The Narrow Boat in Islington

I was very disappointed with this place. There was just one other diner when we visited for a very early dinner who was being asked not to move inside when it started raining because it would be confusing. We also ried to move inside and it didnt go down well - it would mess up all the reservations, the manager said. But there was no-one else there bar us and one other diner!!! The level of stress coming from the staff made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We would move again when the rain stopped we offered? No this wasnt acceptable so we moved back out to sit in the rain. The fish pie with broccoli on the side was nice but it had been re-heated so the veg was crispy. For £16 a plateful I think this was bad. The wine was warm and no effort was made to rectify the problem except to suggest we put ice in it. We spent £90 between us. Never again. This place hasnt got a clue how to host a restaurant or how to treat its diners.

I met with friends for dinner here this weekend and had the most amazing experience. The staff were super friendly, professional and extremely attentive. The food was out of this world, I had a vegan burger & it was the best thing I have EVER tasted. Everyone in my group remarked on how brilliant the food was & it was served really fast. We got to eat, drink and chat while watching the boats and the canal and it was beautiful. The organisation around social distancing is the most effective and organised I’ve experienced so far, everyone knew what they were doing and I was blown away by the whole experience. Thank you for such a fantastic experience, I will be back again very soon!

The atmosphere of the Narrowboat is wonderful and cosy. Perfect for either family, friends and couples. The food was delicious -my partner and I had Beef Roast on Sunday- and everything tasted incredible -a cue to that mind-blowing horseradish sauce-. The price is, considering London prices in places not as lovely as this one is, pretty good.Although, two things I'd like to mention that can be improved. The portion was rather small (one slice and a very little chunk of beef, when you usually get three slices everywhere you go); and customer service could be a little better in attention.

Visited with friends for the final weekend of the 6 Nations. Great atmosphere in the Pub with lots of groups. Table service was great and the burgers were the perfect accompaniment to our drinks.

Encantadora ubicación, pero no lo ha sido en muchos años.El servicio fue lo suficientemente eficiente, aunque un camarero no sabía qué era la salsa de pan. El pollo estaba sabroso y tierno y la salsa era agradable pero delgada y no lo suficiente. Yorkshire se había quedado fuera, pero el gusto era bueno. Zanahorias realmente sabrosas pero brocoli horribles, viejas, caídas y poco cocidas. Podría haberlo hecho con más verduras en el plato, tal vez un poco de col lombarda. Por ese precio también deberían poner al menos una bola de relleno. Los venden por separado, lo cual es descarado. Era bastante típico de un tueste joven, pero podría haber sido un poco mejor en su composición. ¡También haga un paquete de salsa de pan! Estoy contento con Colmans, jaja. . .La cerveza era bastante cara pero estaba bien. Buen lugar y asado pasable. El pollo estaba bueno, pero no estoy seguro de las otras carnes. Volvería pero principalmente debido a la ubicación.

Visited the pub for the first time with a friend for just a drink. Found friendly and quick service, lovely views and a fun atmosphere that lead us to stay for dinner. Which was very good! We'll definitely be back again soon!

Mi amigo y yo vinimos a tomar algo por la tarde, pero terminamos quedándonos hasta la cena porque nos estábamos divirtiendo mucho. Hermosas vistas desde cada mesa y ambiente divertido pero COVID seguro :) El personal era amable y la comida era deliciosa. Dan, el nuevo director general, es exactamente lo que necesitaba el Narrowboat, qué hombre tan encantador.

Vine aquí para el almuerzo del domingo la semana pasada y no volveré. Pedí un Bloody Mary que tenía demasiado tabasco que lo hacía imbebible. Pedí un asado de verduras donde la masa estaba completamente empapada y las patatas asadas estaban anémicas. Las personas de nuestro grupo que pidieron el cerdo informaron que fue difícil y ninguno de nosotros disfrutó especialmente la comida. Estuvimos sentados durante 40 minutos antes de que alguien viniera a tomar nuestro pedido y nadie verificó cómo nuestra comida estaba a mitad de camino o comentó sobre los platos sin terminar y las bebidas completas al final de la comida. Una pena que hayamos desperdiciado nuestro dinero aquí.

We visited this venue for the first time today and were delighted with the ambiance, location, service and the delicious roast dinner! The Yorkshire puddings with the roast dinners were huge (much to the delight of my children, they love Yorkshire puds!). Highly recommended

Vine aquí para encontrarme con un amigo poco después de las 6 en un día laborable. Realmente un gran escenario y cuando nos sentamos teníamos mucho espacio, pero rápidamente se llenó con todas las mesas en uso. Ambos estábamos espalda con espalda con personas y no nos sentíamos muy cómodos en términos de distanciamiento. Esto se sintió un poco contradictorio ya que ambos nos sentimos "regañados" por no saber cuándo usar nuestras máscaras, pero creo que la información podría haber sido más clara en la entrada.Estábamos tratando de seguir las reglas, pero sentimos que no estaban claras y recibimos algunos mensajes contradictorios del personal. Nuestro primer pedido fue tomado en la mesa, y luego pedí y pagué por una segunda ronda en la aplicación. Cuando trajeron las bebidas, el camarero golpeó nuestras primeras copas y dijo que todavía no las había pagado. Fue un poco confuso y no fue la mejor experiencia.

Habíamos reservado con antelación, y cuando llegamos, el personal fue extremadamente acogedor y nos llevaron a una de las mejores mesas del pub, con magníficas vistas del canal. Como vegano, me impresionó tanto la cantidad de opciones en el menú y el reconocimiento de que no solo es fácil hacer deliciosas opciones veganas en abundancia (¡pescado y patatas fritas veganas! ¡Halloumi vegano!), Sino que también es posible ampliar este esfuerzo en el menú de postres también con un fabuloso crumble de invierno. Reservé para mí y un amigo para ir al barco estrecho un domingo a las 5 pm. En las notas de reserva solicité específicamente que íbamos a comer dos asados de verduras. Llegamos y había clientes todavía comiendo asados, sin embargo, cuando fuimos a pedir, no quedaban asados de verduras. I booked a table with friends for a Sunday roast as I had been recommended this pub by numerous people & am new to the area. I did this over the phone a few weeks prior. When I arrived there were two tables under my name & I was told that this was my fault as I had made two separate bookings - which was not the case. I apologized if there had been a mix up and explained we'd only need the one table. The nerve to blame a customer was absolutely astonishing - the hostess was so rude it was shocking. I decided to let it slide and enjoy a sunday roast. It is a beautiful pub and a beautiful setting, but honestly the hostess put me off. The "customer is always right" clearly was never taught to her. The rest of the staff were polite and helpful - clearly embarrassed by the boss' behaviour.

My date had booked table here for the two of us on mid August. The service was fine and the drinks didn't take too long but I was wondering was social distancing the pub was implementing. One of the patrons was 20 centimetres away from us and the waiters didn't wear any sort of shield or mask. No hand sanitizer was offered either. I didn't feel safe so we left after one drink.

Wonderful atmosphere by the canal. Service was excellent and food was great. I will make a special trip to eat and drink there again soon!

We went here today for lunch and it was superb and the gent who served us I believe his name was Reece was always on hand to help! Would definitely go back!

We went to The Narrowboat on a Friday evening as a family, a friend had recommended it. We will definitely be coming back! The food was fantastic and drinks were great. The place was clean and warm (it was a rainy cold day!) and most importantly the staff were extremely friendly and professional. I'm so happy we chose this place for dinner and we will be going back! Highly recommend The Narrowboat. We sat outside overlooking the Regents Canal where the rain held off until we finished eating. I had chicken arancini followed by curried hake - exquisite Very comfortable surroundings and charming efficient staff - can’t wait to return

Loved the two visits i've had recently at the Narrowboat. First time I had the Steak Sandwich with Sweet potato fries. The portion of fries was very generous and they were super delicious. The Steak in the sandwich was perfect the bread wasn't the softest but it was still yummy and i ate the whole thing. I went again recently and got the chicken and chickpea salad unfortunately this wasn't as I had seen it previously the Chicken was over done it was tough and a bit stringy. The dressing was a bit non existant I went with others who got burgers/ chicken supreme and fish and chips and they ate everything think it was just a bad day for salad.Gorgeously situated and staff super nice.

Eat Out to Help Out has meant we can actually afford to treat ourselves to a meal post covid (mid covid?) anyway We both had the curried hake and it was DELISH! perfectly balanced flavours, everything cooked and presented beautifully.Staff were run off their feet busy doing full table service to keep the bar area safe. Through all of that they were still friendly and joyful. Social distancing was observed very well and respectfully by all patrons, as it has been set up so well by the venue and staff.

Really loved the vibe of the place. My friend and I met half way between our respected houses on one of the hot days. Dan and the team were incredibly accomodating, professional and covid conscious. We both ordered the fish and chips which were delicious, and sitting on the balcony watching the barges go past in the sun was an incredibly day. I will definitely be returning for a roast.

I first went to the narrow boat for friend’s bday and it was wonderful. Decided to book it on a Saturday for lunch as we were viewing a wedding venue nearby. Upon arrival we were put downstairs which is really disappointing as we had booked. All the walk in’s behind us were put upstairs (which is far nicer). Service was strained (thank god for the app). Food is expensive and very average. Will return for a drink but not for food. Only thing going for this place is the location.

Had a lovely afternoon, amazing service from Dan and the team, great food and drink. Will definitely be back again they couldn’t do more for you.

Booked table at The Narrow Boat as our first trip to a pub in 5 months and specifically asked for a balcony table to feel safer. Arrived and one was not available. Hobbled downstairs to the darker environment - steep steps not great as I'm recovering from a foot fracture, but no choice. Fish and chips off the menu. My curried trout was very good which was the pub's saving grace, but we're not in a hurry to go back. It's not been as good as it used to be for quite a while now.

First dinner back at the Narrowboat since lockdown... good COVID precautions being taken by the team including the introduction of the App to order food and drink to eliminate the need for a menu (another contact point). Some parts of the pub didn't seem to be practising much social distancing! Food was fine and the staff ensured we were satisfied.

Had a great experience with my family on a sunny Sunday afternoon. The staff were so friendly and cheerful and made us feel so comfortable in a very new pandemic setting. The food was delicious and we felt totally safe and confident in the processes the restaurant had in place to keep us safe and socially distanced and were more than happy to cater to our needs with a small dog in tow.

Great location on a quieter bit of the towpath. Interior and service were good, food was so so. Batter on my fish was way too thick and stodgy. Would try again as this was my first visit. If you are downstairs and by the door expect to be up and down closing it after people as they seem not to understand how it shuts [maybe their staff do it for them at home]. Staff were very good at keeping an eye on it but they obviously had other things to do as well.

This was my second visit to the Narrow Boat. My first was a lunchtime, we were fortunate enough to get a table on the balcony and it was a lovely afternoon. Unfortunately my visit on Friday was no so good. We ordered a starter between 3 of us and when it arrived it was the wrong one. The lad serving us was very apologetic and our correct order soon arrived, along with our dinner at the same time. When they arrived with our meal before we had even eaten our starters, commented to the staff member, who said nothing but just left our dinners, really very poor, we should have refused the dinner but was aware that it would only be heated up.Also (although not the fault of the restaurant) there was a private gathering near our table. It was so noisy that we actually gave up talking. It was a relief to leave.I will not be back.

Tried to make a reservation here when my mom came to visit London in November - manager was really rude and asked us why we couldn't understand 'plain English' that our online reservation hadn't been confirmed. Shame, it looks like a really nice place. Staff could be more friendly and accomodating.

Had booked a table and requested one by a window overlooking the canal. Miserable waitress showed us to a table not by a window ... so my husband and I did a quick walk around the restaurant and found our reservation ‘tile’ on another table - a lovely one by the window. Not a great start.When booking online you have to specify a start and finish time. GIVE YOURSELF PLENTY OF TIME! We had booked an early lunch slot, so not busy at all when we arrived, but because the service was slow (and unfriendly) we found we were fast approaching our finish time before having received our second course. Didn’t appreciate being reminded by the (unfriendly) staff of when we had to go, when we were clearly waiting for food to arrive. Food was ok. Standard pub grub. Drinks very expensive ... £11.90 for a large glass of rose Wooden table and surrounds smelled of scrubbed bleach.Not a pleasant experience; we won’t return.

We have visited here a couple of times now and both times we have come across a young lad named Reece his service is exceptional. After reading reviews about the Sunday roasts I was very apprehensive about trying one, today I went for the chicken roast and it was absolutely divine washed down with a glass of wine! Lovely. Definitely will be back.

Really nice restaurant, nicely decorated, friendly staff always assisting and giving advice (how the English fondue tastes the best). If you want have a break in the city. In rush hour do reservation.

Bonito restaurante perfectamente ubicado para hacer una parada en nuestro paseo por el Canal del Regente. La merluza frita estaba perfectamente fresca y muy bien acompañada de un delicioso guiso de chorizo y judías con col negra perfectamente cocida. La porción no era grande pero de alta calidad. Muy buen budín de caramelo pegajoso también!

A few reviews on here are going in on the Sunday Roasts but my party of 4 ate there very recently and had a really good experience, I had the pork belly and it was delicious. The trimmings were top notch too. Atmosphere is relaxed and fun, not too formal but not rowdy either.

A lovely friendly pub, ideal for a quick pit stop after walking the REgents Canal (like I did) or for a longer stay for a spot of lunch or dinner. Staff very friendly and helpful, lovely canal views with seating inside and outside. Dog-friendly

Very disappointing Christmas Day lunch. I appreciate you're paying for the service on Christmas day but the £90 per head was steep for what was essentially a school dinner roast. Had to send it back for the 3 meat roast to be added to the plate, no stuffing, not even sprouts! The scallops for starter were overly salted and unpleasant. The croquettes were just mashed potato.

My mother, brother and I all had different roasts and we all agreed that the only thing that tasted good was the kale. The potatoes were a complete disaster, the Yorkshire pudding was too dry, and the beet roast was hard to stomach. My brother had come here before and really enjoyed the fish and chips, but this time everyone was very disappointed. Unfortunately, the staff was not very helpful either.

We were here 07.12.2019 - and witnessed a christmas party, which was very funny! Food and service were excellent and we were sitting at a very nice table!

Went for christmas dinner with 10 friends. Lovely pub but unfortunately the while menu sounded like it would be delicious, it was pretty poor. Turkey was very dry and didnt even eat the dessert.

7 people for the Christmas menu. The starters and main courses were excellent, the potted crab particularly good. The puddings were average. It was hard to get the attention of the staff to order wine or more wine.

our department reserved a table for 9 people for our Christmas lunch and had pre-ordered our food.

Sadly this was the most disappointing roast I’ve had in a very long time and the service was even worse. We we advised that the beef came M/R but was more like a thin slice of overdone beef which was bland and quite frankly I’ve had better school dinners! Gravy was watery and minimal. We had a table booked and no staff were around to seat us, once we eventually did we sat for almost half an hour and still no service, not even a menu. So we had to chase down a member of staff to take our order to which she looked resentful. Ordered a bottle of wine that never arrived. Beef was cold, overdone and Yorkshire was dry. I understand they had a staffing situation but barely apologised and at the end of the meal we hadn’t even had a drink. Had to go elsewhere just to get served a beverage. My friends chicken was good but the rest was . It’s a shame as I recommended this pub after seeing the roasts a few weeks prior and I was quite frankly embarrassed. Everyone just ate their meals although cold as were hungry and knew it wouldn’t make a difference. I sent mine back to which it was blasted in the microwave for about 5 seconds as came back pretty much the same. Even when I called to book the gentleman was rude so should have never bothered. Very disappointed :(

It was Christmas party time for us and it appeared several other gatherings were doing the same !

I recently visited the narrow boat with friends and my dog. The staff were super friendly and even provided by dog with a box of treats! good selection of beers and a lovely christmassy feel.

Was feeling so depressed initially that we had messed up with the booking. Albeit not our fault, live bookings should mean exactly that. A case of systems not working properly. But the manager bent over backwards and found us a table. We couldn't have been more grateful! He deserves a medal and we couldn't find him later on to thank him personally so here it is!

Fabulous staff - welcoming and friendly. Take extra good care of our 4 legged friends. Good variety of food choice, excellent quality. Enjoyable environment and selection of ales. Highly recommended.

We had booked for 3 and bumped into 3 old friends who hadn't booked. The staff helped us all sit together and looked after us so well. They are so dog friendly too which is important to me. There was a plate of dog treats on the table waiting for us! Great food, great staff, great atmosphere! Not my first time and I will be back!

Very helpful staff who fitted us in when we turned up without a reservation. Food served very promptly. We weren’t made to feel in the way or hassled to leave quickly. Good food.

We visited Narrowboat twice and great hospitality both times. Emily and Johnny in particular were lovely and I highly reccomend for dinner/drinks.

Great pub located right next to the canal, we had a fantastic night here with freinds, staff was helpful, good food and beer. Bit of a shame that the neighbours was complaining about the noise on a saturday at 8pm. So we couldnt use the smoking area next to the canal thanks to the neighbours.

Au bord du canal, on voit les canards, les bateaux et kayaks passer. Le service un peu lent quand il y a du monde. Personnel sympa. Fish and chips énorme, trop. Le même en vegan très bien.

We came for Sunday lunch and experienced the worst service ever from the rudest, most aggressive, dismissive waitress. More suited to Wonkey in China Town than a gastropub in Islington. Completely embarrassing and utter nightmare !

This is the second time I have been to The Narrowboat and again it was lovely. The setting on the canal is really nice, especially on a sunny day. The food is delicious and they have decent vegan options - which is another reason we chose to eat here. I would recommend this place and I will also return again and again.

We had not been here for at least five years, and went midweek rather than for Sunday lunch. Got a table on one of the two balconies, right on the canal. Decided on a light bite, and chose sourdough, with avocado and two poached eggs, soft boiled! Served with delicious fries, so an enjoyable lunch, with a beer and cider to accompany... We found the service very good.

We visited the Narroboat on a saturday lunchtime, very busy, with very much the emphasis on serving food. The real ales we had were reasonably well kept. Great views of The Regents Canal out of the window. We didn't eat here but it was Islington prices.

Went to the Narrowboat for a drink at lunchtime with my girlfriend on September 1st. Although we ordered our drinks from the bar we noticed one particular waitress who was extremely rude. When we sat down and she cleaned our table we were made to feel quite unwelcome by her. Then when we left and I was waiting outside the toilet for my girlfriend the same waitress pushed me in the back and asked me to move out of the way. Really not what anyone expects when you go out for a relaxed drink. The waitress in question clearly had some kind of issue with the norms of customer interaction and should probably look into another line of work where politeness is not important like a pig farmer or something similar.

After arriving in the financial district of London for a weekend trip with the family and our Scottie dog we googled “dog friendly places to eat nearby”.

I recently visited this pub with family and eventhough it was a pleasant experience I found it a bit too expensive, just to eat and be able to view the Regents Canal.

Enjoyed a lunch here-super sitting indoors by the Canal . I had Breakfast in Bed-enjoyed-especially the amount of Smoked salmon. Other 3 had equally good meals-1 vegan. Would go again-always the test of a good eating place.

This pub has a great atmosphere and on a sunny Sunday is an excellent place to while away a few hours by the canal - especially if you can secure a table with a view out onto the canal. We arrived early and the manager ensured that we were moved to a table with a good view - BUT … a number of the staff seem to have very little knowledge of or interest in the food and service - and the food, whilst there is plenty of it, when served looked as if it had been waiting in the kitchen being kept warm. We had a starter of smoked salmon and salad - and lots of white bread - the salad looked tired, the bread too many slices ( ok quality) and the salmon too little

We booked our table on the hottest day of the year ! Our table was beside the doors leading to the balcony which allowed us to partake in the coolish breeze. Unfortunately the breeze was mixed with cigarette smoke. The proximity of the small balcony to the inside seating area is too near. We asked to be moved which was ok but again still got waft of cigarette smoke whilst eating. Lovely waitresses and the food was good. Not a restaurant to sit and chat and reflect on the canal as (a) I couldn't see it (which is fine as the balcony tables were booked but could not have sat out there because of the smoking) and (b) lots of people walking past to the toilet, to the bar and loud customers. It feels more of a local pub than a canal side eatery.

I booked here for my Daughters 40th Birthday. Hadn't been here before. There was 20 of us including 4 children. Well what can I say we had a great time. Staff were amazing and so helpful, food was really good and the atmosphere was perfect. Would recommend for any occasion. Will definitely be going back.

Not been before - book online and arrived all was arranged - pub was great, very friendly staff, efficient in taking food orders - great selection of beers and all drinks.

Came here for lunch with family and friends. The food was pretty good but rather overpriced. The sausage and mash distinctly average. I had the plaice on the bone which was nice but not brilliant. Fish and chips ok but again we’ve had better especially for that sort of money. Lovely venue, ok service. All in all... average.

Had dinner here and I can truly say it was absolutely disgusting

We had our engagement party in the 'Stern' area of The Narrowboat over the weekend, and it was exactly what we hoped for. Dave was a fantastic host, answering our (many) questions promptly beforehand, clearing our area, and organising our food and drink pre-orders. We were a group of 35 and the area was about the right size, with a lively atmosphere, ideal setting by the canal, and food exceeding expectation (I was worried there might not be enough but it was plentiful). I would recommend to anyone for an event, and will definitely be returning! Thanks to all for a great night!

I booked lunch at the Narrowboat for a group of 13 friends. The setting is beautiful and everyone was really impressed with the decor and the views of the canal - it was a lovely sunny day when we were there. Everyone’s food seemed good, no one had any complaints. The reason I cannot give 5 stars is because the service was very disappointing. Our waitress was completely disinterested and unhelpful. I had to run around asking for menus, for our order to be taken and tell her what each person wanted. She stood at the top of the long table and would not walk around to take each person’s order. When the food came out it was dropped onto the table in front of you without so much as a smile - I found it all very unprofessional.

I hired an area in the downstairs area of the Narrowboat for my partners birthday celebrations. We pre-ordered food platters and alcohol for guests arrival. The staff were absolutely fantastic, everything was laid out and food was bought out when requested for. The manager even helped set up the birthday cake and bought it out with candles. The food platters were also absolutely delicious. I have been to the Narrowboat many times as this is our local, however I cannot recommend them highly enough if you're thinking about booking an area for a celebration, great service. Thank you.

We had a wonderful evening. The food was great and Hayley was a brilliant host and looked after us really well. Our dog was given royal treatment with water and treats and thoroughly enjoyed herself. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you Hayley.

We were attracted to this pub by the Young's app, offering a free drink for St George's Day. We decided to book dinner as well; the incentive therefore was successful for the pub. Nearly the whole experience was negative, which was unfortunate, as we wished the pub well.

Lovely venue, good food. Our waitress Renata was good ! Only suggestion for improvement would be coming past the table a few more times to check if anything else was needed.

Rubbish food, food wasn’t fresh while the managers waitress insisted the food was fresh and lied about the chicken being ovened while it was obvious the chicken was fried. The service was awful, would not recommend.

Great Sunday lunch with excellent service. Well worth a visit and great value for money. The Yorkshire puddings are something to behold

We have been coming to the Narrow Boat for 3 years since moving to London and have noticed a definite decline in the quality of meals and service over the past 4-6 months. The gin options have been reduced a lot... we were offered two brands. Service was very average on the night - slow and we had to keep asking for some attention. It was almost as though we did not exist! The front of house was not being managed at all from what we could see. Two of us ordered the lamb medallions and I had the grilled chicken. Both lamb diners agreed the meal was acceptable but nothing special. Chicken (which I have on many occasions) was a little bland (no seasoning on the bird), the celeriac slaw looked and tasted like it had been bought from Tesco, and the mixed salad was nothing more than some leaves...nothing appetising at all. The chips were good! We are really considering whether the Narrow Boat worth it patronising now.... probably time to sample the other pubs in the immediate area.

After reading previous reviews I feel a bit at odds with what been said. Although a single dinner and a large group is very different.

The food was great so it was such a shame the whole experience was a disaster. We had pre-booked a table for a large seating for a work lunch, and even pre-ordered our food the day before to ensure a quick and painless lunch. However, having called in the morning to confirm our order, I was told they hadnt received the pre order. It came down to they hadn't read there emails, however confirmed our food would arrive on time. We arrived, half the table had drinks ordered but the other half ignored completely. Food started arriving, but no offer for the other half of the drinks. We had to ask several times for us to order drinks, after the 6th attempt we decided to go to the bar to order. 4 people on the table did not receive there food, even after asking numerous times where the food was. After 75 minutes, I received by eggs and avocado order. The most disappointing thing was the god awful service! The staff were rude, gave lots of back chat and kept slamming things on our table whenever we politely asked if we could order drinks. This is unacceptable and we will not be returning for another work lunch. To end on a high note - when we went to management to resolve our issues, they kindly gave us rounds of drinks on the house and we finally received the rest of our food. But it is appalling it had to come to the lengths it did for some decent service. Staff need to go to anger management in my opinion!!
