The best restaurants serving British food in London

The Mac and cheese was great ! With a good vibe and à fast service even at 2 pm ! A very enjoyable place that I recommand for everyone. The also have TV if you want to watch sport !

Unfortunately customer service is extremely poor.On arrival, the sign says go the bar to be seated, however when at the bar, you are ignored. When I approach someone ( bald head man) they appear to be bewildered to be advised we had a booking. Unfortunately the service was very slow and in the end, I had to bring our plates to the bar to get any attention. The only saving grace was the food was excellent. It appears the management lack the necessary experience to run such a large establishment and should hand of the reigns to an experienced team.

Only went in because going to a concert at brixton academy, unless I was not going to one I would avoid

Fui a desayunar el otro día y me decepcionó. -sin huevos revueltos -sin zumo de naranja fresco -sin salsa marrón Huevos Benedicto no era fresco en absoluto. Jamón en paquete acuoso con salsa mínima y un huevo demasiado cocido. Volvimos más tarde para almorzar, ya que estuvimos en el parque todo el día. Lucharon para hacer frente a lo ocupado que estaba, aunque había un par de empleados que eran muy serviciales. Diciendo eso, las pizzas y bebidas eran buenas, y no se puede superar su increíble ubicación.

Often eat here. Not disappointed. Good good and atmoshere. Service is good usually with a smile. Vicki, our waitress again, always friendly and always smiling.

Very disappointing. Food was cold, not very good and service was awful. Was looking forward to trying this place, wish I hadn't wasted my money.

Sadly this has gone downhill since my last visit. It needs to improve the quality of food and bring back good pub food , like the previous management.

Expensive coffee and it was undrinkable, my partner and I threw them away. Butter taste like they hadn't cleaned the coffee heads. Really poor

I’ve visited this establishment several times. While the food is decent, the overall atmosphere is consistently uncomfortable. The most concerning issue is how management interacts with staff—often in a way that feels unprofessional and unnecessarily harsh. Private conversations are frequently aired in front of customers, which creates an awkward and tense dining experience. Even more concerning is the visible emotional toll this seems to take on staff, especially the waitresses, who sometimes appear distressed and overwhelmed. No employee should have to work in a setting that lacks basic respect and support. If my own daughter worked here, I’d be seriously worried for her well-being. Eden Park, this is something that needs your immediate attention. You can—and should—do better.

Visited with my Aunt and Cousin - post my Dad's funeral. Food took way too long to arrive. And now I've received a £60 parking fine for parking in the car park. Perhaps it's obvious but we were chatting and hugging as we came in from the car. perhaps we should have seen something in the car park. But we didn't see it. And we weren't prompted by staff. I'm assuming (as I still don't know) that you need to do something to verify that you're okay to park there. I don't know - didn't see anything on the menus. I'm from out of area, my elderly aunt doesn't drive, my cousin was over from Australia - so no local knowledge on it. Well done for making a sad event even worse.
