fries were both good, but it's a bit expensive for what you get.

we got 2 burgers with a side of fries because that wasnt included in the meal. i payed like. 4gbp for the fries but in total it was just about a handful. the burgers were fine but all in all not worth the money to mw

Nice place to sit and wait for train, but the chicken burger was not a burger, it was a fatty mess and inedible!

Courage, fuyez ! Une véritable catastrophe !!! En tant que directeur de colonie de vacances, je cherchais un restaurant pour accueillir notre groupe (32 jeunes et 4 ados). Dans un premier temps on m'a dit oui, pas de problème... Puis au bout de 25 minutes, le patron arrive et me dit que ce n'est pas possible car les cuisiniers ne sont pas capables de faire cuire 36 burgers !!! Les tables et chaises étaient vides !! Personne !! Alors comment faites-vous lorsque toutes les tables sont remplies en même temps ? Résultat des courses, mes jeunes n'ont pas pu mangé avant le départ en train, une véritable HONTE !

Visited here before a family trip on the Eurostar with my daughters. Staff were so welcoming and friendly, food excellent and fantastic value for money. Thank you to the lovely waitress for fantastic service. We will be back.

Service good and friendly. Meals tasty and enjoyable. Must be part of the St. Pancras Hotel as it is situated just outside and we were directed to the toilets inside the hotel itself so we’re able to have a little peek.

Food was insane. Friendly staff and good music vibes. Could sit here all day watch the Eurostar not going anywhere. But soon.

I guess you pay a premium for its being situated in a busy station (& hence convenience if you’re a train passenger), but even understanding this I thought it was a tad overpriced. Food (couple of simple Burgers with un exciting chips) was ok, better than the dreaded chains but nothing special & drinks moderately priced. Waitress was friendly & if you like passenger watching then it’s nicely positioned in a relatively quiet corner on the upper concourse.

I received this email: "We are delighted to announce that MI+ME will be reopening from 22nd April in line with government guidance on the reopening of out door hospitality. As you have a booking for prior to this date, we would invite you to re-book for a date after 22nd April." How about "We are sorry, but unfortunately we have had to cancel your booking because..."? But no apology, no explanation. My booking was for after the reopening of hospitality venues on 12 April. It was for the morning of Saturday 17th, a slot that is very hard to find, so I had booked some time in advance. Like many people, I was going to meet family I hadn't seen for months. But the restaurant doesn't care about that, they're just 'delighted' they have decided to reopen on a later date. And of course their email is 'no-reply'. I did call to complain (politely) and an understanding receptionist said someone would call me back. But no one has. So I don't think I will take up their invitation to re-book.

Slow service. Hot drinks were served half an hour earlier than the breakfast.

Absolutely shocking - such a shame on my daughter’s birthday. Half the things on the menu weren’t available; we had to wait over 35 minutes for our food, even though the restaurant wasn’t even quarter full; and the food that came was stale (kettle chips - from a packet!), disgusting (pizzetta and blue cheese sauce) or very disappointing (ice creams). The only nice thing was the burger. Even with the things that were awful taken off, the bill was still £120 for four - and they had the cheek to add a service charge, even though the service was dreadful. Don’t waste your time or money going here.

Very disappointing. Poor service, one overworked waiter and a couple of Managers who didn’t do anything the whole time we were there. Waited for everything: To get seated, to get a menu, to get our orders taken. When the food came, very mediocre ( a breakfast pastry basket which had 1 croissant, 2 Danish pastries plus 2 slices of cold brown toast with nothing to put on it?) Such a shame as a great location, but very poor standards.

Not an especially quick lunch when a train has to be caught. Caesar Salad poor quality and scanty (and this was the larger portion). Perhaps the burgers are a safer bet. True, they had just re-opened so perhaps some teething troubles. The gentleman serving was efficient and agreeable.

We had about an hour before our train was due - and popped in here initially for coffee. Staff were very friendly, and service was quick and efficient, but not hurried. The station was freezing, and i was reluctant to sit on the "outside terrace" inside the station, until we saw the patio heaters and overhead heating - bless - we were lovely and toasty. Coffee was hot, a range of quick bites on offer, and prices very reasonable for central London.

We discover the place by mistake, a very cosy terrace with a view at the whole station. I think is a one of the hotel restaurants, because the waiter (Denis I think) was more like a 5* restaurant waiter, paying attention to all details, make brilliant recommendations and guess what I needed before I even ask. That’s how I end up whit one of best burger I had in quite a while. And the place is very convenient if using the train station so a big “go for it”

We had burgers which were good but there were chips in my tray with random buts of cheese, not sure why? But the burger was nice. Fries a bit disappointing. If it wasn't for time restraint we would have gone somewhere else. The restaurant next door was busy with customers whilst we were the only customers but I think next door is more a meal not a fast food.

Goodbess, I think this is one of the best places in St Pancras to meet friends, eat fab food and have drinks - prob before you head to Paris! So easy to find. Up in the lift to the first floor and there you are! Visited last year and much appreciated the added extra space and heaters although the small blankets were added luxury to the slight chill in the air! The choice of foods is great. Really must try the fries with chicken salt and staff recommended spicy fried to compliment husbands burger. Recommend to friends who are visiting at the weekend!

Avant de prendre l’Eurostar un bon arrêt pour manger au calme. Pas de grand choix mais des bons burgers. Attention servis sans frites sauf pour le plus cher. Mais les portions sont suffisantes si l’on a pas une grosse faim. Un peu cher malgré tout pour ce qu’il y a dans l’assiette. Un ajout de 10% de la note intégré directement pour le service alors qu’il n’était pas exceptionnel...

Mi + Me es uno de los mejores lugares de la calle Pancras para reunirse con amigos, comer comida deliciosa y tomar excelentes bebidas. ¡Recomiendo la cerveza! Situado en la Gran Terraza debajo del impresionante techo de la estación, es el lugar ideal para venir, incluso si no vas a tomar un tren. El personal es muy amable y acogedor, y es un ambiente muy relajado. ¡Voy regularmente y no puedo esperar para mi próxima visita!

No puedes vencer a MI + ME por las hamburguesas sabrosas y completas de un restaurante que no es de cadena. Su hamburguesa de dedo de pescado es posiblemente la mejor hamburguesa de Londres. Es muy raro encontrar una gema oculta como esta: Domenico y su equipo te cuidan mejor.

Burgers tres bon, boissons en cannettes, services rapide, serveur accueillant et sympathique. Conciliant quand il fait changer les ingrédients du burger...Les toilettes situées à proximité sont très propres.Le tarif est correct.De plus une vue sympa sur le hall de gare.

We go there regularly and have never been let down by the quality of the food. It’s a great place for casual meetings and has a relaxed vibe. Dom the manager goes the extra mile to make sure we have a great experience each time.

Fantastic burger and chips. Awesome coffee, lovely environment and really friendly staff. We were served by DOM. What an awesome guy. He couldn’t do enough for us. I look forward to coming back.

Met up with family before heading home from Kings Cross, this bistro is upstairs at St Pancras and away from the noise and bustle. Ordered bacon sandwiches and cups of tea. The sandwiches were very tasty and well filled but why couldn’t they be served on a plate instead of a metal tray? Also, when I order a cup of tea, I’d prefer it to be served in a cup and not a glass with a card wrapper. Finally, when we asked for the bill, they’d undercharged us - no apologies for their error and we waited a while for our change. This is a nice, quiet place to eat, but spoilt by unnecessary gimmicks and attention to detail.

Just got turned away from here at 20:15 despite a advertised closure time of 21:00. There were plenty of people still there - got the impression staff couldn't be bothered. Normally the food is good and quick. This time they were rude and unhelpful - will definitely think twice before heading here again.

Wonderful burgers - I had the fish burger and my husband had the steak burger. Very large portions no room for dessert. The service was very good and a very good place to people watch. Not expensive for where it is.

Had a business lunch with two colleagues this week and Mi + Me is a great place to meet. On the first floor of St Pancras station close to the large statue. A really nice setting as the train station is a wonderful setting. Had a few coffee's and soft drinks first and then we all had the caesar salad with extra chicken which was excellent. Nice friendly staff. Very limited menu for food, only several different burgers and salads available but all good. You must spend a visit to the toilets as they are very impressive. A really nice quiet quaint area in the busy area of Euston Road and a beautiful setting.

Service ultra long et avec des erreurs, plats secs et quasiment cramés, facturés aux prix de Londres. Le seul bon point est l’emplacement dans la gare, au calme loin de la foule.

It’s a quiet atmosphere & there isn’t a lot going on. However we stopped for a burger and the food was nice, I had the Cod Father and I really enjoyed it.

The good lady and I have enjoyed numerous burgers here on our visits to London. Very handy when arriving at Kings Cross. Staff always pleasant and courteous. Would recommend.

Paid £14 for a Fish Burger, cheap oven crinkle cut chips , bun looked OK but no flavour , 2 tiny bits of white fish covered in a greasy batter, too much dressing fresh lettuce was its only redeeming feature . Service OK . Would have done better to go to Macdonald's and bought a Fillet of fish .

La espera no fue tan larga para mi hamburguesa y papas fritas, pero eso no mejoró las cosas. Primero las papas fritas. . . Si estos fueron cocinados frescos, entonces soy Elvis Presley renacido. Apenas cálido, rancio y mal condimentado. Permaneciendo con el condimento, esto estaba completamente ausente en mi hamburguesa de queso. El queso también estaba en el lado blando. Se trata de algo cuando las cebollas eran la principal fuente de sabor. The restaurant was fairly quiet on a Monday night, but well located overlooking the international platforms at St Pancras. We chose a table at the back, so that we could “people watch”. Menus were on the table already and orders taken quite quickly. We had a Codfather - fish in batter and a bun with fries and a CFC - buttermilk chicken in a bun. The food was ok. The fish and chicken were hot and tasty, but personally I’m not keen on brioche buns; the chips were good. With two beers and a lovely glass of Chapel Down brut the bill was £49.50 including a 12.5% service charge. Service was fast but not particularly friendly.

I visited here for breakfast and ordered, and although I received the wrong coffee, I chose not to complain initially. However sitting near to where the food was being prepared it was clear the orders were mounting up without being taken to the tables, and then the ladies who'd arrived and ordered after us received their food despite ordering the exact same breakfasts. My partner's eggs on toast arrived and eventually mine came too. I received dry toast with overcooked bacon and eggs so overcooked, the majority of the 'white' was burned - no butter. I ate what I could and on receiving the Bill it took several attempts to get the waitress to remove the standard tip, not seeming to understand I was actually complaining. £10 for the wrong drink and a truly awful breakfast

Stopped to get a drink. Seemed like there were at least 8 staff barely doing anything. Took 20 minutes to receive and pay for the bill. Asked for the bill and was told it would come soon. Waiter never returned. Asked another member of staff who asked if we had "the ticket yet." This server also went away and never came back. On a third ask we were presented with the bill to find a 12.5% service charge. Had to ask a 4th time for a server to return so we could actually pay the ridiculous bill. I asked why it had taken so long and was told there was a problem with the computer. Was frustrating but comical to see a group of servers chatting away all huddled around the till inside the restaurant away from customers sitting outside. Could have gotten 2 meal deals at WHSmith for the price of 2 Coca Colas (plus terrible service) at this place.

Service was slow. I don’t think I have ever had to go to wait staff before and ask to place an order. We both ordered a breakfast plus everything (all the extras) and received the basic. It was dull fare. I see 12.5 % is added for service. I wonder why. Best thing is the setting - St Pancras station.

Everything was just perfect, from the service, nice waiter/waitress, the price, the delicious food and ambiance.

I eat quite regularly at Mi+Me in St Pancras. It is the ideal place where to seat enjoy the place and eat one of their light dishes before taking the train back home. The staff is also very friendly and professional. A special mention to Domenico the Hungarian lady, the Lithuanian but Russian and the rest of the team.

Called in for breakfast at 8am on Monday 17th June before departure to Disneyland Paris.

Went here because we thought it was quick and cheap. Made us pay service charge of 12.5% and it added 10 pound on top of our original charge. The staff weren’t very friendly and very abrupt.

My friends and I came here after a long day to get some food before our commute home, and the service we received was less than adequate. The food was average but overpriced for the quality, and only when we go to pay the bill do we find out there was a 12.5% service charge! Staff were very annoyed when we requested to pay separately and at first refused, so we all thought that a service charge was completely unnecessary. We are very disappointed in the service and quality of food we received, and we certainly will not be returning.

Popped in today for lunch as I was in the area, once again great food and service, keep up the good work guys, looking forward to my next visit.

The level of of service was that low it was a waist of 15 mins of my life.

This was our second visit to this restaurant. The burgers are excellent and worth a visit, but sadly, both times (the first was a year ago) we visited the service was poor. Today we had to wait about 10 mins for someone to seat us at a table (the restaurant wasn’t busy) two couples behind us gave up and went to the restaurant next door.

Took 40 minutes just to get our bill. £3 for 200ml soft drinks, burgers overcooked and fries were ridiculously salty.

My girlfriend and I have two burgers , they were really good made. Service was great and fast. Moreover the manager, Domenico, pass by and he asked us is everything was fine . We felt really well served.

The bar is on a drafty platform. The wine is expensive and be very wary of an inexplicable discretionary service charge added to your drinks bill. Very poor.

The restaurant prides itself of being a hamburger restaurant with waiters, knifes and forks and tables. So you can order, and the food should arrive quick but it takes longer than what it is worth). I had a cheese burger, which as exactly that. Nothing special, however the burger is too large to eat without a knife and fork. So you need to decompose it before you can eat.

Wanneer je dan toch wat enige tijd op St Pancras op de trein moet wachten, een rustige plek om een glas te drinken of wat te eten. Het is op de eerste etage, als je het niet weet, loop je de trap gemakkelijk voorbij. Er zijn op de eerste etage trouwens meerdere restaurants met verschillende sfeer.

This is a must if you are ever at St. Pancras. Come for the food, stay for the customer service. Beautifully-sourced food, good, tidy, nicely-written menu. Takeaway is possible of you can't stay: so you can't miss out.

Had time to kill before a train so popped in here for dinner. Staff were efficient and friendly. Burger was delicious. The cheese was amazing, the bacon was crispy, and their homemade sauce should be sold by the bottle! Side salad was fresh and made up nicely even if they had been slightly heavy handed with the vinegar. Coffee at the end was delicious. Only downside is you will need to wear a jacket if you’re not under one of heat lamps but that can’t be helped at this time of year. Milkshakes looked amazing too. Decent burger in a good location.

On the upper level of St. Pancras, this was a quiet place to relax and grab a bite before catching the Eurostar. The food was surprisingly tasty at reasonable prices. The heating lamps were an extra bonus in the winter. Wheelchair accessible.

La hamburguesa era realmente deliciosa y experimentamos un servicio rápido y amable. No es parte, ni una cadena, ni una franquicia. Los precios promedio son lo que usted esperaría en un aeropuerto o estación.

因為歐洲之星班次改時間而上2樓=英國的1樓來覓食,點了熱美式跟招牌漢堡。 坐位區在戶外,在冬天提供了毛毯、部份位置上方也提供了供暖設備,長時間下來並不感覺冷。帶位人員在坐位區沒有很滿的情況下讓大家的位置儘量有些距離跟空間,相當貼心。 點熱美式郤提供了熱的鮮奶讓消費者自己選用,這點還不錯....招牌漢堡好吃但有點鹹,建議點餐時別咖培根可能會比較好。 最後結帳有加了1塊多英鎊的服務費，算可以接受範圍!

Nice place to eat and drink in the station.

Just outside the lobby of the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel on the upper level. I had a basic burger which came out done right and pretty quickly for a real busy place.

We went there for a quick bite before catching a train and it was an ok meal. The service was quick and very nice, we ordered 2 burgers and sides which came quite quickly out of the kitchen. The food was ok, but expensive for what it was. The seating outside can be cold even if there are some heating lights.

Situated on Kings Cross St Pancras station this is an excellent place for a quick efficient stop while travelling. Service was excellent and a good burger menu.
